It makes me nervous when they make me sign that there are charges for stained towels or bedding, then I go into the room and find stained bedding, holes or dents in the walls. The bathrooms are normally where the renovations fall short. These motel/ hotels, used to want you to be 'green' so their staff didn't have to clean as much and save water and detergent, which saved to company money. Now it just says if you stay 4-5 nights they are Not going to wash your towels, bedding, or clean up your room at all, unless you ask for a specific service.

With breakfast, free parking, bed and quilt is relatively thin, service attitude is very good, the bath water is large, the temperature is right, the overall price and expectations are appropriate.

Nice place, decently clean. Stayed in a smoking room and the only “dirty” looking spots were where people had placed their cigarettes down on the tub. Other than that the place was nice and I’d definitely stay there again.

This Hilton hotel is worthy of the name, the details are good, the location is right next to the highway, and the traffic is convenient. It is a 10-minute drive from the desert Ole. The swimming pool, gym and laundry room are all available. The American breakfast is rich. Coffee, apples and bananas are available at any time. Many foreigners, especially the elderly, who travel with dogs are very humane. The accommodation deposit is charged at $ 20, which will be refunded immediately after check-out.

I looked online and got a rate for $60 so I called the hotel and asked him if I could just pay him $60 instead of having to pay them and it would cut into his profits. He said yes but when I got there he told me that we didn’t have any more king size bed so it’s gonna be 75. I told him I can’t afford that I would’ve just paid 60 online. So he got upset and was mad about it but he said OK it’s gonna be 68 with taxes. So I had him $70 and he gives me one dollar back. I told him I thought you said 68 not 69 and he gets mad and hands me my money back and says forget it. So then a couple weeks go by and make a reservation online so I don’t have to deal with him and he tells me you should’ve just called me and I would’ve gave you a cheaper rate like he didn’t even remember. I just ignored him because I didn’t want the same thing happened and checked into my room. Then check out time comes and he walked over to my room and it’s literally two minutes after 11 and he opens my door and just leaves it wide open and says it’s time. What if I was changing or something? He’s so rude and so mean and very greedy you could tell. I didn’t even have any towels in my room and they brought me just one towel. Everything in the room has a dispenser and they just add to it instead of individuals or bars of soap everything is a dispenser on the wall even the tissue box is a dispenser on the wall because he’s afraid that someone’s gonna take the whole box of tissue. It says free breakfast but it is so minor what they give it makes you feel like you’re poor and you don’t want to take too much. It’s a jug of milk and a jug of orange juice and toast and one type of cereal and some donuts and they weren’t even good donuts. And there’s like two of everything out there so you feel bad taking the last of it. No yogurt no fruit and come on at least give some options for some cereals and at least more then one type of bread. Only whole milk and that’s not good for people who don’t drink while milk. I forgot there were two tangerines up there. He might as well get rid of the breakfast because it is bare pickings anyway. If I would of went with another person we would have literally left nothing there because that’s how much was there. Minus the jug of Sunny D and whole milk. The first time I went I had to you the bathroom. So he had the housekeeper open up one of the rooms and when I was done she just locked the door and left for the day. Nobody ever went back to wipe the toilet after me.

We booked no breakfast, no problem with the bed in the big bed room, 10 minutes drive from Wormatt, a lot of fast food around, free parking, is the yellow wash of the towel, close to the train line, you can hear the train whistle at night, It is best to use your own towels, microwave oven, refrigerator, and feel good position, about 14 minutes drive from the desert Ole!

This has been my go to hotel for several years now while visiting my family in Yucaipa. After many happy visits there my last visit was unacceptable in every way. I had to make a trip to help with a family health issue. First, I made my 3 day reservation two weeks in advance online through IHG like normal. The price was nearly 3 times what it had been a year earlier. Two days later I needed to add one more day. The person I talked to from the IHG website said that I couldn't make a change to the reservation because it had been more than 24 hours past the ”cancellation date” and I would end up having to pay for the entire stay if I cancelled that reservation and made a new one with 4 days. He said he had no ability to simply add one more day to my existing reservation. This is still nearly two weeks out. I asked them how we can solve the issue... to simply add one more day. The answer after 45 minutes on the phone with them: Make a new reservation for one day. Fine. The day I arrived I wanted to make it clear that I wanted to not change rooms after the 3rd day and they agreed. I had minor issues with the keys not working on 2 of the 3 days but that's happened before. No biggie. The breakfast they offered was a joke all 4 days. I finally had to take photos the final day. I understand not having hot food due to covid but the mini fridge literally had a few yogurt cups, uncrustables and bean burritos (not a breakfast choice typically but okay) bagels and milk. The buffet had a few oatmeal packets, the cereal was well stocked and there were green oranges, a green banana and ketchup and hot sauce packets. Juice and coffee was well stocked. When I had to ”check out” after the 3rd night I went to the front desk to do that. We closed out the first reservation and they asked for my credit card to pay for the final day. Card was declined because they had 3 pending charges from the hotel for a total of nearly $1600 (3 days were supposed to be at $750ish) and that amount was encumbered against my credit line. I showed those charges to the staff. ”Sorry, that's out of our control” They wanted to charge my card for the 3rd night for another $155 which took the encumbered amount over $1700. I literally had to make a payment to my credit card in order to book my room for that third night. Once that was resolved I was greeted with.. ”I hope I can keep you in the same room”. 10 minutes later it finally happened. I complained to IHG corporate ( a person titled: (name witheld: eMedia Coordinator) after the trip about what happened and would want some sort of compensation from the unacceptable situation. I received a return email stating they were sorry but couldn't do anything and they referred me back to the hotel management. The hotel management called and said they were sorry but it was IHG's issue because they did the reservation but here's our ”standard $50 credit toward my next stay”. Those were exact words. I emailed the IHG custo

I ordered a disabled room for my wife and I. The trouble was that the handicapped shower would not hold in one place (for height control and direction), so we called the front desk and they sent a repair man to our room. We had already showered and were already annoyed. They did fix the problem.
