Excellent hotel, great breakfast and great value for money. Amazing service and very friendly staff. The location is extremely central to all the restaurants and night life, which also means some party noise at night is to be expected. I’d come back any time!

What a brilliant hotel!! Originally built as the city's Post Office in the mid 19th century, it still retains it's charm with some original features and big high ceilings. It's situation right in the heart of the vibrant Ladadika area is perfect. One might have thought that noise at night would be disturbing, but we never heard a thing due to the excellent double glazing. The food was to a very high standard and the staff were friendly and helpul. The room wqs beautiful and tastefully equipped. I would definitely stay there again.

Pros: - Occupies prime waterfront real estate in Thessaloniki. Steps from the beautiful walking and biking path that extends for miles. Minutes from the best shops and restaurants. - In-room temperature control maximizes comfort. - Adjustable shower head with outstanding water pressure. - Desk facing the window enhanced work experience. - Excellent price-value equation. Cons: - Noise travels horizontally (thin walls) and vertically (hard floors). - A large ferry building across the street obscures some sea views, which may only be worth it on the upper floors (5th and 6th). Plus, the busy street below compounds the aforementioned noise issues. The hotel provides earplugs in the room. - Thin sheets could be accompanied by a comforter. - No fitness center. Overall, it's a very good choice in Thessaloniki and central to everything.

I stayed here again on two occasions, I really like this hotel because of the friendly, polite and professional staff, the convenience of the location, clealiness etc. I stayed in the 'other building' this time and I had no idea this building existed. My room was clean, a bit on the small side (which is fine), the shower pressure was excellent, and I slept really well. The aircon worked with no issues. The breakfast buffet was also really great, but it would be nice to see the food more covered to avoid any flies or bugs etc. Not that I saw any, but still. Improvements: I was a bit disappointed by the mould on the ceiling in the bathroom. There's no extraction fan to get rid of the moisture which is why it's there. I was also surprised by the stairs in the other building, since they are a slight hazard in the sense that at one part they drag down slightly more than they should (see picture). They need to be repaired/replaced. There is also a broken tile that needs to be fixed too. Cheap toilet paper (like small tissues) being used was a surprise. Why not the use of normal ones? I don't know what's used in the soap, but it makes my skin dry. I don't remember that being the case last year. Despite some of the negatives, I still enjoyed my stay here at this hotel and I would stay here again.

Hotel has an excellent location but the main thing that impressed us were the people that work there! Girl with a long brown hair at the reception was so welcoming, helpfull, friendly, amaizing to talk to. Also a lady that works in the restaurant for breakfast and the cleaining staff! Hotel is very clean and the breakfast was amaizing and has a rich selection of greek food. You can leave your luggage at the reception while you are waiting to check-in and after you check out. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Very nice hotel in a fantastic location. It's right in the centre of town but the rooms are very quiet. It's a couple of minutes walk to the Lakadika area with loads of restaurants and bars. Breakfast is good. Staff are pleasant and helpful. Our room had a balcony, which was nice. The bed was large and comfortable. A couple of niggly things about the room - there is no plug in the sink so you just have to waste water while washing or shaving and the aircon is mainly in the bathroom area of the room and not in the bedroom part. I thought it was pretty outrageous that you had to pay for Nespresso capsules, and while there was a free bottle of water when we arrived it was never replaced.

Spent 7 nights at Elisabeth Boutique Hotel and it was excellent - from the comfort of the room (a City room so relatively basic) to the location (right in the centre), to the staff (full of recommendations). There are alot of really nice boutique hotels in Thessaloniki but I didn't regret staying here. The bed was so comfortable (especially for an afternoon nap!), the shower hot and powerful and the room relatively well sound-proofed (at least we didn't hear anyone upstairs which is so common in hotel rooms these days though some noise from the corridor). We missed a balcony but we were out most of the days so it was not a deal-breaker. The City room has a small fridge, kettle and coffee machine, a hair dryer that was not very powerful but did the job, enough wardrobe space with hangers and a safe. We were not at all fans of the glass bathroom wall but quickly closed the curtain that blocked the view from one room to the next and kept it closed until we left. It does require some trust as the curtain is on the outside of the bathroom! The room also has a handy tablet – use this for all of the info you might need during your stay. Breakfast was good – fresh OJ and eggs on request and though we didn’t eat there, the restaurant has a good and reasonably priced menu. The hotel has a small gym which in the end we didn’t use as it was in the basement and not the most inspiring space but they offer some great massage services and even a 30min back & neck massage is well recommended. Location-wise, the hotel is 30metres from a very lively square with numerous bars (the bars in Thessaloniki are super cool and behind graffiti’d shutters that you wouldn’t even imagine) and 5mins walk to the main eating and shopping areas and the seafront. It’s very well located though a Google maps search doesn’t do it justice, trust me, the location is excellent. If you plan to go to Thessaloniki to go to the beach, you have to go to Halkidiki (at least 1h10m away by car). It’s worth it but note the hotel is for a city stay and to grab some sea and sun, hiring a car and heading South is a must. (Recommend Auto365 for this). Would certainly return and stay here again.

Even before we arrived at the hotel I called to ask for taxi arrangements from the airport. Since we had never been to Greece before we were a bit nervous and they answered the phone and were quick to make the taxi pick up arrangements. They even called me back to double check the flight arrival time since I had accidentally given them the wrong information. So, arrival and pick up and delivery were smooth and no problems at all. Walking into the lobby reassured us we had made the right choice. Every employee we encountered during our two day stay were gracious, helpful and spoke very understandable English. This very new and modern hotel is small by some standards but every detail has been included. When you get up at night low lights come on to show the way to the bathroom. Complimentary water is provided each day; the additional breakfast is worth it if you enjoy a BIG buffet before heading out for the day. There area is very walkable to places to eat, shop , and of course the sea!! Don’t let the graffiti on most buildings make you feel uncomfortable, we have experienced it in Italy and now Greece. It seems to just be the thing to do, I don’t understand- it just is. We even walked back after dinner and had no problems. This is a great hotel in every way (we only had carry on luggage so space wasn’t a problem). Oh! The huge black marble shower with several options for water jets was another bonus!! Its location, albeit not with a great view and quite noisy, was very convenient and easy to connect to the rest of the city-centre, because of the public transport stops nearby. The room was spotless and the house-keeping was excellent. The only issue with the room was its not having hot water all the time and the WiFi being unstable, at times. The breakfast was quite good and offered plenty of options; the dining hall was beautiful. The staff was very kind and helpful and provided an understanding listening ear for any issues there might had been. The reason for the 4 stars, instead of 5, is that I would prefer that there were more languages spoken in the hotel, to make it more accessible. Hi everyone tourguide here, the hotel is very nice perfect location and big big thank you to George the receptionist guy when we check in the September 18 2024 he is the best of the best for as receptionist but unfortunately that lady receptionist September 19,2024 is the worst receptionist I ever met as long she’s is there i will never go back again!! She don’t even say please anyway so sad but I will bring my next guest for my next client, next time just simple ask your guest (sir/mme. With all respect can we please have the payment for the extension of your room? You don’t have to argue or be rude with the guest (for the lady receptionist) and next time learn to smile and say please before you ask, and your doing your job very terrible she doesn’t deserve the place for luxury hotel, she for 2 star hotel

The rooms are qualitative and beautiful when the hotel is not complete, because then you may find a less comfortable room. The price benefit ratio is excellent

I stayed at this hostel many times and will definitely come back! The hostel has a relaxed and cozy atmosphere that you will feel right at home in. The owner, Kostas, is so welcoming and friendly as he will give you great information about Thessaloniki and its local history. He will also give you great advise on the rest of your travels around Greece! The staff are always fantastic and so friendly that you will feel very welcomed. The dorms are perfect and new mattresses have been put in which is a bonus. The area of the hostel is great as it is in the quiet old town but just a 15 minute walk from the city centre. The private rooms also have an amazing view of the sea and city. Overall, I could not recommend a better hostel to stay in :)

Hotel is so well located, 2 minutes stroll from the white tower and within walking distance of Thessaloniki main sites, restaurants and bars. Staff gave us recommendations which was so helpful. Leo was especially helpful and pleasant however everyone had good public skills and spoke English very well. Housekeeping was exceptional, room was clean towels replaced every day. Room had all amenities, air con, fridge coffee maker, TV. We had a balcony big enough to sit out on but no views, we knew this beforehand. Hotel is minimalist but comfortable. However much we tried the shower always sprayed onto the bathroom foor, it's a design issue. Would definitely recommend this hotel. Great price for the facilities.

This hotel is so clean and friendly. The rooms are small but oh the beds!! So comfy i didnt want to get up. The bathrooms are also small and not a lot of room to move about but adequate for one :) the room was made up every day. We had a balcony that again small but adequate for 2 to sit out on. This is a city break hotel. There are no beaches near by, it would be 35 mins in a car to the nearest. We spend 6 nights here. We found a lovely place called the AVENUE by the umbrellas design. It had amble seating outside and was very popular by locals. It overlooked the sea, we recommend going here if you want to relax. The breakfast was continental with some hot food but not much, scrambled egg and mini sausages. There was no toast !! The breakfast choice for us was a little disappointing so we did not go on 3 days of our stay. For those who like to have a kettle, bring your own as there is no room facilities. Luckily mum had bought her travel one and tea bags !! There is a small fridge in the room too. We had a comfortable stay here and walked so much as there is a lot to see here. Restaurants are plentiful nearby, just across the road 20 steps away is a fab restaurant Kanoula that was perfect.

I stayed here in October, and the weather was beautiful. I took one bus from the airport straight to the hotel and it was fast and easy to local. It's located about 10 - 15mins walk to the white tower and sea side. You can see the port and the cruise boat docking from the sea view. There are lots of places to eat. Room size OK, shower cubicle is very small No kettle in room for tea and it not free when you order in the hotel for a night cap. Breakfast is good not of option but good. It would be nice to visit in summer with kids.

We recently had a long stay at the ThessResidences. We came with a car. So upon arrival we were provided with a reservation at a nearby parking. Per 15 EUR they park your car any time you come and provide it you on a short request. We made a reservation of Thess Residence room. It had met our expectations. The beds were incredibly comfortable, towels were replaced on daily basis and since we stays for more than 7 days the room was cleaned every 3 days. An atmosphere was very quiet. The staff was exceptionally helpful. It provided us with all we needed, particularly Nikos. he helped us with great recommendation on spending our time out and promptly addressed any questions we had. His warm and friendly attention made us feel right great during our stay at Thessaloniki . Overall, our experience at the hotel was nothing but fantastic. We'll definitely return back on our next visit to Thessaloniki.

Nice hotel but start to need some renovations... the jacuzzi is not warm and the service is terrible : 40 minutes for room service to bring an empty glass, 45mins to bring a wine opener, 35 for an ice cream by the swimming pool (and we were less than 10 customers). And avoid the bar, cocktails are a shame. It s really sad for a hotel of that standing. The building and room are really nice and comfortable. Free shuttle for the center is really convenient. We had a nice stay as long as we did not need the services. And breakfast is truly amazing.

We were passing by the Thessaloniki, and we decided that we want to stay in the cuty for one night. We booked hotel right there, without any problems. Hotel has deal with the parking near by. Parking is really close to the hotel, so you dont have to worry about that. When you come to the parking, they take away your keys and they park it in the garage for you. It is really safe. In one if the pictures, you will se where is hotel, and where is parking. Also, if you are the guest of the hotel, it costs 12 euros per day. When you are cheking in, you can park in front od the hotel, take the luggage to the lobby and drive to the parking, and you can do the same when checking out. Hotel is small, it is very close to the centre. Rooms are clean, and that is most important. In the night, if you are sensitive to the noise, it can be loud from the cars on the street. Staff is very friendly. I reccomend this hotel for this particula reason: if you are looking for the clean hotel, near the center, just to sleep in and to have place to put your stuff while you are looking around the city, this is place for you.

The hotel is in a good location in Thessaloniki, half between the most tourist and commercial, easily reachable, part of the hotel in a quiet street. The rooms are spacious and bright, but the style is rather dated, not in the sense of ruin, but needs modernization in the style, especially bed and bed linen are not definitely at the level of a 4 stars, The windows are not very isolated and the air conditioner is very noisy but it was not a problem for us, all in the quiet area does not get excessive noise. Unfortunately, the negative point to be noted is the cleaning (initial) of the room, I think it was not used for a while because there was a layer of powder on the surfaces that gave me some difficulty as allergic, The hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable and the hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable. Good quality-price ratio.

Very central location. From the airport bus stop ”Plateia Aristotelous” on Egnatia street next to the Bey Hamam it's just a 400 metre walk ever so slightly uphill that's easily navigable with a wheeled suitcase. Some of the upper-floor rooms have views of the Roman Agora archaeological site. We had a wonderful stay here. We first were on the upper floor but since there is no lift this became a bit burdensome. But the staff couldn't have been more helpful in finding us a different room for the rest of our stay and even carried our suitcases up and down the stairs for us. Even though the room was overlooking a cocktail bar we didn't have any major noise issues. All the staff members we interacted with were always helpful with smiles on their faces, providing us with great information and insight, and finally arranging for a taxi to the airport. Top tip: when you exit the hotel, turn right and walk uphill on that little street. At the top, turn right again and you'll find bakery Sarantis that sells excellent tiropitas and baklavas, perfect for breakfast.

We needed 2 hotel rooms for one night In Thessaloniki close to the airport to catch a morning plane as we were returning from Thassos on the way to the UK. Rotonda was very affordable, easy parking and had really nice, clean and comfortable rooms with everything working. Very nice breakfast and breakfast area. The staff were very nice practical and helpful. The area is quiet so we got a good nights sleep. Cannot recommend more given the market positioning and price.
