I chose Brooklyn because it's cheaper than Manhattan. It's close to the bridge and only takes about 5 minutes to walk up the bridge. The hotel rooms are of normal size. The breakfast is simple, just like what you can buy at a convenience store.

If you're planning on moving to Brooklyn, the location is great. The market is nearby, the famous Dumbo is right next to it, and the view is great. However, the area under the bed was not clean and there was too much dust. The facilities were nice with the latest + natural concept. There was construction going on next to the hotel, but it wasn't noisy and it's a hotel I want to visit again.

Our group of 2 stayed in this hotel for 4 nights. Overall, I would give it a score of 80. There is a comprehensive shopping mall just a 3-minute walk across from the hotel, which has supermarkets such as Trader Joe’s, Target and Primark. There is also a cooked food center on the bottom floor of the mall, and it is close to the subway station, which is very convenient. As for the hotel room, it was clean and tidy, but we were not provided with toothpaste and slippers on the day we checked in. What I found most strange was that there was no ”do not distrub” sign on the door, even though I had told the front desk staff every morning that they did not want my room to be cleaned, and it would be cleaned every night when I came back. So the location and cleanliness of the house are 80 points. As for the hotel management, it is just average. However, if I go to New York again in the future, I will still choose this hotel.

The Sheraton Brooklyn New York Hotel is a modern and conveniently located property, ideal for travelers exploring Brooklyn or commuting to Manhattan. Situated near downtown Brooklyn, it offers easy access to attractions like the Brooklyn Bridge, Barclays Center, and a variety of restaurants and shops. Guests often praise the comfortable rooms, featuring Sheraton’s signature bedding, modern decor, and useful amenities like free Wi-Fi for Marriott Bonvoy members. The rooftop bar and lounge are a highlight, offering great views of the city. The fitness center and on-site dining options are also well-received. Some guests note that the surrounding area can be busy and may lack the charm of other Brooklyn neighborhoods. Additionally, parking can be a challenge, and a few reviews mention occasional service delays. Overall, it’s a solid choice for a comfortable stay with easy access to both Brooklyn and Manhattan.

This hotel was exactly what we imagined for what we paid for it, so no biggie! The location is alright, a little further from the subway than anticipated but we made it work using the bus stop right outside. The front desk guys were always super friendly and available to help when we needed anything. They held our bags for us before check in time since we flew in so early, which was really nice. The only big issue we had was the last night of our trip, the bathroom ceiling started leaking, like a lot and the bathroom started to flood. They couldn’t get us into another room but we were checking out a few hours later so kind of dealt with it. A bunch of our clothes got wet but they were kind and dried them for us so we could pack them before flying out. Overall a good hotel, friendly staff!

Excellent location within a short walk to almost every subway line. Unfortunately that means it can be a little loud, but it never woke me up. Incredibly friendly staff are always on hand, 24/7. The included breakfast is more than adequate; bagels, juice, yoghurt, pastries. The room has a good shower, comfy bed, and good TV with chromecast-ability.

Minimalist breakfast. Because I had to leave for Chicago for two days in the middle of the road, I was able to leave my luggage here after I had a feeling of trying and talking with the front desk. I agreed very quickly. So I decided to live here after I returned to New York from Chicago.

Very good hotel close to JFK. Our room was very new and we had a great stay. Only downside is that the windows are not very soundproof. Also there was a lot of (cleaning?) noise in the morning in the room next door. I m not sure what it was but the vibrations of the wall had the phone fall down on our side.

It was a very nice classical style hotel! Personally, I even felt a sense of luxury like the Ritz-Carlton in Osaka. The location is within walking distance from Grand Central St, and you can get to Times Square by subway or taxi. The area around the hotel is very calm, similar to Nihonbashi and Kyobashi in Japan, and there are no shops like DELI or $1 Pizza. I think it's a location for adults. Room facilities such as coffee maker and hair dryer are perfect, but refrigerator and mineral water are not installed. Regarding the location, I think that the convenience and inconvenience will change depending on the purpose of stay, so I can not say anything, but the total evaluation is very high and it is a good hotel!

Subway access is incredibly convenient, and the surrounding area boasts numerous dining and drinking establishments. While the facilities might be compact, they're intelligently designed, featuring abundant USB ports and clever storage. 4. **Good Service:** The front desk staff are young, friendly, and very efficient. 5. **Excellent Value:** Given its prime location in core Manhattan, the pricing here is exceptionally competitive.

The hotel was amazing the location was also good. The only thing was I there was no room service with a 22month old rooms service is always a good shout. We required milk for the baby and the receptionist said we don’t do this service. The lifts were very tight and of course busy so with a stroller it was always a hit & miss when you can get into the lift. The cleaniness and staff were very pleasant and professional. The room is not big, and the bathroom facilities are a bit old, but it is comfortable and clean overall. The front desk and room attendants are very friendly and enthusiastic. The location is convenient, less than 10 minutes walk to Central Park, and close to the subway station. There are two food supermarkets across the street, Starbucks and Sephora on the right, and many restaurants with different flavors within a short distance. The most treasured thing is that in addition to the capsule coffee machine, the hotel room also has a microwave, an electric stove and simple pots and tableware. We bought eggs, sliced ham, hamburger billets and rice from the supermarket opposite, cooked porridge and fried eggs by ourselves, and DIYed a rich breakfast that combines Chinese and Western styles. Stayed for three nights, the general feeling is average. Location: The location is very good and very convenient. It is across the street from Central Station, where you can take the subway to almost any place in New York. There also seem to be buses to and from LaGuardia and JFK airports, but haven't tried them. There are many places to eat, and there is no problem filling up the stomach, but there does not seem to be a particularly good restaurant. Facilities: The hotel itself is very old, so the rooms are older. Although it is a room facing the street, the windows are too small and the light is always dim. The air conditioner in the room was too loud and had to be turned off while sleeping. Fortunately, I don't need air conditioning when I go. If it is summer, it is probably a big problem. Maybe it is an old relationship, the smell of the room is not very good, but fortunately, the windows can be opened a little bit for ventilation. Service: I have only dealt with the front desk and was very friendly at check-in. Overall, I think it is quite satisfactory, there is nothing to be picky about, and there is nothing outstanding. Breakfast is average, not included in the room rate, needs a la carte, not many choices, average taste. Compared to the price, I feel quite disappointed. However, this is the heart of New York, understand. Will not stay again.

Omgosh ... hotel was really nice! Breakfast was excellent and it lasted til 11a, which is pretty awesome for those that like to sleep late. So many options (hot, cold and dry). They offer bacon, sausage, scrambled/cold boiled eggs and breakfast potatoes. Whole fruit (apples and bananas), sliced fruit (melons and pineapples). Cold and hot cereal (oatmeal). Yogurt and granola. You can make your own waffles or pancakes (such a cool machine). Make your own toast and/or select from many pastries or muffins available. So many options! You can even place an order vs. eating from the buffet. They also allow carry-out and to-go boxes. Drink options at the buffet include: coffee, O.J. and apple juice. PLEASE NOTE: There's a separate fee for breakfast if not selected when booking. Having said this, the hotel does not have microwaves in the room, just a fridge. There are microwaves located on each floor though (along w/ vending machines -both are in same location). Our room was spotless and absolutely spacious (no deviation from website)! We arrived way beyond check-in and did call once we knew we'd arrive later than expected. Spoke with front desk staff who assured everything would be OK, only to arrive and find that our room (which was already paid in full) had been given away. The hotel was only able to provide us a King and a rollaway bed. Of course we were disappointed, but the next morning the hotel Mgr. made everything right. Having said that, the rollaway bed is THE HARDEST THING EVER. We bring our own everything (e.g. bedding, cleaning supplies, etc.) so we were able to make it work and make it comfortable. So much so, we'd chosen to not to be moved to the room we'd originally booked. It rained our entire stay which is what caused us to arrive late in the first place (that's a whole 'notha story). Anyway, the hotel had a few small trash bins about the lobby catching leaks here and there, but that didn't stop anything. I barely even noticed. Had I not been recording how beautiful the hotel was inside, I would've never noticed. Parking is $30/day, it's NYC what do you expect? 🤭 There's also parking on the street if you can get spot. Careful though, NYC parking signs can cause confusion for those not familiar with the City's play on words. All in all, this was great stay for us and I'd certainly stay again. Oh, I forgot to mention -I did! Yes, I extended our stay another night because the hotel and location was exceptional! p.s. they also offer a seated bar area. Overall: 10/10✨️

What surprised me most about this store is the service. Although I encountered some minor problems, the staff kept apologizing and helping to solve them. They really put customers first! The environment in the store is very good, clean and spacious, with a wide variety of snacks and drinks, which is good. The problems are handled very promptly. I like this platform. Σ>―(〃°ω°〃)♡→Although there are a lot of people today, the service staff is fully equipped, the service is in place, and the attitude is also very good. We all agree that many designs in the store are great, and the experience is very good. Everyone must come to experience it in person! It meets my needs very well, the ingredients are bright and colorful, and I am very satisfied to be able to taste food of this quality at this price! The ingredients are very fresh, and they are really a very honest merchant. The coupons on the platform are also very cost-effective, and they will get better and better! The service of the brother who takes us to play is super good. He will seriously introduce us to the specific play strategy. The experience is excellent. This is the second time I have come. The first time I came was amazing. I didn’t expect that there would be new surprises the second time. I love it❤️

After being abroad three years and taking a long flight, I stayed here for two nights to get my bearings. The location, airport shuttle service and space were great. The only concern I had was one evening around 11 pm, I was sitting in the lounge when a customer came in but found no service clerk at the desk. He looked everywhere and called several times, but no response. Finally, the clerk came after about 20 minutes. This is concerning because what if a robber had come in instead of the customer?

The room is a bit small, and the noise from the street is a bit noisy. The breakfast is not bad, with eggs, cereal, cakes, bacon, yogurt, milk, fruit, etc., which is considered rich in the United States. The service staff is very enthusiastic, with the natural enthusiasm of Americans!

I chose Brooklyn because it's cheaper than Manhattan. It's close to the bridge and only takes about 5 minutes to walk up the bridge. The hotel rooms are of normal size. The breakfast is simple, just like what you can buy at a convenience store.

Happy overally with the stay, but I would recomend using a card for the deposit that you can lock. At 1:00 am, THREE WEEKS after my stay, the hotel attempted to charge $50 on my credit card that I used for the room security. There was nothing that should have been charged, and the hotel advised that ”it was just our system” - no explanation why the ”system” was attempting to charge my card, and there were no incidental charges to the room. I'm glad the fraud guard on my credit card declined the transaction, since I may have missed the charge if I were not alerted to the possible fraud.

This hotel has poor soundproofing. The clatter of dozens of exhaust pipes and boilers filled the air outside the window, making it impossible to sleep. There's a bar on the first floor, and the noise was so loud until 2 a.m. that I had to take sleeping pills to fall asleep. Rooms 1113 and 1115 were right next to each other, and we were woken by the banging of doors. Furthermore, his room light was on all night, shining into ours. Terrible review, terrible review, terrible review. We paid for breakfast and were told it was on the first floor. When we got there in the morning, we were turned away. We couldn't communicate, and after a half-hour of struggling, my diabetic companion suffered from hypoglycemia. I commend the foreigner for his attentiveness to tourists and for promptly providing a cup of sweet coffee and a hot bun. Very kind! I was deeply touched and deeply grateful to this foreigner again.

The hotel is neat and clean. The atmosphere of the environment is nice. I would have visited so many places but it's so cold. it has free breakfast but no gym room. You can still take a stroll down the street if you want to exercise. I will stay here again if I visit NYC. There's no parking lot if you rent a car. It has street parking lot.
