    Excellent

    Great location, walkable to a lot of tourist spots especially Central Park. The room’s big and clean. The bed’s comfy. The only downside is the elevator’s limited so long wait time.

    Perfect

    It’s in a great spot in the city. Super close to walk anywhere, check in can be done at any time, and the room was so comfortable and dark without noise, it couldn’t have been better! Yes the elevators get very busy for sure specially around morning and check out time. It’s only got 2 so that’s why. Other than that, loved it.

      Was perfect for what we needed. It could've been a little cleaner, and the toiletries were not excellent - glad we brought our own this time. The hotel offered free luggage storage, which was great as we arrived around 10 am. The bar closed at 11 inside the hotel & didn't serve food. :( Elevator took a while to get on since there were only 2, and they always seemed busy. It wasn't too noisy - especially for New York. Great location - Carnegie Diner was just two blocks away. Also close to Seraphina, Ellen's Stardust Diner & Times Square.

        The location is perfect. The price is acceptable. The only downside is waiting time for elevators during busy hours. Ridiculous at times. Also, asked for a “black car” to airport but got a mini van. No big deal, juat not what was agreed to. All in all a great hotel with great location at an acceptable price for NYC and location.
