The hotel was undergoing maintenance work when we checked-in and up until March 2024. It's a bit noisy during the day from 6am to 5pm. But it's ok because we're out in the morning. The staff were very helpful.
Needs improvement:
Steam/sauna room - it's too small
Swimming pool - not accessible because of ongoing renovation

Nice clean hotel with friendly staff, easy to travel to the beach and malls. Local places to eat are fab.

WE WERE GIVEN A ROOM ON THE FLOOR WHERE RENOVATION WORK WAS GOING ON WITH LOT OF NOISE ON THE CORRIDOR.
HOTEL SHOULD KEEP IN MIND CUSTOMER SATISFACTION.DID NOT EXPECT SUCH A ROOM IN A REPUTED BRAND LIKE SHERATON.

Accessible location, room is spacious but windows are small, limited view. The lobby is small, architectural design was nicely maintain. Breakfast is not so special Same in lobby caffe but good a**osphere. Staffs are approachable. Thank you

Bad customer service, rude staff. Dirty and smelly rooms. Not safe while walking

Hotel was in a good location. The room was spacious and clean. Only thing which I didn't like was the check-in time. It took 45 minutes to check-in. I think they should have more staff to check-in people. Also during the turndown service, they didn't replace the toiletries, I had to request them to get it replaced.
