Not worth the price, our tub filled up to our ankles while showering and had a German cocoa roach in the room which I should have taken a picture of for proof but freaked out and killed in out of habit. Nice staff. Our stay was short and did not stay for there breakfast

The service was nice. Everything was clean. I was very disappointed in the continental breakfast, though. There was absolutely no milk. Because of that, they also didn’t have cereal. They really need to fix that. I do think it was the best looking hotel in Chipley and would recommend it overall.

It was fast easy and no hassle. The room excellent. The front desk clerk was nice and friendly

Clerk was throwing up in waste basket when I arrived. Later we found out that the microwave would not work. Stand-in person working counter didn't know how to log into the compute to see where an empty room was to get a replacement. After checking further I found rhat the microwave was set in an area with no electric outlet. I had to move the microwave to a tabletop to use it. Toilet barely drains.

Friendly staff beds are comfortable clean bathroom and clean hotel some remodeling going on. I was on 1st floor whoever was on 2nd floor above me sounded like kids running or heavy walking so if you want peace n quiet recommend staying on highest level.

Hair in sheets and shower. We stayed on the first floor and kids were literally yelling down the hall till 12:00. Staff did nothing

Smells like they need to do an extreme cleaning including the carpets. All tile floors felt greasy or soapy underfoot. Shower and toilet leaks, shower handle broken. Bathroom needs renovation.

General overall condition of hotel functional, but not well maintained. There were stains on the carpet, on the chairs, the comforter and the washcloths. When we first checked in, we didn’t smell smoke but over the course of the next 3 days, it progressively became worse. The coffee pot in the room was broken. When my husband went down for breakfast, there were no biscuits for the biscuits and gravy, the eggs were old and all of the tables were dirty and hadn’t been cleaned. It looked like there was no one on duty to take care of breakfast. On the plus side, the beds were comfortable and it’s convenient to Walmart and I-10.

Would have been nice to have had a shower curtain. How does a shower curtain go missing?

The staff is super friendly and helpful. Hotel itself is older and musty smelling. Bedding did not appear to be clean especially on the pullout couch. That mattress was badly stained as well.

Clean property and other than the gentleman enjoying music at the pool at midnight, everything was just fine.

They were amazing and wonderfully and understanding about us having a service dog for our son. I would stay here again and I would recommend people to stay here

There was blood on the tube and the bathroom floor looked as though it wasn’t mopped.
