If you are considering coming here, be sure to bring bug spray for the roaches, bring spare change for the homeless surrounding the hotel and an interpreter so you know if the other guests want a smoke or your wallet.

Dirty, outdated and smelly. Killed several bugs in the room, torn curtains blood stains on the door frame. Need I say more? This location is so very outdated and poor service was just the beginning. Cigarette smells, musty, moldy. And to have one of the employees literally lay her head on the juice dispenser while guests, including my wife, and I trying to eat, was totally unprofessional. We understand that people have bad days, but working in the hospitality industry, you need to show a little bit more professionalism.

Worst stay in a choice hotel ever. The room had a nasty smell the moment you walked in. If you turned on the a.c. or heat it just got worse. The shampoo and lotion left in the bathroom had already been used half full. Too many people living there paid by the state that regular paying customers were getting nasty smelly rooms. Price way too high for nasty room. Do not recommend!! Wish I could leave no stars!!

This hotel needs some TLC for sure. Although the staff were wonderful the 2 rooms I booked had some issues needing to be addressed. Room 128 needs better lighting, those light bulbs are too low. The shower knob needs replacing someone can get burnt while trying to adjust. 2 roaches killed by my husband, therefore needs exterminator. Curtain needs repair had to use a clothes hanger to keep it closed. Room 129, same lighting issues. 3 small roaches killed by my sister. Exit by vending machine does not lock, that's a huge safety concern since anyone can come in without a room key. Breakfast was satisfactory.

They are lucky to get a one! The bathroom is disgusting looks like it was never cleaned. Tub was chipped and worn , bar in tub looks like it was falling off never stepped foot in shower. Pillows on the beds look like sofa pillows. Continental breakfast was awful. They definitely need to learn how to clean. Room keys don’t stay activated. They advertise a pool and don’t have one, only the Springfield hotel and they really need to advertise that! Never again, even though it was a low cost deal it wasn’t worth it. Also all doors hard to open and close. So they don’t have to answer door after hours they leave carpet in between so anyone could walk in.

The telephone number associated with the website takes you to ***********. Just FYI, you will not be refunded your money once you arrive, and discover that the hotel is disgusting and that the reviews on their website are clearly delusional. Immediately, our key did not work. Even after it was reset three times, and with the assistance of the front desk person walking over to unlock the doors. By the way, the front desk staff was very nice. We literally did not make it past the entry door. In the parking lot, people were seated in cars with blasting music, drinking alcohol. I witnessed what appeared to be a drug deal, and several other people just walking around aimlessly. There were window screens on the first level that appeared to have been cut open, flapping in the wind. Luckily, there was a nice, clean, quiet hotel nearer the downtown area. Unfortunately, we paid for both rooms.
