First hot holiday away and it has definetly won my heart over to come back! Staff were absolutely amazing!!! Bar was always busy and staff worked quickly to get drinks ready… special big shout out to Mikey Mikey, always made sure everyone had a smile on their faces and interacted with everyone which made the experience even better. Thank you to all the staff for their extremely hard work so that we can enjoy our holiday without a worry ☺️

This place is such a lovley resort it is a little away from Kos Town but as this was a relaxing holiday it was exactly what I was looking for. The hotel itself is very clean and tidy and room was cleaned everyday and towels changed everyday too which was needed as our room flooded after having a shower which makes the floor slippy when wet. Just popped a hand towel down though so was OK. Food - great mix of food pretty tepid at times but all in all pretty good I've had a fair share of food and it caters for everyone. Staff - most staff are friendly and very much smiling and happy few special shout outs to mikey and the entertainment team, they really do go out their way to ensure that your involved and there is something to do everyday, from darts to yoga 🧘‍♂️. Joanne and Robert on the various did a great job serving constantly over the course of the day from morning to midnight. Wasn't best pleased with the receptionist Alexander very much not a great vibe from this member of staff, went to see about a late check out and was told it would be €20 to which we said perfect went back to pay a day later and it was then €35 to which he said the manager had said this, its a bit shocking and I understand that it's based in availability but felt like it was him stealing the extra €15 for himself and when paying cash was told the printer wasn't working after asking for a receipt for this which makes it feel dodgy. This wasn't the case tho was able to stay until 6pm on day of departure as its a late night flight so all was okay. This is the reason I haven't given this resort 5 stars, it probably should have got them but due to the lack of dissapointment from the not so nice reception member of staff this is something maybe the resort needs to address, we thought we had booked our late departure for the €20 and I'm still a bit angry because I feel a bit of deception. Great stay though! Give it a shot, especially if you've got a small family speaking to other guests the parents felt comfy letting them roam run about the complex without their supervision. Nothing bad to say! Great location , free bus into town and back during the day and taxi if needed is only €10 anyway. All the staff are great, from housekeeping, restaurant, bar, the shop. Obviously like everyone Mikey was the highlight of the place for us , such a great friendly guy who works so hard to entertain everyone. The rooms were cleaned immaculately daily and the food was great , plenty of choice to suit everyone. Drinks were great and speedy. Pools are plentiful, nice and clean. Would definitely recommend 👍

First of all I am happy to see some positive reviews posted recently as some of the ones from last year were definitely off putting and I nearly didn’t book. What I can say is the hotel is beautiful, lovely setting with gorgeous views, quirky layout. The hotel is clean, the rooms are clean, our family room was extremely spacious. The all inclusive drinks were basic but flowing, food was good variety and tasted great however a little tepid at times, the food was always fresh though, being replaced constantly. The staff that looked after the restaurant and bars were great and never stopped working, very polite and helpful. Unlike some hotels they really don’t care, you can get drinks at all times, ice cream whenever, if your feeling peckish these ham and cheese toasties at your request, fruit in the fridge - it’s so relaxed, I ate so much. I would say at this point we booked into the upstairs restaurant one night but felt this was pointless, just another buffet, self serve etc when we have done this in other hotels it’s a “a la carte” with waitress service etc. The hotel is in a great location away from everything but close enough to walk to Kos town, we did it 3 times, it’s only 30 mins but there is a shuttle service from the hotel there and back too. There’s lots to do there and we are out a couple of times on the beach front. Back to the hotel, pools are great there’s so many but for me only good one was the main one near bar etc you have to get down there early for beds but beds in all other pools easy to come by. Which then brings me to the water park. This shouldn’t be allowed to be called a water park cause it’s not - there’s 2 slides and a baby slide, 1 slide out of action and to be fair they are gash, so if it’s a water park you are after this is not one. The entertainer guy mentioned by most others is a great guy, I try not to have too much dealings with these kind of guys but he was so nice and pleasant and lots of fun. And finally the negatives which I would have to say about the reception staff, these guys don’t understand any of the guests, therefore can’t help them and come across rude. Useless is the better word. Don’t let this put you off tho cause you don’t need to deal with them after check in. All in all we had a fabulous holiday and although lot looking to come back (as we don’t like visiting same places) we have already booked to come back to kos in August

Staff are absolutely brilliant but the main highlight of the hole experience was the entertainment staff, Mikey mikey was the best part if it all. Absolutely fantastic man! Can't wait to see him again he has so much to offer, we would book a holiday with more people just so they would experience what we did with mikey mikey. Can't thank you enough.

Just finished my week stay at this resort after reading many of the reviews I was actually quite nervous to come. I’m a solo traveller. Check-in was ok but very much a language barrier with a girl behind reception I can honestly say that yes the resort does need maintenance work. but all in all the resort is very lovely and well kept clean The entertainment team do a fantastic job a shout out to Mikey always kept everyone very happy all the staff that work in the restaurants clearing the tables. They are very friendly and doing an amazing job. Food is very hit and miss if you don’t mind standard buffet food then you will do quite well here, there is a shop on site as well that does sell food, clothes, bags, suncream, ice creams, crisps,etc Room was actually very nice there is a hairdryer on the wall The bathroom does flood i did let reception know but nothing was done about it The only other problem I had was after the rooms were cleaned by the cleaners. They leave your front door and balcony unlocked and front door open which I did have a problem with after telling the reception they just said it’s ok no one will take anything. That didn’t sit well with me But all in all I would return to the hotel

The entertainment staff were great and Mickey was fantastic; always making everyone happy. Spends his evening going around talking to everyone even after the shows have finished. He makes the place :) always happy to help and go the extra mile

Beautiful setting and so many clean swimming pools to choose from. Food is very good, being a variety of Greek and Italian meals and lovely salads and deserts.. Mike and Chante do a wonderful job of entertaing the guests and they pour themselves with passion into their job. Mike has an energy and joy that is infectious. The poor guy was trying to get guests up dancing and we witnessed a guest call him over and asked him to sit down ..... the punched him in the face for absolutely no reason at all. Mike did not react at all and quickly left the area as the man's family told him off for being aggressive....but in a very aggressive way. I really felt for the entertainment team .. especially Mike ..if this is the behaviour they have to put up with from some guests. Mike handled it with such grace and forgiveness he was amazing about it. Bless him. Love this hotel ... don't let this put you off as it happens at all hotels apparantly. Drunken guests getting out of hand occasionally. The beds are comfy and I'm really fussy with beds Drinks are limited choice but quite good quality for all inclusive. Would recommend this hotel. 👌

I came 30th sep- 14th oct Staff were lovely especially the reception lady she helped with everything we needed. There’s a free bus to and from Kos town centre 5 pools, -Quiet pool for elderly and people who’d like a more quiet swim -main pool next to pool bar. Really deep -another pool it’s quiet but also get busy at times -big pool with bar and 3 water slides 1 of them for toddlers -shallow pool with volley ball net There is sandwiches and hot dogs on as snacks and self serve ice scream all day. Free gyros aswell as slices of cake Fresh towels and bed made everyday Food I had no complaints there was a good variety, not good if you’re a picky eater tho. Every meal time I always had a full plate so nothing to complain about. They have a restaurant upstairs that has themed nights that you put your name down for. Overall I enjoyed this hotel and I would recommend to anyone aswell as I’d definitely come back here if I come back to Kos. Only a few small complaints - Our toilet seat didn’t fit on the toilet bowel properly -Entertainment could of been better we weren’t bothered about it -Good Wifi however you’d disconnect every now and again. Quite annoying Overall very good hotel

The place was filthy, dead rat at pool, food just reheats and the alcohol watered down. This place is a disgrace, the bed sheets manky, bathroom full o f mould and dirt, place never cleaned, staff not in uniform and place just a mess. They only accept cash at the shop and have no cash machine or contactless, disgusting resort, and the woman in charge not interested

Nice hotel out of the way of everything. Food is a little bit hit and miss but lovely pool area and the rooms are clean with really comfy beds. The bus down to the town is great but could do with more times or a much bigger bus as the ques were pretty long.

Lorenc and Katerina are very good bar tenders, made mine and my friends evening very very enjoyable and brought us our drinks over, the food was delicious and is such a lovely resort with lots of pools to chose from! There also is a couple slides which are Great fun!

We returned from this dreadful place at the end of August. We travelled through Jet2holidays and I am still battling a complaint! Where do I start! I was contacted before the holiday to say the inflatables had been removed from the pool so as you can imagine, very disappointed children before we even set off. I was aso told the third restaurant was no longer available but Greek and Italian still on but on different nights. This was not the case at all. We stayed at the Aegean View Aqua Resort that was advertised by you as a 3 plus star Hotel and scores 4 out of 5 on TripAdvisor. When we arrived at the hotel my parents were given a room that had no hot water and the air-conditioning unit was dripping water and spitting out dust and black dirt. The terrace looked out at a wall with an air-conditioning unit blowing out hot air onto their balcony. (See pictures) The shower also fell off the wall when my Dad tried to use it. They were moved the next day by the help of a Tui rep as no Jet2 rep present. Did not see one all holiday! The Tui rep was actually there giving out complimentary bottles of wine and gifts to guests who were complaining and advising them about compensation on their return to the UK to apologise for the hotel! I honestly don't know where to start. The hotel is badly run and in need of some major repairs. Our rooms constantly had power cuts, lasting anything from 2 minutes to over an hour. Not helpful as no air-conditioning for that time and unable to use anything. The pools were disgusting (see pictures) Algae around all pools, dirt along the bottom and it felt slimy on your feet. Broken grills, rotting wood around them and in the waterpark pool there were even pipes sticking out the bottom which my father cut his foot on. The walk way to the slides had stagnant water puddles and was absolutely filthy! (See pictures) I never once saw any of these areas cleaned and it was clear that returning day after day that no cleaning had taken place. Serious health hazard and probably part of the reason my children were so sick whilst there. The main buffet restaurant food was terrible and the same every single day. We had to clear our own table, wipe it with our own wipes and set it ourselves at most sittings. No cleaning equipment anywhere! The Desserts were all from frozen and not properly defrosted with water in them. Fizzy drinks, if you left them for more than 5 minutes it would seperate leaving syrup sugar at the bottom and clear at the top. The restaurant was swarming with begging cats that tried to jump on your table as you were eating (see pictures). There was a cable that ran from one side of the outside restaurant to the other that was a permanent fixture and a total trip hazard. My 75 year old Mother tripped over this and hurt her back which she already suffers with (see pictures) The only other option for dining was the Greek restaurant which we were led to believe was a la carte but was actually just another buffet with the sa
