B&B HOTEL Tours Parc Expo St-Avertin Reviews

This hotel is not too far from the main town centre. Accomodation is clean and tidy. My only problem was the wifi did not work and the receptionist kept telling me I was connected and I said yea I was but the internet isn’t working, she wouldn’t give me a different password to try so I ended up using all my data instead which isn’t good when you are on a limited amount overseas.

Not bad for a road hotel. Small shower but clean. No problems regarding the noise, slept very well. Beds were good. Kind and cordial people. Breakfast ok. Very convenient place, just mear the motorway. We ate pleasantlyat a chinese restaurant just a block away.

This is a regular first night stop-over when travelling through France for us. It is very clean and has secure parking.A lift takes you to all the rooms. Each time we have a triple room and it always seems slightly different. This time for three adults our triple was one large bedroom with a double leading into another large room with single bed. The bathroom led off from the single room. If you are familiar with the Hotel B&B group their bathrooms are good but always small. This bathroom was totally different. Usual great shower but large and spacious. After a comfortable night, beds are always great, we went down for breakfast. Your hosts always greet you and breakfast didn't disappoint. Plenty to choose from and fresh. Great for setting us up for the onward journey. The hotel is also situated not far from the main road so you are soon back on course for your next destination. Possibly the seventh time we have stayed here and we will of course be back next year!

Ok Hotel just the breakfast let it down, other than that it’s very handy for everything you need if your paying a visit to Mont-St-Michel, if you’re feeling energetic you can walk there from here or if like me you’re feeling lazy the shuttle operates every 15 minutes there.

Friendly and professional

Probably the sixth time we have stayed here, but first since Covid. Plenty of secure parking outside. We were welcomed by a lovely friendly lady who I assumed was the manager. She checked us in and we were allocated a triple room on the second floor. The room was clean, tidy and beds extremely comfortable. The room had a velux window out of which you had a view of the surrounding area. The bathroom, as is the usual style in B&B was small, compact but had a great shower. The towels were tiny though. We went out to eat at the nearby shopping mall and on our return sat outside with a coffee as it was hot weather and there was outside seating. Breakfast in the morning was fresh and plentiful. Lovely croissants and fresh bread plus the usual hot scrambled egg and bacon. We left straight after breakfast to continue our journey and within minutes were back on the motorway. We undoubtedly will stay again . A big thank you to the lady on Reception for giving us directions for the nearest petrol station that took cash. We had cards but wanted to use cash and a lot of french service stations no longer take cash. Also all B&B hotels have an accreditation for their high standards regarding Covid. We felt very safe staying here.

For someone who stays in a lot of American hotels comparable in price to this one, i must say that the French always strive for perfection. The quality of their simple breakfast surpasses American continental fare. The bread is fresh and delicious. The croissants top notch. The coffee is always good. I'd say this low end hotel leaves its American competitors in the dust. If you're looking to save on your travel cost, it offers great value.

Très Très bon accueil à l'arrivée. Chambre confortable et très calme. Petit déjeuner copieux et équilibré et au service avec Jean Claude très très agréable et très attentif à la clientèle. Nous avons passé un agréable moment, à recommander.

Chambre propre et spacieuse, bien insonorisée. Petit déjeuner copieux et varié, on peut se servir à volonté, produits bio de qualité. Seul bémol, il est précisé que la chambre peut être récupérée des 14h mais pas de réception avant 17h, il faut se débrouiller avec une machine pour la récupérer et ce n'est pas évident pour certaines personnes.

la personne à l'accueil n'était pas très agréable et le petit déjeuner est décevant

Petit déjeuner comme j'aime même si les fruits frais et variés de saison manquent à l'appel. Belle chambre spacieuse, propre, agréable. Personnel accueillant et à l'écoute. Le seul bémol, dans le couloir lorsque l'on sort de l'ascenseur au 4ème étage, il y a une odeur peu agréable mais probablement cela est dû à la moquette qui a peut être fait son temps ?

Rien a redire tout etait parfait petit dejeuner copieux je recommande

L'hôtel répond à ses missions fondamentales. 2 points à revoir : 1/ à quand des verres plutôt que des gobelets en carton emballés dans du plastique dans les chambres ? 2/ pourquoi pas de respect du "ne pas déranger" ? je le mets sur ma porte car je n'ai pas besoin qu'on fasse mon lit tous les jours et les 2 jours, ma chambre a été faite. De +, on connait la pression mise sur les femmes de chambre, autant faire baisser facilement sa charge de travail !

Hôtel très agréable, accueil et petit déjeuner parfait et sympathique. Je reviendrais volontiers.
