It's a compact small hotel. The room is OK and relatively clean. Generally, Chinese people travel a lot. The Empire State Building and Times Square are relatively close to each other. The location is good.

Had a family emergency and asked for a change of dates for my stay. The guy who answers the front desk told me he doesn’t deal with these issues and to call back to speak with the right person. He added that more than likely I won’t get any help. Not cool to assume and give out an opinion if he didn’t work on that department. Very rude tone. I won’t book here considering they don’t accommodate for emergency issues.

A newly renovated hotel in a convenient location, which is the main draw for booking this place. It's clean and spacious enough for NY, however, could use amenities like a kettle or coffee maker. The restaurant and bar in the lobby is not yet available. It's a nice space though. Most staff, except for one person, were friendly, but didn't go above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

The hotel was great! We got there a little early and the front desk let us check in right away. Very quiet and because of the high ceilings it seemed much bigger than it was. Everyone was super nice and helpful. A must stay!

This hotel was a great price and centrally located to food shopping and the subway. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The rooms have window units and steam heat, so while it was very warm it was also very noisy from the clanging pipes in the middle of the night. Definitely our biggest complaint. Room was an OK size but we were in the back corner and had ZERO light and view. The housekeeping staff was friendly, but we did have dried blood on our sheets when we checked in. Shower was warm and bathrooms clean! The bar and restaurant were both closed so that was a bummer. Overall a quiet and clean hotel.

Very nice room. High ceiling in room Mae it feel better. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. The only issue with room was (1) water was luke warm in shower and (2) heater went on and off all night and was loud. Other than that it was nice.

This is a stylish boutique hotel in the old headquarters of Life magazine. With the lobby bar and restaurant closed, the perks are limited to morning coffee and tea. But the Midtown location is fabulous. And Koreatown is vibrant and fun. Just a few doors down is an excellent gastropub, Osamil.
