The front desk service was terrible. When checking out in the early hours of the morning, I was going to just put the key card in the lobby's check-out box. However, the female staff member at the front desk saw me and told me directly to hand her the key card. I was speechless. What's the point of having a check-out box in the lobby then? I won't be considering staying here again. The environment is really subpar. My room was on an upper floor, and the hallway outside the elevator had a terrible musty smell. There was no comb, and the towels in the room were dirty (I forgot to take a picture). The hairdryer was fixed inside a drawer under the TV and couldn't be fully pulled out. The hot water temperature in the shower was difficult to adjust, constantly fluctuating between hot and cold. The room didn't provide bottled water or filtered water, though there were various vending machines selling water in the lobby. The overall experience was extremely poor. I honestly do not recommend it.

The room was a bit small and the soundproofing wasn't great. The swimming pool was nice, and there are facilities for kids on the first floor. There's a 7-Eleven right next to the hotel, and the nearest Sheng Siong supermarket is a 10-minute walk away. Havelock MRT station is also just a 6-minute walk. Overall, it's pretty good.

Very satisfied. They kindly offered a free room upgrade.
