Room is clean.. but small room. And you need careful on this hotel rules on early check-in or late checkout.. hotel rules will charge you expensive fee charge.. and don't expect smile face from front desk.. they are serious on extra charge fee

As per record, we have booked a connected room with River View for 1 double bed & 2 single beds for 3 nights. Upon arrival at the checked in counter, the staff by the name of Maria straight away offered us an upgrade of the connected room for the 2nd & 3rd night at the upper floor with a better view. But 1st night we have to stay at lower flr in a big room with 1 double bed & 2 single bed. We said OK and she checked us into Room 206. When we got to the room, we rest for a bit before we really check out the room. But my son was complaining about the room. Being the room are like an extended room for the room flr are build by wood and noisy when u walk. No centralised aircond but a split unit aircon which is not cold. Mattress are hard as if it's already more than 10years old. This room gave us a feeling as if we are some illegal immigrant. We went back to Trip.com to check the review and we found few customers are having the same experience. I've screenshot 1 of them and attached as photo. We went down to complaint & demanded change room to the room we booked in advance. And it's not our problem that they over sold their rooms & neglected customers who booked & pay in advance. Till the end, we get the room we booked but Maria claimed its VIP room which this room fits the description of the room we book. On the day we chevked out, Maria was on duty. Very bad attitude. No eye contact, no greetings, no thank you. She don't deserve to be assigned at the front desk.

Nice hotel.. Close to fort canning metro station.. Has good restaurants nearly..

The counter and customer service is bad. Although we paid using nickname and got receipt as proof, but they not accept and ask us to extra pay for the name amendment. The luggage early check-in need to do yourselves and they are not help. The drinking bottle is not provided and the staff told us the water refill downstair is only for staff? The only good thing is hotel cleanliness is satisfied. The aunt cleaner will sweep and clean when we needed.

The location is great, the swimming pool is decent as for the rate. Cheap and close to everything. The bathroom is tiny!

We have booked from april 26-28 for a family room with connecting room. To my surprise the room was not available and was given a family room which is way cheaper . Aircon wqs not cooling so my son cleaned it. The receptionist was trying her best to appease us and offered an upgraded city view wc my daughter checked that the room we booked was city view too. They have transferred our things on our 2nd day to the family with connecting room but we havent enjoyed it fully as we have just a day to stay as we checkout early too at 1030 am . They offered late check out at 1pm wherein usual Checkout is 12 ( no point) Asked for an extension but will charged us around 180- 205 sgd. until 9pm since our flight back is at 2am . April 29 Stay was not pleasant as i have my mom in law aged 80 years old who needs a place that can relax and be comfortable . I demand a refund on our first and 2nd day as we have not used the room that we booked .

No bottled water was provided in the room. Toothbrush and shower cap provided. Towels are thin and a bit dingy. Room and bathroom are rather small and awkward. Good river facing view. Carpark redemption was given.

Nice place to stay, near many of restaurant, nice view and easy to get the mrt to many places

AVOID ! Basement carpark is horrid. Full of old furniture with old mattress. Looks like refugee slums. Fire hazard, hotel management should have permitted this, better pray hard no one throw cigarette buds. NO WATER Bottle drinks nor water dispenser being provided . Shower gel is terrible quality. Towels worst than table cloth. Front desk office Malaysian accent spectacle skinny young man should give more smile to customers , even my wife made a booking online updated my names as second guest, refuse to take a look on both our documents and insist my wife is the only person that can check in . She only arrive at 11pm of that night. I was there at 2.30pm with all luggages. Without a choice , I have to leave the carpark and guess what? He refused to issue me complimentary carpark ticket talk in rude tone : you are not hotel guest no free parking !

They let me sleep in Arianna Hotel for first night because the room i booked, the air-con isn’t working. But this hotel is terrible! I didn’t pay 6,xxx baht/night for the room like this. Even though they gave us free taxi for deliver went to Arianna and came back for tmr. or upgrading room but it’s not the point. Still mad and never recommend this place!!!

The hotel was very accessible and convenient.Near to clarkquay boat Quay if you want to enjoy the view and near to MRT,mall,hawker,live band and restaurant.Staff are friendly especially for Filipino receptionist.And Chinese Cleaner who always clean the room is very good.thank you🥰💖💖💖enjoy staying.The property belongings are safe and secure.🥰💖💖

Got a river view room at the 8th floor. The curtains are not light blocking, so be prepared to be uncomfortably woken up by sunlight at 7am. There was only body soap and there wasn't shampoo or conditioner. Only one wastebin in the toilet. No cottonpad or cotton bud set nor comb. Only had shower caps and toothpaste/toothbrush. No room facial tissue. The tv had limoted channels and had no local channels. Could hear people speaking and showering in the room next door at 4am. Our room was a connecting room. Requested for 2 more pillows because the room only had 2 head pillows but they didnt have extra pillows. There were visible stains on the top blanket cover. Room was rather small for a deluxe double room. Toilet was also very small. The door swings in and out as a double door

Get an unexpected upgrade to deluxe room! With a really good river view and also night view ❤️ Had a really good stay and also enjoyed the riverside leisure walk there 🌸
