The hotel is located very near to the Macau immigration depots from China Zhuhai and is very well served by taxi. This hotel is a family Hotel where you have everything within the and obviously the ****** is an added attraction for adults.The free bus provided to Macau is also making my stay better but I feel that the starting time should be adjusted to 10 AM instead of 12 noon. I find the serving of popcorn is something which allowed Family having children an added attraction. The checking in counter is also very well staffed and was done orderly and fast. The room is also very comfortable and surprisingly there are a total of 14 minerals water. I surely will continue to stay in the same hotel for my future visits.

Best hotel I ever stay. Stayed at Family room, just that the room is small but overall is good. Family room won’t facing the Paris view. Cleanness is tip top, down stair have ******, order room service and foods is delicious as well. Connected to major mall. Swimming pool is goods as well. Service is tip top goods. Free shuttle bus from Airport to hotel. Great service. Good good good. No complaints. I enjoyed my stay at The Parisian.

What a fantastic hotel with fantastic staff (Keya, Nicko, Tony). Upon arrival, my room was upgraded for free to a suite - 1.5 bathrooms, a separated living room and en-suite bathroom with a bath and a shower. The hotel was clean and everything in place. The only concern I had was that the bed wasn’t as comfortable as expected. Other than that, I can’t complain! Broadway Macau will now be my go-to hotel every year in Macau.

HarbourView Hotel is located at the middle of Fisherman’s Warf with the Legend hotel and Hotel Rock located at the northern and southern end points. Sands ****** is located just across the road so ****** lovers will love the location. We stayed here for 3 nights and opted for the standard room. Services are excellent. One phone call to the front desk and they move fast to get the work done. Breakfast is comprehensive if you like Chinese food, but they still have good options if you prefer western food. Overall an excellent choice given the room pricing. We will come back to stay again .

Upon check-in on March 1st, I was pleasantly surprised with a free upgrade to a room equipped with smart facilities, allowing me to control room lighting, curtains, and even the smart device with music controls. The staff were incredibly friendly, and the lobby always had tasty Chinese treats available. The hotel's location is excellent, just a 5-minute walk from 皇岗 station, making it very convenient for transportation. Additionally, there are many top-rated restaurants and famous local foods nearby. My wife, 8-year-old daughter, and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the hotel's amenities. I particularly liked the complimentary laundry service, even though guests need to wash their own clothes, it was still a valuable offering. Another standout feature was the robot delivery service for **food delivery, which made ordering food to our room incredibly convenient. However, one suggestion for improvement would be to allocate separate floors for smoking and non-smoking guests to ensure a more pleasant stay for everyone. Overall, I highly recommend Shenzhen 荟语酒店 for its excellent service, convenient location, and modern amenities. We loved our stay and would gladly return in the future.

We booked the Snowhouse Family Room. There's an igloo toyhouse in the room which my son really loved. There are also a lot of other activities for children inside this hotel besides going to The Ocean Kingdom. The buffet dinner was a surprise to us because there were so many kinds of food and different seafood. I hope they could have Snowhouse Family Room with View (for seeing the firework) in the future coz we would love to see firework in the room after a long day.

***ALWAYS MY FIRST CHOICE*** This is my second visit and the service still the best even in busy summer. As we are travelling with young kid and elderly, check in staff arrange room on the same floor and close to each other. Ben is very helpful, he helped me to arrange all transportation and recommend good place to go. Also arranged a cake and decorated the room for my husband’s birthday!!!The hotel located in a big shopping mall with many great activities, my families has a great time! Thank you and will definitely recommend to my friends.
