Definitely not a good place to stay for a tourist. located far away from any public transport, have to relay on taxi, parking on premises is expensive. Hotel doesn’t have an independent entrance or building, its part of other commercial warehouses. its not purposely built for a hotel, its being renovated to be a place of accommodation.
Room is small and shower hot water pressure is low in general not worth the price i paid which was about SGD$150/night

Overall, the room decent with a pantry.
Only concern is another guest managed to open our door with an access card as they required to change another room and was directed by the staff to our room.

The room is good, looks new clean, we had room for 3 persons and it was really big one, room have kitchen and all needed for cooking, location also is not to bad, just little bit far from bus station or metro like 10-15 min, but you can go through houses, so it will be faster. ONLY after booking contact to staff, ask for your room number, code of your room, so you can check in by your self, if u have late pickup. Inform and ask about all information, cuz they will not contact to you by themself, also the phone on Trip.com is not answering, so u can check on their website for phone numbers, write to what up.

Pretty basic stay with option to cook which I liked! Check in was rather messy but thankfully it wasn't busy when I did. Location can be a chore if you return late, long walk from mrt.

Service apartment for budget travel.
Bed is hard and hygiene of beddings seems not clean enough
Bathroom and toilet is tidy and neat though
Can get noisy during early mornings as you can hear the corridors and next room
