Carlton Hotel Singapore

This is my third time staying at this hotel, and I'm still very satisfied. The biggest advantage of this hotel is the spacious rooms; in Singapore, where space is at a premium, rooms of this size are truly a rare find. The service is also great; the room is cleaned thoroughly every day. It's a very comfortable stay.

Singapore is clean, has convenient transportation, great shopping and sightseeing, and delicious Southeast Asian food. This hotel's location is truly excellent. It's right across from Raffles City, making dining incredibly convenient!

Great value for money, and the location is fantastic! You can walk to several attractions from here. The service was good too, and it only takes a little over 20 minutes to get to the airport, so it's super convenient for arrivals and departures.

The hotel lobby is very grand and impressive, and the rooms are well-equipped. Both the front desk and cleaning staff are incredibly warm and attentive. The location is super convenient with two subway lines right outside, and Raffles City is directly across the street, making it really easy to find places to eat – a true Singaporean experience!

As a hotel that's been open for over ten years, it still maintains its consistently warm service. However, the in-room facilities are showing their age, and there's a noticeable gap compared to newly opened hotels. This hotel's strong suit is its excellent value for money; for the same price, you won't find a hotel with better convenience for getting around. Therefore, it's still highly recommended.

Facilities are comprehensive, including an outdoor pool and a gym, plus a rooftop bar on the 29th floor offering stunning city night views. Dining options are plentiful with Plate restaurant and Tuxedo Café catering to various tastes. The service is thoughtful and attentive. The concierge and front desk staff are warm and professional, quick to resolve issues like delayed luggage, and even provide pleasant surprises like honeymoon setups and welcome cakes. The hotel offers exceptional value for money, with prices that are friendly compared to other hotels of similar caliber in Singapore, making it ideal for both business and leisure travelers. A minor drawback is the small size of the swimming pool, and check-in times are quite strict, but overall, these small imperfections don't detract from an otherwise excellent experience.
