Вам нужно сразу понимать, что дорога до отеля занимает час, час от аэропорта, час до моря и по-началу это кажется совсем немного, но затем это лично мне уже надоело. Электрички ходят не так часто и до них еще нужно добраться. Это первый пункт, о котором надо прям хорошенько подумать, прежде чем выбирать вообще Красную Поляну. Будьте готовы к очередям на автобус на пляж. Если утром, когда нет жары, вам еще будет нормально, то обратно днем внизу у стадиона Фишт под палящим солнцем будет уже ненормально. За полчаса до отправления уже человек 20 стоит. Чтобы быть практически первыми и стоять под навесом на остановке, лучше приходить за 40-45 минут. Зайдя в автобус после такой жары вы почувствуете адский холод кондиционеров. Возможный исход этого думаю всем понятен. Стоимость трансфера туда/обратно 350 рублей с человека и это правда недорого. Лежаков хватает всем. Залог за карточку на полотенце 500 рублей. Отель это отдельный вид искусства. Красиво, не спорю. Но кто-то из вас видел двери в туалет/межкомнатные при заезде в новые квартиры. Так вот практически в каждый номер такая дверь. Слышимость не то что сильная, она настолько сильная, что слышно как человек ходит по-маленькому и о чем говорит со своим собеседником в комнате. В номере, в котором мы жили (стандарт с балконом) не было ни кондиционера (это второй пункт, поверьте, он нужен даже в горах!), ни телевизора, ни холодильника. Вроде как, холодильник можно попросить, как бы это смешно не звучало, но это не точно. Пол еду. Шведский стол по времени само то, как мне кажется. 7-10, 13-15, 17-20, но шведский стол очень мал для такого количества номеров (а их много). Разнообразия практически нет. На один из приемов пищи может не быть мясного, ну как, будет, но этот будут покупные наггетсы (это не смешно). Уборка номера. Ну ни о какой ежедневной уборке речи нет. По звонку на ресепшен мне сказали, что уборка производится 1 раз в 3 дня. Ну то есть и мыла и полотенец и прости Господи туалетной бумаги (поэтому этими расходникам лучше запастись на случай разных проблем). «Перестилка» белья тоже раз в 3 дня, но у нас по факту на 4 день. Выход номера сразу просите на горы (прям умоляйте), поверьте, солнце после обеда палит очень сильно и если выход номера будет как у нас на канатные дороги, то все, придется открывать дверь и устраивать сквозняк. Шторы блэкаут не помогут от жары (повторюсь, и в горах жарко). Из плюсов, на ресепшене можно приобрести ски-пасс со скидкой. Море на пляже лучше, как по нам, чем в том же Адлере или Сочи, потому что это низменность. Очень близко канатная дорога Олимпия (это немаловажно). Для детей и компаний много настольных игр в отеле и плейстейшен. Вайфай на территории отеля ловит хорошо. Итог: 5/10 и то потому что жене понравилось больше.

The room was provided with a 10-year-old daughter in August 2020. The room was provided just before the settlement time, which is pleasant. Cleaned well, but came late to 20-00!!! , balsames, shampoo, toothpaste – really as on the photo. Restaurant - Restaurant - Respectful, food above all praise, corresponding to hotel 4*. In the restaurant you want to mark the excellent service level. The hotel as a whole communicates with guests very welcoming, tactically, with a smile. The hotel has a very good bath complex, an open pool with heated water. But!!!! Everything is already tired and needs repair. As wishes: in the hotel make limits by the age of guests 10+ , if you position yourself as a hotel for a true rest and full dive into the hilling atmosphere. Small and screaming children are completely unsuited to the hotel concept. The feeling that everyone is going specially with children to this hotel because of the pool, with the age and time limits on the children's bathing , no one complies, no one responds to the comments and no staff follows. You can rest at the pool only in the first 30 minutes after the opening (9:00-9:30). Then the kindergarten starts, with parents lying on the lying, and children scream in the pool. It is evident that the hotel is not coping with the flow of guests, on the counter always the queue. In general, the hotel is on a firm 3.5, absolute price-quality discrepancy, the price is very overstated!!! Everything written in the advertising of the hotel – is already very tired, repair requires. Especially in the SPA all the shaded, stable scent of the sewer.

Очень понравился отдых в отеле Марриотт. Вежливый, отзывчивый персонал. Удобный, красивый и чистый номер. Все предусмотрено для комфорта гостей. Достойный шведский стол на завтраке. Вкусно, разнообразно, намного лучше, чем в Турции, где все компенсируется бесконечными тортиками. Отличные возможности провести день в отеле: бассейны на открытом воздухе. Бассейн с саунами на -1 этаже. Заказ еды из ресторана прямо к лежаку. Отдельно хочу поблагодарить массажистку Инну за мягкость, бережное взаимодействие с моим телом. За приятное общение и добрые руки. Очень приятно удивила возможность пользоваться всеми услугами отеля еще целый день после выселения. Мы оставили чемоданы в камере хранения, продлили карточки гостя и прекрасно провели время в бассейнах, в спа-зоне, на массаже. Приятно, что в Красной Поляне есть такой сервис. Благодарю!

Мы в этом отеле отдыхаем уже второй год подряд! Это прекраный отель! Обслуживание, бассейн, завтраки, чистота, вид 10 из 10! А сервис и работа персонала в отеле - это что-то космическое! Уровень заботы о гостях - «Заботливая мать»! Такого качества работы я не видел никогда! Согласен с коммертариями, что команде отеля нужно проехать с мастер-классами по всей России. I, as a traveling tour agent, cannot leave without notice the hotel I visited personally. In Rostov we lived in it at our extreme arrival to Adler. According to the earlier reviews about this hotel, the girls on the respiratory meeting us were very joyful and friendly. And as they say - the first impression you can't fix ))) Despite the fact that (as is commonly said in the tourism circles) the hotel is a little tired and is perfect for a comfortable rest. It has an ideal location. In step-by-step access, all - sea, Mandarin shopping (with all its cafes, breweries, raw warehouses, wine shops, chinques, etc), the main embankment with beaches, the famous Adler market, Imeretin Port, Olympic Park, The South Cultural Park (dendrarium), the stop of a high-speed bus in Big Sochi, dining rooms, shops and a lot of things that we haven't explored yet 🤣🤣🤣 And yes, the location is not the only merit.

Given we live in Russia during Covid we decided on a week family break in Sochi - first time for such a vacation there. First of all the hotel is excellent - with 2 pools, several bars and restaurants, bike hire, animation, kids play zones, spa and fitness. It is set up like a super resort and we (with our 9 year old) loved it - just a pity was only a week! It is located with access to its own beach, and has many great bars and restaurants close by within walking distance. You can walk to Sochi Park amusement park, to see the dancing fountains at night, and the promendade is a lively area both day and night to shop, eat, drink and dance. I was pleasantly surprised at how this part of Sochi has developed since 2014 - super impressed and would return. We took a day trip to the mountains - Rosa Khutor - this was amazing, and had no need in fact to go into downtown Sochi itself.

Location is the best, in the heart of the mountains with very easy excess to the facilities of Krasnaya Polyana and seaside Sochi. Our recent holiday at the hotel left a very negative impression. Awaiting the level of service corresponding to 5 stars, we faced a number of problems that spoiled our stay. The first problem was a broken shower leak in the room. The water flowed from several forks. Despite our request to change the room, the hotel did not find such a possibility. The inviting engineer replaced the leak, but after his work there were dirty traces in the bathroom. Despite repeated requests for cleaning, the traces were removed only from the second time. The hotel's attempt to ”sweep the guilt” by leaving fruit in the room seemed inappropriate to us. Instead, we would expect the basic level of service corresponding to the declared hotel status. The condition of the room repair also raised questions. Old, ripped surfaces clearly do not match the 5-star level. Бронирование было осуществлено в январе 2024, полностью оплачен номер и доп.услуги, за неделю до заезда начались проблемы с бронированием, якобы нет номеров и нет возможности разместить нас в данном отеле, по причине ремонта, как выяснилось позже, отказывают в проживании только тем, кто бронировал через сайт, а не туром. У нас был забронирован четырехместных двухкомнатный номер, и его нам предложили поменять на трехместный однокомнатный в отеле Альфа Сириус Прибрежный квартал, который находится просто на выселках, магазинов там рядом нет, гулять толком негде и самое главное, до пляжа добираться только на автобусе, если кто-то скажет ну и пусть, то для нас это было критично, так как мы специально бронировали именно гамму около моря и полностью проплатили номер в январе, после долгих скандалов все-таки оставили наше бронирование в отеле Гамма Сириус с пометкой, что это они просто к нам лояльны, а не потому что отмена в принципе была бы не правомерна, к слову сказать когда мы там отдыхали никакого ремонта в отеле не было и даже намека на него так что будьте внимательны при самостоятельном бронирование и проверяйте почту каждую неделю так как лт этого отеля можно ожидать что угодно. УБОРКА: В день заселения в номере было грязно - пыль толстым слоем на всех поверхностях, в том числе в тумбочках и шкафу (что творилось на шкафу даже смотреть было страшно), на полу ковролин весь в соре и грязи, на балконе так же толстый слой пыли, окна не мытые по всей видимости еще с прошлой зимы, сложилось впечатление, что после выезда прошлый гостей горничная просто сменила постель, полотенца, а все остальное наверное не нужно убирать, тут же была оставлена заявка на уборку номера, потому что находиться в грязном номере было максимально не приятно, вечером пришла женщина, это к слову была единственная горничная, которая действительно УБРАЛА номер, а не сделала видимость. По графику уборка и смена постельного белья один раз в три дня, вот тут и началось все веселье, придя после обеда в номер заметили, что постельное белье было поменяно, так же сменили весь комплект полотенец, НО САМ НОМЕР НЕ УБРАЛИ, на ковролине в номере и на балконе сор и грязь, на всех поверхностях толстый слой пыли, снова звоним на ресепшн с жалобами и оставляем заявку на уборку номера, вечером к нам приходит горничная и начинает хамить, якобы у них не хватает времени, а мы еще и жалуемся, я конечно извиняюсь, но разве в полномочия горничных стало входить хамство гостям?, пришла она без пылесоса наверное в надежде, что мы скажем не нужно убираться, но не случилось, сходила за пылесосом, мы в это время решили ей помочь и подняли с пола стулья и все что могло мешать, оказывается зря, горничная просто сделала вид уборки, мусорку не отодвинула, в углах не пылесосила, в комнате где балкон она вообще пропылесосила лишь входную зону, про уборку балкона можно забыть. Проходит еще три дня снова меняют постельное белье и полотенца и ОПЯТЬ НЕ УБИРАЮТ НОМЕР, тут мы уже смогли выловить горничную и уточнить, а уб

Вам нужно сразу понимать, что дорога до отеля занимает час, час от аэропорта, час до моря и по-началу это кажется совсем немного, но затем это лично мне уже надоело. Электрички ходят не так часто и до них еще нужно добраться. Это первый пункт, о котором надо прям хорошенько подумать, прежде чем выбирать вообще Красную Поляну. Будьте готовы к очередям на автобус на пляж. Если утром, когда нет жары, вам еще будет нормально, то обратно днем внизу у стадиона Фишт под палящим солнцем будет уже ненормально. За полчаса до отправления уже человек 20 стоит. Чтобы быть практически первыми и стоять под навесом на остановке, лучше приходить за 40-45 минут. Зайдя в автобус после такой жары вы почувствуете адский холод кондиционеров. Возможный исход этого думаю всем понятен. Стоимость трансфера туда/обратно 350 рублей с человека и это правда недорого. Лежаков хватает всем. Залог за карточку на полотенце 500 рублей. Отель это отдельный вид искусства. Красиво, не спорю. Но кто-то из вас видел двери в туалет/межкомнатные при заезде в новые квартиры. Так вот практически в каждый номер такая дверь. Слышимость не то что сильная, она настолько сильная, что слышно как человек ходит по-маленькому и о чем говорит со своим собеседником в комнате. В номере, в котором мы жили (стандарт с балконом) не было ни кондиционера (это второй пункт, поверьте, он нужен даже в горах!), ни телевизора, ни холодильника. Вроде как, холодильник можно попросить, как бы это смешно не звучало, но это не точно. Пол еду. Шведский стол по времени само то, как мне кажется. 7-10, 13-15, 17-20, но шведский стол очень мал для такого количества номеров (а их много). Разнообразия практически нет. На один из приемов пищи может не быть мясного, ну как, будет, но этот будут покупные наггетсы (это не смешно). Уборка номера. Ну ни о какой ежедневной уборке речи нет. По звонку на ресепшен мне сказали, что уборка производится 1 раз в 3 дня. Ну то есть и мыла и полотенец и прости Господи туалетной бумаги (поэтому этими расходникам лучше запастись на случай разных проблем). «Перестилка» белья тоже раз в 3 дня, но у нас по факту на 4 день. Выход номера сразу просите на горы (прям умоляйте), поверьте, солнце после обеда палит очень сильно и если выход номера будет как у нас на канатные дороги, то все, придется открывать дверь и устраивать сквозняк. Шторы блэкаут не помогут от жары (повторюсь, и в горах жарко). Из плюсов, на ресепшене можно приобрести ски-пасс со скидкой. Море на пляже лучше, как по нам, чем в том же Адлере или Сочи, потому что это низменность. Очень близко канатная дорога Олимпия (это немаловажно). Для детей и компаний много настольных игр в отеле и плейстейшен. Вайфай на территории отеля ловит хорошо. Итог: 5/10 и то потому что жене понравилось больше.

Расположение хорошее, рядом тц, море, много разных мест где можно покушать на любой кошелек. Заселили нас раньше в 12:00, это очень порадовало. Номер чистый. Из минусов: это очень сильная слышимость, мы толком вообще не спали. Слышимость такая, что мы слышали о чем разговаривают соседи, входная дверь это обычная межкомнатная, дак еще и без порога, с огромной щелью. Поэтому слышно все что происходит в коридоре. Номер был на первом этаже без окон.

Отель оставил приятное впечатление. Хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Отель находится далековато от пляжа, но есть удобный трансфер. Номера оборудованы хорошо, но уже кое где требуют ремонта. Завтрак разнообразный, много блюд , но по мне не очень все вкусно. У нас номер был с видом на горы , в номере тихо, шума от дороги нет. И надо понимать, что если платишь небольшие деньги за отель, не надо от него требовать слишком много. Все вполне комфортно, могу рекомендовать.

В целом все нормально, на территории есть ресторан, спортзал и массажный кабинет (все, что заметил, может есть что-то еще) номера почти новые, последняя реновация в 2022. Из минусов отсутствие чистоты + замусоленный ковер (я бы на вашем месте его сжег, стелить такое на пол просто стыдно)
