Вам нужно сразу понимать, что дорога до отеля занимает час, час от аэропорта, час до моря и по-началу это кажется совсем немного, но затем это лично мне уже надоело. Электрички ходят не так часто и до них еще нужно добраться. Это первый пункт, о котором надо прям хорошенько подумать, прежде чем выбирать вообще Красную Поляну. Будьте готовы к очередям на автобус на пляж. Если утром, когда нет жары, вам еще будет нормально, то обратно днем внизу у стадиона Фишт под палящим солнцем будет уже ненормально. За полчаса до отправления уже человек 20 стоит. Чтобы быть практически первыми и стоять под навесом на остановке, лучше приходить за 40-45 минут. Зайдя в автобус после такой жары вы почувствуете адский холод кондиционеров. Возможный исход этого думаю всем понятен. Стоимость трансфера туда/обратно 350 рублей с человека и это правда недорого. Лежаков хватает всем. Залог за карточку на полотенце 500 рублей. Отель это отдельный вид искусства. Красиво, не спорю. Но кто-то из вас видел двери в туалет/межкомнатные при заезде в новые квартиры. Так вот практически в каждый номер такая дверь. Слышимость не то что сильная, она настолько сильная, что слышно как человек ходит по-маленькому и о чем говорит со своим собеседником в комнате. В номере, в котором мы жили (стандарт с балконом) не было ни кондиционера (это второй пункт, поверьте, он нужен даже в горах!), ни телевизора, ни холодильника. Вроде как, холодильник можно попросить, как бы это смешно не звучало, но это не точно. Пол еду. Шведский стол по времени само то, как мне кажется. 7-10, 13-15, 17-20, но шведский стол очень мал для такого количества номеров (а их много). Разнообразия практически нет. На один из приемов пищи может не быть мясного, ну как, будет, но этот будут покупные наггетсы (это не смешно). Уборка номера. Ну ни о какой ежедневной уборке речи нет. По звонку на ресепшен мне сказали, что уборка производится 1 раз в 3 дня. Ну то есть и мыла и полотенец и прости Господи туалетной бумаги (поэтому этими расходникам лучше запастись на случай разных проблем). «Перестилка» белья тоже раз в 3 дня, но у нас по факту на 4 день. Выход номера сразу просите на горы (прям умоляйте), поверьте, солнце после обеда палит очень сильно и если выход номера будет как у нас на канатные дороги, то все, придется открывать дверь и устраивать сквозняк. Шторы блэкаут не помогут от жары (повторюсь, и в горах жарко). Из плюсов, на ресепшене можно приобрести ски-пасс со скидкой. Море на пляже лучше, как по нам, чем в том же Адлере или Сочи, потому что это низменность. Очень близко канатная дорога Олимпия (это немаловажно). Для детей и компаний много настольных игр в отеле и плейстейшен. Вайфай на территории отеля ловит хорошо. Итог: 5/10 и то потому что жене понравилось больше.

The room was provided with a 10-year-old daughter in August 2020. The room was provided just before the settlement time, which is pleasant. When the settlement was issued, plastic cards, unlimited, were issued on the Olympia lift, which is included in the cost of the room. There is no room for two suitcases. Boutiers. drinking water in the room – had to ask every day! Like filling bags with tea and coffee.). Cleaned well, but came late to 20-00!!! , balsames, shampoo, toothpaste – really as on the photo. Restaurant - Restaurant - Respectful, food above all praise, corresponding to hotel 4*. In the restaurant you want to mark the excellent service level. The hotel as a whole communicates with guests very welcoming, tactically, with a smile. The hotel has a very good bath complex, an open pool with heated water. But!!!! Everything is already tired and needs repair. As wishes: in the hotel make limits by the age of guests 10+ , if you position yourself as a hotel for a true rest and full dive into the hilling atmosphere. Small and screaming children are completely unsuited to the hotel concept. The feeling that everyone is going specially with children to this hotel because of the pool, with the age and time limits on the children's bathing , no one complies, no one responds to the comments and no staff follows. You can rest at the pool only in the first 30 minutes after the opening (9:00-9:30). Then the kindergarten starts, with parents lying on the lying, and children scream in the pool. It is evident that the hotel is not coping with the flow of guests, on the counter always the queue. In general, the hotel is on a firm 3.5, absolute price-quality discrepancy, the price is very overstated!!! Everything written in the advertising of the hotel – is already very tired, repair requires. Especially in the SPA all the shaded, stable scent of the sewer.

I, as a traveling tour agent, cannot leave without notice the hotel I visited personally. In Rostov we lived in it at our extreme arrival to Adler. According to the earlier reviews about this hotel, the girls on the respiratory meeting us were very joyful and friendly. And as they say - the first impression you can't fix ))) Despite the fact that (as is commonly said in the tourism circles) the hotel is a little tired and is perfect for a comfortable rest. It has an ideal location. In step-by-step access, all - sea, Mandarin shopping (with all its cafes, breweries, raw warehouses, wine shops, chinques, etc), the main embankment with beaches, the famous Adler market, Imeretin Port, Olympic Park, The South Cultural Park (dendrarium), the stop of a high-speed bus in Big Sochi, dining rooms, shops and a lot of things that we haven't explored yet 🤣🤣🤣 And yes, the location is not the only merit.

Stayed another early autumn holiday at the Rixos Krasnaya Polyana with my daughter. It was perfect in all aspects, best regards and many thanks to the hotel team. Location is the best, in the heart of the mountains with very easy excess to the facilities of Krasnaya Polyana and seaside Sochi. In the recent years (I am a visitor since 2017) the hotel is definitely keeping his place of the best in the spot, with a lot of improvements going on.

This hotel stayed for the first time. And never regretted! From the first minutes we were covered with attention and care. Rooms are clean, spacious, comfortable - everything is there. Beds are very convenient and bed linen is perfect. Cleaning every day. Everything you ask is decided in the shortest time. The view from the window is unreal! The location is successful. The area is decent - there is a place to go for a walk. Breakfast is as a separate kind of art. Very tasty, satisfactory and worthy choice for any taste and preference. Bonus: A glass of champagne is a small one, but pleasant) SPA is worthy. Despite not all was open (repair work), we had a great time! In fact, you can not go out of the hotel, as all entertainment, service - under one roof. In the evening you can play the casino - interesting) The hotel is very beautifully decorated and order everywhere. I want to thank the whole Marriott team for professionalism! We'll be happy to come back to you many more times and recommend to friends!

Нам понравилась гостеприимная встреча сотрудников отеля – нам очень быстро предоставили номер в отеле, в котором имеется абсолютно все для приятного отдыха. Питание можно выбрать на свое усмотрение и размер кошелька, также можно посетить ресторан который располагается в отеле. Мужу очень понравилась сауна, в которой можно погреться, а после этого поплавать в бассейне.

The resort of Imereti is an excellent complex from the start, ideal for the off-season, as the sea is nearby but the beach is far away (in summer, transfer to the beach). Given we live in Russia during Covid we decided on a week family break in Sochi - first time for such a vacation there. First of all the hotel is excellent - with 2 pools, several bars and restaurants, bike hire, animation, kids play zones, spa and fitness. It is set up like a super resort and we (with our 9 year old) loved it - just a pity was only a week! It is located with access to its own beach, and has many great bars and restaurants close by within walking distance. You can walk to Sochi Park amusement park, to see the dancing fountains at night, and the promendade is a lively area both day and night to shop, eat, drink and dance. I was pleasantly surprised at how this part of Sochi has developed since 2014 - super impressed and would return. We took a day trip to the mountains - Rosa Khutor - this was amazing, and had no need in fact to go into downtown Sochi itself.
