Чистые, уютные номера. Вежливый персонал. Шикарный вид с балкона. Мебель не уставшая, душевая кабинка удобная. Единственный небольшой минус - отсутствие интимного душа (гигиенической лейки). В целом 10 из 10. Вернусь обязательно и порекомендую знакомым.

Весьма удобное месторасположение. От канатной дороги не далеко , но потопать в гору придётся. Брали семейный номер с двухярусной кроватью, дети в восторге. Очень чистая свежая постель. Матрасы упругие, не дешёвые. Номер маленький, но уютный. Ванная комната, хоть и не новая, но довольно чистая. На первом этаже столовая по ценам ресторана. Еда на 3ку. Лучше добавить и сходить в Грушу, которая находится рядом с гостиницей. Для детей нет ничего. Вернулся бы я туда? Вряд-ли. Хочу побывать в других гостиницах.

Комментарии в разделу удобства: ＞ Провальная шумоизоляциия, слышны звуки у соседей. Удивительно, как в таких основательных зданиях такие дешевые стены.  ＞ Кровать ужасная, мы всю неделю плохо спали. Две объединены в одну. Шов по центру. Забудьте про обнимашки перед сном! Белье очень неприятное тактильно. Как будто выбрали самое дешовое + будто ему уже много лет.  ＞ Сан узел неуютный, холодный, с холодным светом. Выходишь из душа и попадаешь в заморозку, при этом в комнате пекло если включили батареи. ＞ Комнаты очень сухие, хотелось постоянно наносить крем для рук и капать в глаза увлажняющие капли.

A wonderful place with excellent service! The attentive staff of the hotel meets every guest as a dear friend! The bar and cafe of the hotel work almost 24 hours a day! For the comfort of the ski, a lot is done: A perfectly equipped dryer for equipment, comfortable shelves for helmets, spaces are enough for all the standings. The transfer to the lifts starts work from 7 a.m.! The hotel has a washing machine and a dry cleaning. Ticket on the rope road Olympia is free for the entire life! I wish prosperity and further development, I will definitely return!

Winter is the peak ski season and there are many tourists, so the price is high. Шикарный отель на набережной Адлера. Фото полностью соответствует действительности, один вид с балкона чего стоит!!! Завтраки с очень большим выбором, включая нарезку из белой и красной рыбы, салаты, овощи, горячие блюда, несколько видов торта, фрукты. Спа великолепный: хаммам, сауна, соляная комната, бассейн на крыше, джакузи, все бесплатно с 8 утра до 10 вечера, никаких записей. Весь персонал очень доброжелателтный!!! На день рожденья оставили сюрприз: фрукты и шампанское. И что немаловажно, в отеле в зимнее время есть отопление. Шума самолетов практически не слышно, т.к. его перекрывает шум волн, отель буквально в 5 метрах от моря.Отель 10 из 10!

Отель оставил приятное впечатление. Хорошее соотношение цены и качества. Отель находится далековато от пляжа, но есть удобный трансфер. Номера оборудованы хорошо, но уже кое где требуют ремонта. Завтрак разнообразный, много блюд , но по мне не очень все вкусно. У нас номер был с видом на горы , в номере тихо, шума от дороги нет. И надо понимать, что если платишь небольшие деньги за отель, не надо от него требовать слишком много. Все вполне комфортно, могу рекомендовать.

Disadvantages: When I stayed in the hotel, all 700 rooms were occupied. 600 students-a group of students from Moscow, they are completely witty, rude, spoiled, and they perform well in every place. Due to the courtesy of the staff, and even because of most students, the staff often does not have time to deal with them. I also hope that the staff will be able to control the number of people in the spa more frequently because they cannot handle the number of guests that can be accommodated in the hotel.

The resort of Imereti is an excellent complex from the start, ideal for the off-season, as the sea is nearby but the beach is far away (in summer, transfer to the beach). Super walk-head to Adler or the center of the resort. Nice big room with balcony and view. Only the bathroom is small and high (suitable for children with small children), but it is best for adults to bring a shower. 2 working pools, but not always available in good weather. The food is very good choice, the cappuccino is not good, water and milk, almost no coffee, it can save Americano and espresso, there is not a lot of space in the dining room, sometimes you have to wait for a while. Free tables, terrible, no staff control. Someone came in last, first sitting down at the empty table. The area is very nice, good playground. A beautiful area, close to the first swimming pool + fitness area. The animation is already working :).

For a long time I chose a hotel for a rest to please me and my sons : 12 and 20 years old. And I didn't regret it. Height 960: When the bottom is hot , here refreshs, of course one of the criteria - swimming pool on the street, breakfast Swedish table: varied , all delicious , champagne , wine for choice . The hotel itself is clean, staff is friendly. During the night life, they went to Polyan 540, not very sudden- until 23:00 there is a rope, after the bus is on schedule to the hotel or taxi 200-300 rubles.

Доброжелательный администратор. Чемодан не подняла, но помогала с пакетами. В номере есть чайник, кружки и маленькие ложки. Кровать удобная. Окно открывается. Хорошее расположение. Все рядом . Можно оставить вещи на хранение. Из минусов в ванной немного пахнет канализацией , надо включать вытяжку. В целом если понадобится остановлюсь здесь еще раз . Цена очень выгодная для этого района

Завтраки голодными не будете, как в типичной столовой. Номер прям очень средненький. Вешалки есть. Тапочек нет, зубных землекопа тоже нет. Понравилось только расположение. Вернулась бы еще раз сюда - ни за что. Чтоб пройти к бассейну нужно выйти на улицу! Але! Теплый ноябрь в Сочи, но не в этом году.

Впечатление от поездки получилось неоднозначное. С одной стороны - ЛУЧШЕЕ расположение на курорте. Не сильно совру, сказав, что выход на подъемник (которого почти не слышно) у выхода из отеля. Также хочется отметить работу ресепшен / хостес. Милые, приветливые! Топ!!! 17/10 На этом, увы, плюсы заканчиваются. С другой стороны - отель объективно нуждается в ремонте. Со стороны все красиво и уютно, но все кроется в деталях. Например, индивидуальное освещение, которое над кроватью, сломалось в положении «только в бок». Подняться, не ударившись головой, это значит - день удался. Телевизоры также нуждаются в обновлении. Поразила (в негативном смысле) душевая. Смесители пришли в негодность много месяцев назад. Настроить тропический душ по температуру, отличную от ледяной, за 5 дней не получилось. Спасала ли Лейка ? Ну человеку с ростом 180 помыться было не особо удобно, мягко говоря. Было испытанием. Из ванной по началу шла ржавая вода типа «фанта», пользоваться не захотелось Совершенно непонятное время уборки: приходили в районе 16:00, когда, по логике горнолыжного / семейного отеля - тихий час. На вопрос почему? - якобы готовят номера для тех, кто заезжает с 15:00. Пожелание приходить убираться в первой половине дня - так и осталось пожеланием. Белье при этом не меняли, бокалы приходилось мыть самому Завтрак, увы, на 2/5. Вроде набор стандартный (за это 2 звезды), но даже в аэропорту в бизнес залах, более качественная и приготовленная с изысками еда. В соседних отелях завтраки в разы лучше (и подача, и качество продуктов) и вкуснее. В локере (ячейке для хранения горнолыжного оборудования) были чьи-то оставленные тапочки. В общем, ожиданий отель 4 звезды не оправдал. 2 звезды - это сейчас.

There was a room with a balcony, a huge balcony overlooking the Armenian temple! The room has everything you need, all hygiene products, kettle, dishes, iron and ironing board. The breakfast has plenty of everything, tasty, varied choice. There is a full set, lunch and dinner. We didn’t have time to go to our own swimming pool and hammam. If you come on vacation, this is a very decent hotel option with everything you need, I recommend it!
