The room was quite spacious which included a king size bed. Great location considering it is next to Pavillion mall and near to MRT station too. Great place for couples. We had a genuinely awesome stay at the Royale Chulan. The hotel's fantastic location, excellent breakfast, and responsive management made our trip memorable. Highlights: Outstanding Location & Access: The hotel offers incredibly easy access to the Conlay MRT station, making it a perfect base for exploring Kuala Lumpur. It's also just a short walk down the road to Pavilion Bukit Bintang, putting you right in the heart of the action. Navigating Bukit Bintang and the Golden Triangle by foot or MRT was effortless. Fantastic Breakfast Spread: The breakfast was a real highlight. The spread was fantastic, with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes—a great way to start the day. Excellent Service Recovery: While we experienced a power outage on our first night, the hotel management handled it superbly. To compensate for the inconvenience, the manager offered us a late check-out, which we greatly appreciated.

Thank you The Face Suites for the great experience staying there. All are excellent include the view that the most important point and interesting thing to do there. The only thing need to be improved was the check in and check out process that made us uncomfortable standing ant wait for our turn more than 15 minutes. There was only one staff at the reception counter. Lastly, still recommended this hotel for their comfortable room and complete amenities. 👍👍👍

Overall it was a decent stay! But since this hotel is a reputable brand, some small details to improve would be that 1) soundproofing is not the best. You can hear your neighbours talking from inside your room. 2) The toilet flush was a little too intense, water will splatter when you flush. 3) The person who did the check-in for me was clearly untrained, he could not find my reservation, could not answer simple questions about the morning buffet such as the price of it. Thankfully, he was able to ask a colleague who was clearly more experienced and resolved the issues immediately. He also did not give me instructions on where the guest lift was. I ended up taking the wrong lift. I hope that Parkroyal can ensure that all their Check in staff are trained adequately before leaving them at the reception.

Not the best 5-star hotel that I ever stayed. The water that came out from our shower was dirty that we need to wait for 1 hour before we can use the shower. Seems like the water tank was not cleaned well maybe? The bed are also quite hard. It doesn feel loke a 5-star hotel bed. The quality of bed is like a 3-star hotel. I've stayed at other 5-star hotel brands and I have to say this is the worst 5-star hotel I ever stayed. Not gonna choose Pullman again. Not up to my standard for a 5-star hotel.

The location is very convenient. This is my third time staying here, and it's a quick taxi ride to the Petronas Towers. The area is pretty quiet at night, and there's an Indian market nearby where you can find durian and coconuts at reasonable prices. The room having a Chinese power outlet is a nice touch. The only thing that needs improvement is that the bathroom doesn't have a door, so it's easy to get water everywhere.

Furama Bukit Bintang is an economy to mid-range hotel whose greatest strength lies in its unbeatable location. While the facilities are somewhat dated, it serves perfectly well as a clean, comfortable, and budget-friendly “sleeping base” for travelers who spend most of their time exploring the city. The hotel features a rooftop outdoor pool—modest in size but offering a relaxing spot amidst the bustling city—with some rooms providing sweeping views of the skyline. In terms of location, the hotel sits in the very heart of Bukit Bintang. Major shopping malls such as Pavilion Kuala Lumpur, Fahrenheit 88, Lot 10, and Starhill Gallery are only a few minutes’ walk away. The famous Jalan Alor food street is just behind the hotel, only 2–3 minutes on foot, where you can indulge in a wide variety of Malaysian dishes and seafood. The surrounding area is filled with restaurants, cafés, and convenience stores, making daily needs easily accessible. Right at the doorstep is the Bukit Bintang monorail station, ensuring excellent connectivity, while the iconic KLCC is only a 15–20 minute walk.

Loved my experience at this hotel! For the price, it is an absolute steal. There is literally nothing I can complain about. It met all the standards of a classy hotel. So normal check-in is at 3pm. I got to the hotel at 10am and they gave me the room right away at no extra charge. Gee at the front desk was very helpful. The rooms are quiet, the AC works well and they have a modern shower. The gym is small but has decent amount of equipment. Pool is really nice. Laundry is relatively cheap at 4-5 Ringit per piece. Another huge plus, the location. It is so close to Jalan Alor Market, Pavilion mall and the Bukit Bintang monorail. All within 5 min walk.

We enjoyed our stay at Oakwood Hotel. The room was spacious and even came with a small living area, which made it feel extra comfortable. The toilet was large too, with a separate bathtub and standing shower. Hot water worked perfectly and the water pressure was strong – definitely a plus. There was also a pantry area equipped with filtered water, an electric kettle, and a microwave, which was very convenient. The hotel has a pool as well, though our schedule was too packed to fully utilise it. One thing to note is that the TV could use an upgrade, as the image wasn’t very sharp and the colours sometimes shifted. It didn’t affect us much since we were mostly on our phones anyway. Another minor downside is that the lift doesn’t go to B1, where most of the parking lots are, so it requires a bit of extra walking. Overall, a comfortable and well-equipped stay with great room space and facilities. Would consider returning!

This trip was meant to celebrate my wife's birthday and the hotel gave us a complimentary cake and decorated the room with some balloons. Thanks for welcoming us with the gift! The location of this apartment is good for tourists as it is near to Chinatown and mega malls. However the cleanliness is not up to standard. Breakfast options were the same for four consecutive days, which was quite disappointing. I believe guests would appreciate more variety on a daily basis. Room service was excellent and well maintained, however the food quality needs improvement. The breakfast offerings lacked consistency and creativity, and it would be beneficial to have a more experienced chef who can propose better menu options rather than repeating the same items daily. In particular, the mee soto was below expectations — there was no shredded chicken, and the soup tasted like a plain powdered base with little flavour

This hotel is located in the city center. There's a dedicated elevator on the ground floor that takes you directly to a skybridge on the second floor, connecting the hotel to the Pavilion Mall across the street. It's incredibly convenient for shopping for items like Orchid perfume and Labubu, and there are plenty of dining options. From another skybridge in Pavilion, you can walk directly to the Petronas Twin Towers in about 20 minutes, making it perfect for a city walk. The hotel's front desk is on the 53rd floor, providing a very grand and ceremonial check-in experience. The staff are all incredibly friendly and welcoming. Overall, there aren't many rooms, so the environment is very quiet. They even offer essential oil service and turn-down service. Breakfast is served on the 58th floor with views of the Petronas Twin Towers, and the à la carte options are extensive. The pool is also fantastic, semi-open-air, and very picturesque.
