3.5/5This is a good & affordable hotel. Being associated with Hilton brand, guests would expect a better service. But this is not the case. Got few Reception counters but only 2 guys manned the reception.

4.7/5OutstandingOutstanding value and service. I found this hotel to provide excellent amenities, with an amazing rooftop pool & bar with an incredible view of the KL skyline. The service was excellent, with the team keen to offer any assistance along the way. Given the exceptionally good prices, I can't recommend this hotel strongly enough for a KL stay. I'd also recommend choosing the South option over the North option - the South tower is much taller (~24 stories), offering excellent views.

4/5Very GoodOverall it was a very nice staycation. It is a bit disappointing as the room is not actually a twin tower view. We can only see a part of the twin tower. I will give 3 stars for this. During our stay, one of the lifts is under maintenance hence it is quite a time for us to use the lift/elevator. Need to queue. Room is a bit small compared to other hotel with that price. Parking: use valet parking. RM10 per night I think. Check in first. Tell the receptionist that you want to use valet parking then she/he will guide you. Swimming pool: Only for adult. 1.2M. small. At the rooftop.
