Grand Emperor Hotel

1. The breakfast selection on the 6th floor was incredibly sparse, pretty much on par with an all-season hotel. The hygiene was terrible; the carpet looked like it had never been cleaned and was full of dirt. 2. The extra bed's mattress was hard and very uncomfortable to sleep on. I'll definitely avoid staying here again in the future.

Whenever I visit Macau, I almost always choose this hotel. The location is great, making transportation and shopping very convenient. Karmen Pan at the front desk was also very nice.

Staying at this hotel was a fantastic experience! The front desk staff were incredibly warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was clean and tidy, with a cozy layout, and the bedding was soft and comfortable. The bathroom was well-equipped with a stable hot water supply. The location is also excellent, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby. There was a gentleman in the hotel lobby with an exceptional attitude; he helped us call a taxi and even weighed our luggage for us.

The check-in service at reception was friendly and welcoming. The room was bright and spacious.

The room environment and location are excellent, and the service is also superb. They offer complimentary drinks like Sprite and Coke, along with potato chips. I'd definitely stay here again when I come to Macau; my kids love it too. It's clean, hygienic, and convenient for getting around. I stayed in the family room and was very satisfied.

The location is great, right next to New Yaohan... but the lack of parking really drags down the convenience factor. The room was a bit small. It was typhoon season with heavy rain, and while the front desk staff agreed to an early check-in, their excuse about only being able to offer a lower floor was pretty bad. Also, the elevator's air freshener was way too strong and overpowering.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's very convenient to walk to Grand Lisboa and the Ruins of St. Paul's, and there are buses nearby that go to various places. Taking the free shuttle bus from Grand Lisboa is also very handy.

I accidentally booked the wrong dates, but after some communication, they allowed me to change them. Although I had to wait a bit, the whole process went smoothly. The assistant lobby manager provided excellent service, helping me coordinate and handle the check-in from start to finish! The room was very spacious, with two separate rooms, which my kids absolutely loved.

I've stayed here multiple times, and the service is good, and the location is convenient. However, the golden floor tiles in the lobby are gone, which takes away a lot of its luxurious feel. The hotel's overall grandeur also feels diminished. It's very close to the Grand Lisboa though.
