Abbeyglen Castle Hotel ★★★★

"Awesome location. Food was fantastic. Great breakfast and dinner. All the staff were super friendly. There’s always someone to help or say hello. The town is a 5 minute walk and the castle itself is spectacular. free snooker table in the bar was a nice touch. The bedroom was huge and incredibly comfy bed."

Arch Guesthouse ★★★

"This was one of the worst guesthouse I have ever seen. I checked around to see if there was accommodation elsewhere in town but had no luck. No luck, all other hotels were fully booked. It was hard to find the entrance as it is between shops and down a grubby looking alleyway. Inside was dark and gloomy, the room was OK at first glance but on looking around it was grotty, no proper electric points, extention leads for everything and the view from the room was horrific. We left and went to meet friends, later found I couldn't face sleeping there so slept in my car."
