"We had two nights here. A little out of the town centre but nice sea views and large rooms. Staffing is skeletal but friendly enough when you find one. Must have over a hundred rooms, but only perhaps 20 guests when we were there. Breakfast on the basic side."

"Absolutely incredible! We had an amazing view of the ocean and the privilege and luck to watch whales play directly from our room window. On top of that we were waking up every morning to a beautiful sunrise. The room is spacious and the bed comfortable for a good sleep. The staff is friendly and ready to help with all the things you need."

"The property was in a good location 2 blocks back from the beach but also very quiet. The communication with the property manager was very good even though English was not his first language and Spanish is not ours Google translate helped a lot. The property has a storage facility for baggage which proved very useful in that we arrived early and could drop our bags off and use the bathroom facilities before heading off for breakfast on the beachfront. Like wise at check out the storage facilities were useful. Pablo also advised us of a good car rental company who were very good. The flat itself was very clean a good size and had a very comfortable large bed, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. A nice little kitchen set up too."

"This was ranked as the best hotel in Puerto Madryn so I’m really afraid to even think how others look like. Staff in the hotel mostly don’t speak english and they are very slow. Rooms are not on the 4 star hotel level and they are pretty dirty. Restaurant in the hotel is awful, for both dinner and brakfast."

"We are here unexpectedly after my father had a medical issue on his cruise. So as a port city, my father has been in hospital here. My mother was taken to this hotel, and they have been wonderful. The rooms are spacious and clean. They helped my mother arrange a regular taxi driver (who is also very nice) to take her to and from the hospital. Although we don’t speak Spanish, everyone here is used to google translate. My mother found a restaurant staff worker, Carmen, to be especially friendly and very much appreciates her help. The breakfast spread is bountiful with healthy fruits, and also eggs and bacon. The restaurant also accomodates all hours until 22:00 or so, which suits us Americans who don’t eat dinner late ."
