"The hotel is quite old. The floor of the corridor outside the room slopes outwards, and suitcases will slide towards the railing if not held steady, making it seem as if the building is about to collapse. The room floor is also lower than the corridor floor, making it seem as if the room floor has collapsed. The hotel lobby and the elevators to the third floor are located on opposite sides of the building, which is very inconvenient."

"The room was spacious, and the lobby's wood-burning fireplace was a unique touch. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was also very roomy, with a bathtub perfect for relaxing. Overall, I highly recommend it."

"Absolutely loved our stay!! This is now our go-to hotel in Flagstaff! It is new, modern and comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. Suitable for short and longer stays. Equipped with plates, cups, even a few cooking utensils, such as can opener, whisk, spatula, a small sink and even a small dishwasher. Location is great, and even if the highway is right there, the room was quiet. Large window to a superb view. The grounds around the hotel are lovely. Lots of benches, play area. There's 24 hr free coffee and tea in the lounge area, with plenty of couches 8and comfy seats and tables. The breakfast is abundant and varied. High chairs for babies are available too. Pool, gym, games are available. Parking is not free, but the fee was very reasonable and didn't mind paying at all. It is also quite secure, as there are cameras all around. I highly recommend this hotel. Pay a little extra and you get a very comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"We stay at Tru hotels often and love them for what we need. This stay was nice, clean, and modern. Breakfast was good and fresh for a free hotel breakfast. I didn’t give this stay all 5s because charging guests to park their car feels like an unnecessary money grab. We already paid more to stay at this hotel, even though there were less expensive options in the area."
