Royal Pines Hotel Urawa

Upon check-in, the front desk staff quietly upgraded us to an executive suite, which was a wonderful surprise when we opened the door. The room was, of course, spacious with a fantastic view – we were absolutely thrilled. The hotel breakfast was excellent, leaning towards Western style and quite refined, with a great variety of fresh vegetables and fruits. The hotel isn't far from Urawa Station, where there are several department stores for some shopping. Plus, the airport shuttle to Haneda Airport departs directly from the hotel, which is super convenient. We'll definitely choose to stay here again next time we're in Saitama.

The hotel facilities are excellent, and the rooms are spacious. There are plenty of dining options, convenience stores, supermarkets, Isetan, and drugstores nearby. It's also very close to the JR station, making it convenient to get to anywhere in Tokyo.

This hotel exceeded my expectations. It was very clean, and the service was great. The breakfast was fantastic! The room environment and facilities were also excellent. Most importantly, it's a great value for money. Highly recommended!

Conveniently located just a few minutes from the subway exit, this hotel offers easy access to a variety of restaurants and shopping options. The rooms are spacious and comfortable with great views, and the breakfast is delicious. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

The hotel room was spacious. While the room felt a bit dated, it was spotlessly clean. The location was very convenient with plenty of amenities nearby, and the train station was just a 6-minute walk away. I would definitely stay here again.
