We drove to Chengdu, and since there are traffic restrictions based on license plates, having a parking lot at this hotel was incredibly convenient. The security guard was also very kind and welcoming. The front desk staff was diligent and responsible. The room wasn't huge, but it was very elegant, and the bedding was super comfortable. There are lots of great food options nearby, and it's really close to Chunxi Road. If you want to go to Sanxingdui, you can just take a bus from Chunxi Road. Chengdu truly is a relaxing city! After a long day of sightseeing, coming back and having some tea was just perfect. The front desk even gave us a Wenshu Monastery prayer bracelet with 18 beads!

There are plenty of dining options in the surrounding area, catering to all budgets. The room was spacious enough, and it came with tea bags, soft candies, and cookies. In the hallway, there were cold fruit drinks and hot coffee available. All the hotel staff were very friendly. The hygiene was good, and the facilities were neither new nor old. The bathroom occasionally had a slight odor, but that's a minor point, and overall, I highly recommend it.

The location is excellent, within walking distance to SKP and Global Center, making it convenient for getting around and dining. The staff provided meticulous and thoughtful service. The hotel boasts a fantastic location, surrounded by numerous dining options, from authentic hotpot to delicious Sichuan restaurants. The rooms are very spacious and kept spotlessly clean. Both the front desk staff and the cleaning ladies are incredibly friendly and welcoming. The hotel offers laundry service, and what's especially thoughtful is that if you wash your clothes but can't dry them yourself, the front desk is happy to help, which is incredibly attentive and considerate. There's also freshly ground coffee available in the lobby, which business travelers and busy professionals will surely appreciate. Next to the coffee machine, they also offer fruit tea, which sounds refreshing and is quite nice. It's also very close to the subway station, just a 2-minute walk, making it super convenient for getting to attractions. Being very close to Chunxi Road, it offers excellent value for money, and I was extremely satisfied with my stay. I'll definitely choose this hotel again on my next visit to Chengdu.

We chose this hotel because it was close to the zoo and panda base, and the receptionist, Xiao Shu, greeted us warmly as soon as we entered the lobby. She gave our child candy and even provided slippers and a children's toothbrush – very thoughtful! The hotel environment was great, and there were many snack shops, hot pot restaurants, barbecue restaurants, and skewers restaurants nearby, all with delicious food. The room was very clean, well-equipped, and the shower temperature was just right. The air conditioning was also very smart. We could call the front desk for any issues, and they always resolved them promptly. The service was truly excellent.

When I first saw the price, I was a bit hesitant. But to make my wife happy, I went for it. We arrived quite late, so after a quick check-in, I took a bath and went straight to bed. However, parking is underground, and it's a bit inconvenient that there's no luggage cart to unload bags at the hotel entrance. We stayed in a private courtyard with two rooms, traveling with elderly and children. Having our own courtyard to experience the Chengdu rocking chair life was quite nice. The entire complex is essentially a commercial street. You can grab a bowl of Gaiwan tea, some Tangyou Guozi, or get an ear pick by the roadside – a great way to experience the laid-back Chengdu life. The children's rocking chair in the small courtyard is super cute. Because the courtyard is a general heritage building, the facilities are a bit old. BTW: Breakfast was just average.

Our family trip to Sichuan concluded at The St. Regis Chengdu, and looking back, it was an excellent choice! The bathroom was spacious, and both the shower and bathtub were incredibly comfortable. The toiletries had a lovely herbal scent, and I particularly loved the soap. We also got to witness the saber champagne opening, which was a fantastic touch of St. Regis' signature ritual! As someone who works out, I really appreciated how well-maintained the gym and pool were. They weren't crowded at all; sometimes we even had them to ourselves. The hotel's location is near IFS and Taikoo Li, but not right next to it. It's a pleasant 10-15 minute walk through old Chengdu streets, which I found charming. This distance was perfect – close enough to attractions but away from the hustle and bustle. Getting to popular sights like Du Fu Thatched Cottage and Wuhou Shrine by taxi was quick and inexpensive, costing only 10-15 RMB. One evening, craving a late-night snack, we walked about ten minutes down an alley right below the hotel and found a fantastic barbecue spot – absolutely delicious! We skipped the hotel breakfast and instead explored some old noodle shops, which turned out to be surprisingly good. These were all the little pleasant surprises we experienced at The St. Regis, and the room service was also quite good. We'll definitely be back!

I encountered a few issues during my stay, which I'll outline below. The pros are the convenient location, being very close to the airport. The problems, however, include the front desk staff's poor service attitude – they weren't very welcoming. Also, the headboard was quite dirty (see picture below) and needs a good cleaning. And around 5 AM, the gardeners downstairs got very noisy. They seemed to be external workers, unaware of the noise they were making. Doesn't anyone from the hotel manage this? Overall, the hotel's facilities (hardware) are still good, but there's a lot of room for improvement in the service (software). Personally, I feel it's not as good as it used to be.

Coming to Chengdu for the May Day holiday, I researched hotels around Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, and finally settled on this one. My main draw was the large rooms, with each bed in the twin room being 1.5 meters wide, and the design style was very novel. The stay experience was excellent; the room was indeed spacious, and the beds were large and comfortable, perfect for families with children. The facilities were complete and new, including a large bathtub. The hotel is located on higher floors, with the lobby on the 31st floor and rooms ranging from 23rd to 30th floors. The lobby is beautifully decorated with panda-themed elements. Breakfast is also on the 31st floor; while the variety isn't extensive, the taste is good, and they offer local specialty noodles. The dining environment is comfortable and elegant, and it wasn't crowded. The service was excellent, with prompt responses and friendly staff. All staff members greeted guests proactively, and the doorman kindly helped with luggage, offering warm and thoughtful service. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, directly facing Tianfu Square. Stepping out, you're right in a shopping district with incredibly easy access to dining, surrounded by delicious food. Chunxi Road is within walking distance. Popular attractions are just a taxi ride away, costing around a dozen yuan, which is very convenient. There's a subway station about 100 meters downstairs, making transportation truly exceptional! I found out this is the first Capri by Fraser hotel in Asia. I hadn't stayed at a Capri before, but this visit left a wonderful impression. I'll definitely consider staying here again.

This is my second stay at Jinjiang Hotel, and once again, the room was quiet and tidy, and the service was excellent. They called me a day in advance to confirm my needs, and upon check-in, the front desk provided all the necessary information and even upgraded my room. A staff member escorted me to the room and gave me a small panda toy. Fresh fruit was replenished daily, and the mini-fridge was stocked with complimentary chilled beer and soft drinks, which was a very welcome touch, especially with the hot weather in Chengdu. The breakfast was quite comprehensive, and the braised beef was particularly good. The hotel's location is convenient for getting around, not far from various attractions, and you can even see egrets along the river right outside. Staff members Li Shihao and Huang Qiumei were diligent and provided thoughtful service. I would definitely consider staying at Jinjiang Hotel again on my next trip to Chengdu.

Location is stunning, about a 10-15 minute walk from Tianfuhong/People's Park and 30ish minutes from Chunxi Road. Wish I could have stayed longer, room and courtyard of the hotel were jawdroppingly beautiful. Room was a little dirty the first night, but after staff cleaning while we were out the next day it was spotless and I am not that much of a neatfreak either way. Completely recommend this hotel for visiting Chengdu, I will try my hardest to come back here in the future!

Really enjoyed our stay in the top floor suite with an amazing view overlooking Taikoo Li and the skyline. The location is perfect for a short visit, with Taikoo Li just outside, making it very easy to walk around. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, responding to our requests and questions instantly, they even helped us fill up the bathtub/pool while we were out so it was ready upon our return! Also loved the projector screen to watch tv. Many amenities like snacks, towels, robes, slippers were also provided. Overall, I highly recommend and would definitely return!

The owner is a descendant of the Han imperial family, and the entire hotel is decorated in the Han style. Even the beds in each room are part of his antique collection. Secondly, it's super convenient, just 100 meters from the subway – exit C1 of Line 10 is right in front. Plus, it's only 250 meters from Wuhou Temple. If you're heading to Yulin Road or Taikoo Li, it's just about 3 kilometers, a taxi ride would be around ten-something yuan. In summer, they even provide refreshing mung bean soup. They really pay attention to the guest experience.

Great stay and excellent communication! The room was beautiful and had a lovely balcony, the view was even better than website photos! The hotel is in a great location for a nice walk and just a 10-minute walk from the metro station. The surrounding area is very convenient, full of 24/7 convenience stores, and the staff even helped us order food delivery :) It was also super convenient to have a laundry room equipped with both washing machines and dryers. The staff were extremely kind and spoke fluent English, which made communication much easier and more effective. Highly recommended!

The hotel's location is fantastic, situated in Hongxing Bridge, away from the bustling city center, and very close to Caojiaxiang, which is packed with amazing food options! It's also a convenient 5-minute walk to the subway station. Initially, the room we got had an incredibly strong smoke smell that wouldn't dissipate even after opening the windows for over an hour. After speaking with the front desk, they immediately moved us to another room and even upgraded us. This level of service truly deserves a 10/10! The guy at the front desk was excellent! He was also incredibly accommodating and provided very detailed information about the surrounding area. The room decor was simple and lovely, but some of the facilities were a bit old. For example, the showerhead was leaking, and the hairdryer, which should have been mounted on the wall, seemed to have been taken down because the wall screws were unstable. It was also quite noisy, probably due to age and wear. However, replacing these items is a management issue, not related to the front desk's service, but I hope they can be improved. Overall, we still had a wonderful time during our stay in Chengdu! (^-^)

There are many great restaurants nearby; we tried Taolin and it was quite good. Even though it's near Chunxi Road, the hotel is surprisingly quiet. The bed was comfortable too.
