The hotel is near Chunxi Road, just a short walk away, which is quite convenient. It's also about a ten-minute walk to the subway station. There was some renovation happening at the hotel entrance, but I didn't really hear any noise. I got a room upgrade when I checked in. There's a laundry room with dryers next to the elevator, which is very handy. Daily housekeeping was also prompt. P.S.: I initially booked for one night, but extended for two more because I liked it so much. The room upgrade was also extended, which was great.

Spent five days in Chengdu with the kids, staying at Fraser Place. The location is fantastic, right across from Global Center, making it super convenient to get around – quick trips to the city center or the airport. It's great value for money too. The room came with a washing machine and dryer, a microwave, and a fridge. These amenities were a lifesaver with kids; we could easily wash dirty clothes and reheat leftover pizza. Plus, ordering takeout was a breeze, with robots delivering right to our room. The bathtub is huge as well, so after a long day, the little ones could enjoy a relaxing bath. Absolutely brilliant for traveling with children!

This Home Inn I booked for my trip to Chengdu was easily the best I've ever stayed at; the experience was truly fantastic. The moment I stepped in, I was greeted by a lovely fragrance, which was incredibly pleasant. The front desk staff were also very warm and attentive during check-in, always greeting guests with a smile. Their service was impeccable – always available but never intrusive. The hotel's overall decor has a distinctly British feel, and both the staff's attire and the interior design were excellent. The environment is quiet despite being in a bustling area; the whole place felt very peaceful. The hotel breakfast was quite good, offering local Chengdu specialties like 'xiaomian' (noodles), 'chaoshou' (wontons), and 'douhua' (tofu pudding). The cleaning staff were also very friendly; the 'auntie' cleaning our room even brought us extra bottles of water when tidying our room during our extended stay. The hotel is conveniently located in the city center near Xinnanmen Metro Station, just a 150m walk away. Having the metro so close made getting around and visiting attractions incredibly easy. Chunxi Road is just one metro stop away, and popular spots like Kuanzhai Alley and Wenshu Monastery are also easily accessible. There are plenty of dining options nearby, including 'chuan'er' (skewer) and hot pot restaurants. Just a short walk down University Road, you'll find even more local snacks. This place is truly excellent, the price is reasonable, and it exceeded all my expectations. It's a fantastic base for exploring Chengdu – highly recommended!

## Location The apartment is located in the Vanke Gaoxin Chuanghe Center on Tianfu First Street, just a 10-minute walk from Century City Station on Metro Line 1. It's a direct metro ride to Tianfu Airport and a 20-minute taxi ride to Shuangliu Airport, which is incredibly convenient for business travelers catching early flights. The building is surrounded by office blocks, so business meetings don't require cross-district travel. If you fancy a stroll down Chunxi Road on the weekend, it's about a 30-minute drive. It perfectly embodies the phrase, 'Step out for vibrancy, step in for tranquility.' ## Facilities This place is a dream for those who appreciate attention to detail. As a new property opened within the last three years, the hardware is advertised as 'move-in ready.' The executive suite includes a washer-dryer combo and a capsule coffee machine. The Sealy mattress offers just the right balance of firmness and softness, and even the motion-sensor lights in the wardrobe have a soft glow mode. The B1 floor features a gym and swimming pool operated by the V9 brand; the equipment is relatively new and well-maintained. I didn't try the pool, so I can't comment on it. The most delightful surprise was the in-room kitchen, complete with an induction hob and an enamel pot – a real boon for travelers! ## Service Judging from the details, the hotel's front desk offers many parent-child and eco-friendly activities, which aligns with what you'd expect from an international brand. Pretty good overall. ## Surroundings Downstairs, there are numerous integrated complexes, offering a full range of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. Dining choices range from small street-side eateries to venues suitable for business banquets! **After multiple stays, here's my advice:** For excellent views, I recommend choosing a room on the 15th floor or higher.

Stayed for two nights. The hotel's location is not far from the front mountain of Mount Qingcheng, and about a 20-minute drive from the Qingcheng Mountain Golf Course, making it quite convenient. This area is essentially a small town with many guesthouses, but this hotel feels like the best one around. Plus, the rooms even have private hot springs! After hiking all day, coming back for a soak in the evening is so relaxing 😪. There's a night market street right in front of the hotel, perfect for an evening stroll and buying some fruit. Also, the hotel's food is so much better than the restaurants outside. On our first day, we went to a seemingly popular restaurant outside and the food was awful. For the rest of our meals, we ate at the hotel. It was clean, hygienic, and most importantly, the taste was fantastic. The chef clearly puts a lot of effort into the cooking, highly recommend! 👍

I went there specifically for the private hot spring, paying over 900 yuan for the room, but the private hot spring was a disaster. The water was scalding hot; after half an hour, I realized the tap hadn't been turned off. The worst part is, the butler had to use a key to open a hidden door to turn it off! 😮💨 And then the water was scalding hot, impossible to soak in. Yes, you can't adjust the water temperature, you can't add cold water, you can only wait for it to cool down naturally! Naturally cool down?! How difficult is it to install a cold water pipe? After waiting another half hour, the butler brought buckets of cold water, one by one, adding it – isn't that amazing? It was past 8 pm, and after all that trouble, I finally got to soak at 10 pm, and it was still unbearably hot. I almost caught a cold, and I completely lost my appetite. I had to leave early in the morning, and the hot water wasn't even hot enough! This experience was truly awful. I hope the hotel improves this quickly, otherwise, it's a waste of the decor and style!

It must have been fate; among the many hotel options at Mount Qingcheng, I ended up choosing Yuanyuanxiang. My flight was delayed, and I didn't check in until almost 9 PM. The butler had already prepared a hot pot dinner for us (which needs to be reserved in advance), and it was surprisingly delicious. The room was split into two levels: the first floor had the bed, a small living area, and a balcony, while the lower level featured a hot spring bath and a sofa area. Every single detail was incredibly thoughtful. It was quite cold on the mountain, but the room had underfloor heating, and all the hardware was from major brands. The amenities and the generous daily supply of snacks were all from Sam's Club. As someone with high standards for hotels, I found everything to be impeccable. The butlers' service and attitude were exceptionally attentive and warm; they could meet almost all our needs. They offered valet parking, delivered breakfast to the room, replenished supplies daily, and even prepared the private hot spring tub by filling it with water in advance. Before we left, they even gave us two complimentary coffees and offered to mail us some local cured sausage. Everything was simply so comfortable and delightful. By the way, the natural oxygen bar goes without saying, and the cafe is incredibly photogenic – I regret not discovering it until just before I left. I will definitely be back!

Honestly, I never write reviews, but this time I stayed in such a high-end guesthouse, so I just had to! First, it was my wife and my first time visiting Mount Qingcheng. When I first saw the price, I was a bit hesitant. But to make my wife happy, I went for it. We arrived quite late, so after a quick check-in, I took a bath and went straight to bed. The next morning, oh my goodness, I was truly amazed. The mountains, mist, birdsong, fragrant flowers, and running water all combined to create an absolutely stunning experience. It felt like stumbling into a fairyland! For breakfast, honestly, the variety isn't huge, but it's incredibly delicious! Especially since the guesthouse has its own bread oven, so the bread is freshly baked – you know what I mean. I had no desire to go out and explore. Since we checked in late, I discussed with the housekeeper to extend our check-out to 2 PM, and by chance, we ended up having afternoon tea! What a pleasant surprise. All in all, it far exceeded my expectations! Maybe it's what living the life of the rich feels like! Highly recommend!

We stayed at the Hotel Dorsett, and overall it was a pretty positive experience, with a few small things to note. The best parts: The room is very spacious, and the bathroom is super large, with both a bathtub and a shower. The bed is comfortable – though a little firm, and you can feel movement when the other person moves. The curtains, lights, and USB chargers are a great, convenient touch. Breakfast is good, especially for Asian tastes – Western options are limited, but what they have is tasty. The location is fantastic: the metro is just 50 meters away, right at the doorstep. The area is nice and recommended. There was some construction nearby, but it didn't bother us at all. Could be improved: The only real negative point is the elevator – it takes quite a while. Bottom line: Highly recommended for the space, cleanliness, and location. If you don't mind waiting a bit for the elevator or a slightly firm bed, everything else more than makes up for it.

Incredibly convenient location with lots of shops and restuarants nearby and the metro station right across the street. The staff were all very lovely and polite and the facilities provided were sufficient. The main drawback of our rooms were the strange layout. There was no private bathroom, only cubicles for the toilet and shower and an open sink. The cubicles had frosted glass which I found was a bit awkward and did not provide enough privacy. Additionally the toilet cubicle was directly across the window which made things more uncomfortable. I also found it frustrating that all the settings would reset after leaving the room - ie. on your return the tv would automatically turn on and the curtains would be drawn back. The design was also very dated and looked very old, the fenced windows had white cracking paint and the floors which are depicted to be carpeted in the images are actually just wooden floors. Lastly, I had some concerns with the plugs being a bit flimsy, the cover would pop off which I thought was a bit unsafe.

It's definitely not a perfunctory hotel breakfast; it's quite enjoyable. At around 500-600 RMB per night, in this city center location, it offers great value for money. If you're visiting Chengdu for leisure or business and prioritize convenient transportation and a good breakfast, this place is definitely worth considering.

Coming to Chengdu for the May Day holiday, I researched hotels around Chunxi Road and Taikoo Li, and finally settled on this one. My main draw was the large rooms, with each bed in the twin room being 1.5 meters wide, and the design style was very novel. The stay experience was excellent; the room was indeed spacious, and the beds were large and comfortable, perfect for families with children. The facilities were complete and new, including a large bathtub. The hotel is located on higher floors, with the lobby on the 31st floor and rooms ranging from 23rd to 30th floors. The lobby is beautifully decorated with panda-themed elements. Breakfast is also on the 31st floor; while the variety isn't extensive, the taste is good, and they offer local specialty noodles. The dining environment is comfortable and elegant, and it wasn't crowded. The service was excellent, with prompt responses and friendly staff. All staff members greeted guests proactively, and the doorman kindly helped with luggage, offering warm and thoughtful service. The hotel's location is extremely convenient, directly facing Tianfu Square. Stepping out, you're right in a shopping district with incredibly easy access to dining, surrounded by delicious food. Chunxi Road is within walking distance. Popular attractions are just a taxi ride away, costing around a dozen yuan, which is very convenient. There's a subway station about 100 meters downstairs, making transportation truly exceptional! I found out this is the first Capri by Fraser hotel in Asia. I hadn't stayed at a Capri before, but this visit left a wonderful impression. I'll definitely consider staying here again.

Got a complimentary upgrade to a business queen room. The room wasn't huge, but it was well-equipped, clean, and tidy. The air conditioning worked perfectly, and the interior design was thoughtfully laid out. I stayed for a week, and the breakfast spread was impressive, with several restaurants to choose from. The hotel is conveniently located near Chunxi Road, Daci Temple, Chengdu Museum, and Jiuyan Bridge. Plus, it's close to Metro Line 1, making it super easy to get around.

This hotel is located inside the Global Center shopping mall and focuses on a 'city micro-vacation' theme. My kids absolutely loved the Ocean Park and spent two full days playing there. Although the hotel facilities are a bit dated, the overall experience was decent. On the first night, we stayed in a family room on the first floor. While it was clean, it felt a bit damp and had an odd smell. After moving to a twin room with two 2-meter beds on the third floor the next day, the dampness and moldy smell improved significantly, and the soundproofing was much better. However, the refrigerator in that room wasn't cooling properly. On the first night, the hotel thoughtfully provided complimentary fruits and snacks as a welcome gift. The breakfast experience was average, and the area was a bit chaotic. The hotel is directly across from the SKP mall, and you can walk there from the first floor. On our way back, it suddenly started raining heavily, and we got soaked. It would be great if the hotel could provide signage for an underground passage to SKP for easier access, especially during bad weather.

❌ The bed has a faint cigarette smell even though I requested anti-smoke treatment and communicated that I'm particularly sensitive to smoke. Could be due to third-hand smoke which is understandably difficult to get rid off, BUT could still be prevented by making some rooms or one floor strictly smoke free. ❌ The provided two fluffy slippers are actually quite slippery in the elevated area. These aren't waterproof, and because the highlight of this hotel is the bathtub, I personally think It'd make sense to also provide two extra bath slippers that can be used in the shower as well as after bathing. 🟠 The bathrobes are fluffy and thick and would perhaps be more suitable for winter? Considering the baththub and current summer temperaturet, it might be convenient to switch to thinner, towel-like bath robes so that you can throw it on immediately after bathing. ✅ Clean bathtub and mirrors ✅ The whole experience with the tub was amazing. Controlling the water temperature was easy and I experienced no shortage of warm water, it flows out immediately. Bath salt was provided as well ✅ Actual usable television that provides entertainment: Can watch a lot of different content because there is VIP membership installed and you can broadcast all kinds of music. ✅ Pillows don't deflate: they provide actual support to your head. ✅ Can watch TV from the bathtub due to the mirrors ✅ Room looks exactly like the pictures and has the described amenities ✅ Walkable distance to metro ✅ Hair dryer actually has strong windflow and a sufficient hot setting. Girls with long hair rest assured. ✅ Good airco system & bidet toilet ✅ Blackout curtain drop ✅ Convenient communication via Wechat ✅ Rain shower & head shower. Again, warm water was immediate ✅ Innovative desig

My stay at the Chengdu Lynn International Hotel truly exceeded my expectations. I originally booked it for its convenient location near IFS and Taikoo Li, but from the moment I stepped into the lobby, the experience was far better than I anticipated. First, what impressed me most was the environment and ambiance. The hotel's exterior is modern and simple, but the interior cleverly incorporates elements of Shu culture. The public areas are adorned with panda plushies and various art pieces, creating a quiet yet stylish atmosphere. Our room, located on a non-smoking floor, was spacious and bright. The bedding was soft and dry, the curtains provided excellent blackout, and the soundproofing was very effective. I have to specifically praise the staff's service. From the front desk to the room attendants, everyone greeted us with a smile and was eager to help. Their genuine and unforced enthusiasm made us feel very comfortable. The biggest bonus of this stay was the complimentary lacquer fan making activity offered by the hotel. In the afternoon, a teacher in the lobby patiently guided the children in mixing lacquer and painting fan surfaces. I initially thought it would be a casual activity, but the finished products turned out to be surprisingly elegant and traditional. Once dry, they carried a subtle lacquer scent, making for a unique souvenir and a perfect cooling accessory for subsequent days of sightseeing – fanning ourselves with our handmade fans while strolling through Taikoo Li definitely got us some admiring glances. Equally heartwarming was the complimentary afternoon tea upon check-in. It was peak summer, and after a full day of sightseeing, we were hot. Returning to the hotel, we enjoyed afternoon tea and pastries, complete with chilled 'Bingfen' (ice jelly) and 'Guilinggao' (herbal jelly) along with thoughtful toppings. The hotel's attentiveness truly earned a perfect score from me. Finally, the location is absolutely 'top-notch.' An 8-minute walk to the left leads directly to IFS, with that famous climbing panda practically at your doorstep.

I highly recommend Mercure Chengdu Chunxi. The entire staff is incredibly warm and friendly, making for an exceptional service experience. The front desk attendant was gentle and kind, genuinely sincere and polite. Not only did they swiftly handle check-in and check-out, but they also thoughtfully planned out sightseeing routes, recommended local eateries and attractions, and patiently answered all my travel questions. During my stay, they proactively brought thoughtful small gifts and fresh fruit. They also went above and beyond to help with requests like luggage assistance and late check-out. The staff consistently paid attention to detail, providing enthusiastic service without being perfunctory. The whole experience felt incredibly comfortable and welcoming, with no sense of detachment. The value for money is outstanding; it's the perfect place to stay when visiting Chengdu.

Stayed here for the second time during our trip in Chengdu. Mainly because of the location and also the friendly staff. They were helpful to allow early check-in when we first arrive since there were rooms available. They also extended our checkout time to 2 pm for free. The front desk stuff also helped me with my Taobao refund issue. The hotel also helps to receive parcels from Taobao and when I needed to refund some of the parcels, the hotel staff helped to pass to the courier for pickup since i was out exploring the city. Definitely recommend!

The pictures from this place are well taken! The building is quite in need of renovation and the lifts don't look in the best shape at all. In our bedroom, the shower was leaking both from the shower head and from the tiles through the toilet and so was the air-conditioning - it kept dripping water in the middle of the room all night long. For the washing /drying machine theres only one of each, so it's constantly busy; I've used once and my clothes were taken off from the washer while someone else got their clothes to wash and dry. So far in my experience the hotel staff would take care of ”moving the queue” during the night and get the drying done for you/ moving clothes to dry/ removing from dryer but in the morning my clothes were back in the washing machine, still wet. Breakfast was ok. The bed was comfortable. The mini room is actually tiny and there's not a single shelf where you can put your stuff: we had two small backpacks and didn't manage so if you have luggage don't book this room. The view from the rooftop was actually amazing and the location was also super! So this isn't a horrible place but improvement can be made :)

Really enjoyed our stay in the top floor suite with an amazing view overlooking Taikoo Li and the skyline. The location is perfect for a short visit, with Taikoo Li just outside, making it very easy to walk around. The staff were extremely helpful and attentive, responding to our requests and questions instantly, they even helped us fill up the bathtub/pool while we were out so it was ready upon our return! Also loved the projector screen to watch tv. Many amenities like snacks, towels, robes, slippers were also provided. Overall, I highly recommend and would definitely return!

I came to Chengdu with my classmate this time. Since we're not yet adults, I was a bit worried about checking in, but it turns out I was completely overthinking it. The front desk staff were incredibly kind and patient. Instead of being dismissive because of our age, they were very considerate of our feelings throughout, and it felt really good to be treated with such respect. The city view from the room was absolutely stunning, with a super wide vista. Looking out the window at night, the city's splendor was laid out before us. Every picture we took was like a professional shot, and we spent ages taking photos by the window. Of course, as a well-established five-star hotel that's been open for some years, some of the facilities do feel a little dated compared to those trendy new hotels that just opened. However, this didn't affect the overall stay at all. The bedding was very comfortable, and the hygiene was excellent. The minor flaws don't detract from the overall quality. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. I truly felt the expected standards and warmth of the Ritz-Carlton. Thank you to all the Ritz-Carlton staff! (。・ω・。)つ🌷

The front desk lady was quite enthusiastic, and the room's cleanliness was decent! The decor was also nice. However, the room was really too small, and the sink was mini-sized 😂. The bed and TV stand were very close together, and the step design was a bit of a trap; my friend and I almost tripped and fell going to the bathroom at night! The hotel's exterior looks nothing like what's shown on the platform! The outside is rundown, and it's a building shared by several hotels, which is a bit disappointing. I'm not sure if this is the same brand as the one I stayed at in Taiyuan before; the logo and name are almost identical, but the exterior and room size are completely different. The one in Taiyuan was really great, and I booked this one in Chengdu because I saw it was the same brand, but the price is higher than in Taiyuan, and both the hotel's exterior and interior decor are not as good as the Taiyuan one! A bit disappointed.

Please excuse the messy room; after a five-day stay, it hadn't been cleaned. (It was my own laziness in not requesting cleaning, not the hotel's fault.) Pros: It's a 6-minute walk to Chunxi Road subway station, and across the overpass is the bustling outer edge of the Chunxi Road commercial area, offering plenty of shopping. Right downstairs is a local Hongqi chain convenience store, making shopping convenient and prices normal. Across from the hotel, there's a popular hotpot restaurant, a traditional breakfast shop, and a fruit stand—very convenient. Cons: The room was dim; the shower didn't work well, and the shower space was cramped. The cleanliness was just average, especially during the last two days when I woke up with itchy skin, and I'm not sure why. Overall: Very good value for money, and the front desk was responsive. I would recommend staying here. My suggestion is for them to be a bit more thorough with the cleaning.

Absolutely fantastic! The location is just perfect. From our room, we could directly see the high-speed rail tracks. Downstairs, there's an underpass that leads straight to the high-speed rail station. We had two large 28-inch suitcases and thought we'd have a long walk, but from the B2 level tunnel, we walked directly to the parking lot, then just 50 meters straight across to the hotel's elevator. So incredibly convenient! The room was quite spacious, about 30 square meters, with plenty of chairs, making it very comfortable and convenient. The laundry room truly deserves a shout-out. It's available on three different floors, perfectly meeting the needs of guests staying at various heights. These are washer-dryer combo machines with pulsator technology. The drying effect isn't as good as separate units; after two hours, clothes still weren't quite ready to wear and needed a bit more air-drying in the room under the AC. If you're short on time, it might be best to skip washing. Even with that minor flaw, it's free laundry with drying – what more could you ask for?! Breakfast was decent. They had several types of congee, croissants, donuts, as well as stir-fried dishes and fried rice. For a three-star hotel, this level of service is already very good. My phone got a bit wet in Huanglong earlier, so the photos look a bit foggy. All in all, a great experience!
