"We had a wonderful stay here for a total of three weeks. We were so happy with our initial experience that we decided to extend our stay twice, which speaks for itself! The location is excellent—within walking distance to the bus station, South Bank Parklands, and the City, and the overall environment is very comfortable. What truly made our stay special was the exceptional service. All the staff members were incredibly patient and helpful. I would like to give a special thank you to NAGO—thank you so much for your outstanding support and patience during our time here. I would also like to express my gratitude to the other team members at the front desk; although I didn’t catch their names, they were also consistently helpful and kind. We truly appreciate everything!"

"Good location and a super view from the 21st floor! ( especially the balcony). The location lets you walk on foot to all the Brisbane most attractive destinations! 5 minutes to the art galleries 3 minutes to the Fish Lane, 20-30 minutes to the Sky Deck… The neighborhood is safe even late in the evening 😀 I felt comfortable walking alone. The parking is not free but easy to arrange at the reception. We arrived at around 20 00. There was a girl at the reception to meet us."

"The environment is pleasant, and the facilities are comprehensive. We particularly appreciated the fully equipped kitchen, which makes it convenient to cook your own meals. You can email the apartment management to confirm what essentials to pack. They provide soap, shower gel, shampoo, and a hairdryer, but you'll need to bring your own slippers and other personal toiletries."

"We are visiting from the UK, this hotel is a very comfortable place to stay while seeing Brisbane.  Also plenty of useful amenities if you need to be self sufficient, and grocery shops within five minutes walking. The location is excellent too for walking around to see the main attractions like Wheel of Brisbane.   The only minor issue was related to parking however the next day Jade at reception resolved it to our satisfaction.   We look forward to staying here again on a second visit."
