Ascott Raffles City Chengdu

Ascott is consistently reliable, with attentive and reassuring service. Our room was initially in Tower 4, which was quite a distance from the breakfast area, making it inconvenient for my elderly parents. When I explained this to Judy at the front desk, she promptly upgraded us to a suite in Tower 3 for free. The room was incredibly spacious and had fantastic views. My parents had a very comfortable stay, and we were all satisfied. The breakfast had a great variety, and the most pleasant surprise was seeing the beautiful morning glow.

Very good! This time, I brought my cat with me, and the service was excellent. The breakfast was also fantastic, and the location is convenient for getting around. The gym and pool facilities are all well-equipped!

The hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to the subway station. The rooms are spacious and bright, well-equipped with all amenities. The service attitude is great, and the breakfast offers a rich variety. I'll definitely choose to stay here again in the future.

Checked in around 6 PM, and I asked the front desk for a room a bit closer to the elevator. They ended up putting me right next to the elevator, which was a bit annoying. When I got to the room, I noticed the wooden floor had just been mopped and the water stains hadn't dried yet. The room itself was okay, and there's a hotpot restaurant on the 3rd floor downstairs, which is very convenient.

The location is excellent, making it very convenient to get around. There's a mall downstairs and plenty of food options nearby. The hotel's hygiene is good, and the service is outstanding.

Convenient location, clean room. I was pleasantly surprised to find a massage mattress in the room. Arriving late for a business trip, I was able to relax with a massage and sleep soundly. The pillows were very comfortable too. Breakfast is served on the top floor with a wide variety of options. Overall, a great stay.

Traveling with family, we stayed at Ascott Raffles City and loved the apartment-style room – it felt just like home. The room was clean and spacious, and having a kitchen and a washer/dryer was incredibly practical when traveling with kids. The mall downstairs and easy subway access to attractions were a huge plus. The front desk staff were very attentive, and there was even a small play area for children, which kept our little one very happy.

I highly recommend Ascott Raffles City Chengdu! The location is unbeatable, directly connected to Raffles City Mall with plenty of dining options and a supermarket downstairs. It's also close to the Provincial Sports Centre subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting to all the major attractions. Compared to a regular hotel, a serviced apartment truly shines. The room is spacious, featuring a separate living room and bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and a washer-dryer combo – perfect for keeping clothes clean on longer trips. The room itself is spotless, the bedding is comfortable, and the soundproofing is excellent. The front desk staff are warm, polite, and respond promptly to requests. The apartment also boasts a heated swimming pool and a gym, ideal for relaxing and unwinding after a day of travel. It's perfectly suited for both short getaways and layovers. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Chengdu!
