Overall, the experience was great, though the bathroom fixtures weren't as luxurious as what you'd find in China. Perhaps people here aren't used to smart toilets. I remember the Ritz-Carlton in Tianjin had TOTO smart toilets, but here they're all regular ones. Tip: You don't have to tip since there's a resort fee, but you might get a pleasant surprise if you do! 😊

Average price of more than 5,000 a night Living in the lobby location on the first floor, I told the hotel that there is no room for changing rooms or even paying upgrades, but I looked up at the beach at night. More than half of the rooms are empty. There is also a listing on the hotel website. I don’t know what it means. Very noisy at night, the room is very poorly soundproofed. At five o'clock in the morning, I heard the loud music next to it. The sound was so loud that I couldn't hear the front desk knocking on the door. I could not hear the room phone ( Trip.com The customer service worked hard to help us solve the problem. This is a good comment) There is a young person at the front desk who seems to be called jadon. The staff at the hotel spa were very friendly too The rest are wooden rafts with a little yin and yang There is hardly any beach in this hotel Down the stairs is the sea. When I chose this hotel, I saw photos that seemed to be before the beach was destroyed by the hurricane. In short, the price is very low Choose Hyatt next time.

The location at the beach in the East of the island is perfect. Diving and snorkeling is a dream ! However, average age of guests is 65+. The friendliness and service attitude of the staff is very much depending on their daily mood. Having written an eMail about our early arrival, we were still made to wait for 3 hours until our roomkey was handed over. Considering the costs per night - better stay in Honduras or another location - the resort is greatly overpriced.

The Grandest of views from this second floor, beach front, corner unit with views of the ocean and Grandview pool. Unit was recently renovated with new furniture throughout. The complex is walking distance to great restaurants and bars. Kitchen has everything you need to cook or use one of the two on-site BBQ grills. Cooler is in the unit to bring food and drinks to the beach. Family friendly unit and complex. While certain properties on Seven Mile Beach have experienced beach erosion over the last couple of years, our property's beach is protected by ironshore which limits erosion. We have not experienced the erosion that other properties have and have a great sandy beach with plenty of beach chairs and natural shade from trees for your enjoyment. Easy access to swim or play in the the ocean from the sandy cove on the right side (looking towards the ocean) of the complex. The complex has 69 units for which around 20 of the units are used for vacation rentals and the rest are used by owners or long-term renters for people who live in Cayman year-round. As such, guests typically have no issues accessing chairs/loungers on the beach or pool deck as the majority of units are used by people that live in the complex and therefore do not use the pool and beach as often as visitors on vacation would. There should not be a need to claim your beach chair for the day as you may feel you need to at other resorts.As parents to a young toddler we know the struggles in finding appropriate sleeping arrangements for very young children. The staff there are just sooo helpful!! Like our stingray city snorkelling trip got cancelled by the agent we booked, but then the captain in cayman sun splash tours just being SOOOO helpful, and he helped us calling different agent within cayman island, and eventually we make out stingray city trip before we left 😭😭 we re absolutely grateful for that!! Overall the experience is just soooo good for me & my frds, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel!!

Crescent Beach has received the 2017/18 Certificates of Excellence and has never received a rating of less than 5 stars from our guests. SAND is a home away from home - a 2100 sq.ft. ground floor apartment built in 2015 with 3 bed/bath with bedrooms 2 and 3 being convertible to either KING or 2 x TWIN beds, open living, dining and kitchen area with superb beach and sea views. Perfect for families who like quiet, remote living but with many amenities within 30 minutes driving. A second apartment, SKY, is on the upper floor and offers similar amenities. The interior is modern, tastefully decorated and well equipped for cooking and entertainment. Kitchen appliances include gas stove, microwave, double door fridge/freezer, dish washer, combo washing machine/dryer. All lighting within both SAND and SKY is LED and high efficiency central air units are easily controlled from a simple thermostat. Doors are equipped with "open" detectors which will switch off the air conditioning if a patio door is left open. Our goal has been to try to conserve energy and use it efficiently for the comfort of our guests. Master bedroom features king bed, second and third bedroom features Twin beds which can be converted to King. cots are available on request.There is a pool, courtyard with barbecue and eating facility. The Games room is equipped with pool table; table tennis and dart board. The home theatre is comfortably equipped with bean bags and chairs. There is a large selection of DVDs.Situated in a protected zone, the coral beach is a turtle nesting site and opens onto a 200 x100 yard bay with living coral and a low-lying reef about 100 yards out. Typically, more than 500 baby turtles leave the beach for the Caribbean Sea every year. Many of our guests have witnessed hand release by us of turtles which were left behind in the nest. The coral beach has both sandy and rocky features which vary as wind and wave direction shift. Off the beach is the best snorkeling to be found close to the shore in Grand Cayman.A variety of top local restaurants are within 10 minutes driving and one of Cayman's best diver operations is just 5 minutes away.SAND being at ground level features direct access to the beach from the patio. SKY is very elevated with the front patio facing open countryside and the ocean-facing balcony being each 15 feet high and tempered safety glass balusters form the railings to ensure a superb view of the ocean and reef even from inside the apartment. You can rent a car from the Expedia website for as low as $9/day! Just choose "GCM Owen Roberts International Airport" for the pickup and drop off location as the rental car companies are a 3-5 minute walk from the airport entrane/exit doors :)People from all backgrounds welcome!***SLEEPING ARRANGEMENTS: Please note that the condo is better suited for 4 guests (the second bedroom has two twin size beds) as additional guests will have to sleep on the basic sofa bed in the living room or a queen blow up mattress (stored in one of the bedroom closets). If you would like to save money on accommodations, the unit can sleep up to 8 as I do not charge extra for extra guests so please be mindful if you are tryng to save on accommodation costs and do what you can to keep the condo clean and tidy***ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE:I try to accommodate all guests during the "purgatory period" between 11am-4pm when the condo is being cleaned. The Hotel Indigo was amazing, and the staff was super friendly. The rooms were clean and refreshed daily. The beach staff was amazing—Neal was so great and personable, and I have to add that the beach was so pristine and beautiful! Also, one of the best perks of staying at the hotel was the beach bar called Bonnymoon, with awesome drinks and fresh food! Monu and Yury were so amazing at Bonnymoon, and we look forward to seeing them again!!

Overall, the experience was great, though the bathroom fixtures weren't as luxurious as what you'd find in China. Perhaps people here aren't used to smart toilets. I remember the Ritz-Carlton in Tianjin had TOTO smart toilets, but here they're all regular ones. Tip: You don't have to tip since there's a resort fee, but you might get a pleasant surprise if you do! 😊

Checking it was flawless. No waiting for room. The grill was best place to eat on the island. Save some $ and stay here vs the Westin. You can use all of the Westin’s facilities and even charge back to your room at Sunshine. It’s about 5 minute walk to the beach but there’s a sushi place, a sports bar, a yogurt shop and a liquor store all on the way. Pool is nice and warm. Rooms are cozy with working appliances. We’d stay here again

Average price of more than 5,000 a night Living in the lobby location on the first floor, I told the hotel that there is no room for changing rooms or even paying upgrades, but I looked up at the beach at night. More than half of the rooms are empty. There is also a listing on the hotel website. I don’t know what it means. Very noisy at night, the room is very poorly soundproofed. At five o'clock in the morning, I heard the loud music next to it. The sound was so loud that I couldn't hear the front desk knocking on the door. I could not hear the room phone ( Trip.com The customer service worked hard to help us solve the problem. This is a good comment) There is a young person at the front desk who seems to be called jadon. The staff at the hotel spa were very friendly too The rest are wooden rafts with a little yin and yang There is hardly any beach in this hotel Down the stairs is the sea. When I chose this hotel, I saw photos that seemed to be before the beach was destroyed by the hurricane. In short, the price is very low Choose Hyatt next time.

I love this hotel 😭😭😭 like there is a beautiful beaches inside the hotel, a nice swimming pool there, and a delicious restaurant!! 😭😭 and there is musician performance at night (I really love it)!! The staff there are just sooo helpful!! Like our stingray city snorkelling trip got cancelled by the agent we booked, but then the captain in cayman sun splash tours just being SOOOO helpful, and he helped us calling different agent within cayman island, and eventually we make out stingray city trip before we left 😭😭 we re absolutely grateful for that!! Overall the experience is just soooo good for me & my frds, and I would absolutely recommend this hotel!!

We had a great time here the room and facilities were great the restaurant was good choices of food for breakfast lunch and dinner were excelent the only drawback was the road into the hotel which was so full of potholes was lucky my car didn't get damaged enroute apart from that we had a lovely 2 night break.

Peaceful and quiet. Spacious. Office service is good (helped me call a taxi, promptly fixed a smoke detector issue). The only complaint I have is that the shower water doesn't get very hot - lukewarm at best.
