There was no water when we checked in during the night and the next mroning. We were to share the bathroom. It was difficult as we need to attend the meeting early in the morning. Hotel should compensate somehow.

-Plenty of choice of breakfast, idk either due to school holidays or new year eve.. But during my visit the breakfast is absolutely plenty of choice..seriously bnyk sgt choice.. Nasi lemak, roti canai, nasi ayam, mee goreng, roti jala,telur stuff, salad, dimsum, pau.. Many more to list out.. but the taste is ok only.. Nothing special on taste
-pool is nice for kid.. Kid will really enjoy to play here
-side by side with mall.. Easy access on mall is plus point.. On mall lift.. Kenny, subway, roti boy n lot more is just beside hotel lift

-Cleanness need to to improve especially on toilet.. grossed for new builded hotel.

WIFI is not available all the time. There was no TV signals even though TV set is working. No point to place a TV set inside the room cuz can't be watch at all.
Cleanliness is good. Hope the management of this hotel can improve of the facilities because it would be very bored to stay inside the room after checked without any connection to WIFI and TV set has no signal and can't be watched. VERY, VERY VERY POOR..!!!
The shower comes with Heater and a very good water pressure which we find is very good facility when taking a very fresh shower. This facility is VERY GOOD.
There's no water boiler in the room. A glass jar is provided. Have to bring the glass jar and water tumbler and to walk outside the room near to the lift to fill up hot and cold water from a water filler machine. The hot water is very fast running out and have to wait very long to fill up again.
The condition of Air-condition set in the room is not serviced as the wind flowing out is not strong.From$16

We booked this place as we had a wedding at the glasshouse. We booked 4 rooms. Location wise it’s literally a 2 mins walk . It’s perfect and convenient. The rooms were poorly maintained. Lighting was really bad and the water in the sink kept running . The staffs were nice and friendly . I’d say you get what you pay for , so it’s a fair dealFrom$11

Stayed here for a night as was attending a wedding nearby. As I wasn't expecting much for the hotel, I was actually happy with what I got. I booked the Family room and it was much bigger than expected. It easily and comfortably fit 1 queen bed and 2 single beds. It also had space for a sofa set with coffee table and a walk in closet and the bathroom. Though we had some problem with the aircon. The front desk quickly sent someone to assist us and was resolved. Cleanliness was okay. Didn't see anything particular to cause any unrest. A decent stay generally. From$21

The sound prof is worst. I can hear people walking by and laughing at the hallway during midnight. I can even hear the person who staying next door opening the door. I requested for one bed but They combined two bed into one bed. The room also looks a bit old. However, the hotel is quite clean so I still manage to sleep. They will provide toothbrush, shower cap, shampoo and towel. There is also a lot of parking.From$12

The third floor, which hotel reception said is renovated. On overall first sight is on par of normal standard.
The Pros : 1) There is eateries or pub behind the hotel , which is walking distance away.
2) The room is spacious .
3) The view is ok even at the 3rd storey.
The Cons : 1) Need to work hard on the floor as I can see the insect climbing on the floor along the walk way.
2) Advise to add the cover on the breakfast buffet , especially salad bar, as I can see fly hovering around.
3) To supply the disposable shave/cream.
4) The lobby reception should be located at the ground level and not at the mezzanine level. The escalator from another entrance didn't function during my arrival at
around 8~9pm. The lift button didn't have a clear description of the reception level, the first time visitor may have hard time finding the lobby level and the level for breakfast.
5) Adding lighting in the room ceiling as I find out the bedroom do not have ceiling light.
Overall it is a nice experience considering the good rate and charges. The breakfast overall is good and delicious.From$45

How was the service?
the service tip top! thanks to Mr Rafizan, the manager at customer services. Great view, good room. but the only thing is the toilet is too slippery, not safe for kids, pregnant mommies & senior citizen (as I bring my little kids). Even adult like us also many time almost fall down.
What about the facilities?
the facilities is good. the kids club got no aircond, only fan. quite congested.
Did you enjoy the food?
dinner buffet is good and have many choices. But my family had a bad experience on the breakfast. the egg for nasi lemak was spoiled and the roti canai tasted was weird with bitter taste.From$49
