The location quite far from the town but beside the mall. New hotel, everything was good and I enjoy staying here. Love the onsen!

Everything is ok 👍🏻first day just the freezer is not working,my fruits and desserts all is spoild😓but they are faster arrange our room to change new one,actually the new one freezer is same problem no working.i hope my next stay is no have this problem.

Location nearby bukit tinggi. Room clean with comfortable bed and pillow. RM24 Per pax per entry for Onsen. Will visit again next time when i go to Klang.

This hotel is still new. Still renovation here n there. Hopefully, management can look into it especially safety issues tp others.
Overall this hotel is good and recommended to others especially for families.

Room and breakfast are good
Parking are free until further notice
Pool are big and kids friendly
But need to use parking lift and change to hotel lift to go to the room

The hotel stay was pleasant. Overall is satisfactory.
Hopefully more outlets will be opened at the KSL Esplanade Mall.
Location wise, it is a little bit far from town, but still fine by me though.

The parking is confusing. You should put direction for hotel guest and guide guest to the right place to park the car near hotel lobby lift
