I had a pleasant stay overall, with several aspects of the experience standing out positively. Special mention goes to Zul, the receptionist, who handled everything professionally and was very helpful throughout the check-in process. He also explained the walk-in breakfast rate of RM61.50 per person and kindly offered a more affordable option of paying upfront at the counter for only RM35.00 per person, which was a great value.
The room was spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. The bathroom was also well designed and clean, while the water pressure was excellent—definitely one of the highlights of the stay.
I also tried the room service through Roomie. The order took around 30 minutes to arrive, which was reasonable. I ordered the Kampung Fried Rice and Oxtail Soup. The food was average in terms of taste and could be improved, particularly with seasoning and overall flavour. However, the pricing was surprisingly affordable considering this is a 5-star hotel.
Breakfast was probably the least impressive part of the stay. The selection was fairly average, and there was nothing particularly memorable or outstanding.
Overall, the stay was comfortable, with excellent service from Zul, a spacious room, and good value for the food pricing. With improvements to the food quality and breakfast offerings, the experience could be significantly better.
