Location is unbeatable - nearby Westlake Station (Exit A) of Link Light Rail, and Seattle Convention Centre. Walking distance to attractions (e.g., Pike Place Market, Space Needle) Very helpful & friendly staff: It was my first time to stay at a hotel with all staff (front desk, room service & other staff met in the hotel) are very warm and make me feel to be welcomed. minor comment: heating warm up the room automatically once a while but quite noisy.

We had a fantastic stay at the SpringHill Suites Seattle South Lake Union ☺️ The room was very nice, clean and modern, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The breakfast offered a good variety of options and the large shower was a great bonus. The hotel is about a 20-minute walk from the busy downtown areas, which made it the perfect location to explore the city while still enjoying a quieter atmosphere. Overall, a great experience and I would definitely stay here again!

The receptionist was kind enough to let me check in even though I reached at 12pm! The room is big and clean. It even has a coin laundry too, which is a major plus. The cafe next to the hotel has nice and affordable food. However, the sound proofing can be improved as I can hear people walking past my room.

I like how it is right in the centre. The self check in was so efficient however there was no information about where to get the breakfast- for what time etc. same for other amenities too. I booked with breakfast included the guy at the front desk maybe in early 30s to mid 40s told us that the breakfast will be the room across the reception but when we went there they were still charging customers even from the hotel so the information about breakfast is misleading. We ended up not having breakfast despite paying for it on top of that 30 mins before our official check out the key card stopped working. The misleading information was very frustrating as I paid for the service and didnt even get it.

The hotel doesn't have a restaurant, so you'll need to find food on your own. The hotel doesn't have a parking lot, so they recommended a partner parking garage. It was incredibly expensive, $30 overnight, and even worse than the open-air parking garage across the street. I think the doorman suggested it because I didn't have Valet Parking...

I chose this hotel because of the good reviews. The building is old, but it's a charming hotel with many thoughtful touches. I rented a bicycle from them, which was very convenient. There are also Lime electric bikes available in the city, making Seattle's hills and distances much less daunting. However, flushing the toilet produced a very loud noise and a blast of air. The in-room TV connection was poor, so it didn't work. Maintenance came quickly and got the TV to turn on, but I couldn't change channels afterwards, possibly due to a faulty remote. It was frustrating, and I ended up not watching it at all. Perhaps because of this inconvenience, they didn't charge me the resort fee.

They upgraded our room upon arrival! The staff were very friendly and courteous. We had a beautiful view room overlooking the city on the 14th floor. The pullout couch bed is really only suitable for one child. Our oldest daughter took the couch bed and said it was very uncomfortable so we had everyone in the extra large king sized bed. The king size bed was very comfortable, and the mattress was soft. The room was relatively clean, although a little dusty. Probably because of the location and the age of the hotel. The room was fully stocked with water and snacks. The bathroom was extremely clean! Breakfast was not included, so we had a five minute walk to Starbucks. The concierge accommodated us with a $15 shuttle ride to the cruise ship dock. The shuttle service was excellent and they took care of all of our bags.

The Seattle Renaissance Hotel isn't too far from the cruise terminal, but it's all uphill, making the walk quite strenuous, especially with luggage. The rooms are a bit small overall, and the interior furnishings look a bit dated. The cleanliness after housekeeping was just average. The hotel doesn't offer free breakfast, so you have to order and pay for it separately if you want to eat. The hotel is right next to the Seattle Central Library, and it's a short walk to the subway station. The uphill climb throughout was the biggest downside of this stay, severely impacting the experience when carrying heavy items.

Went as a solo traveler. The room was very clean & hipster chic. The food at the attached Ben Paris restaurant was great! Everyone who worked there was incredibly nice & very helpful. Walking distance to so many great Seattle attractions: ferries, the Seattle Art Museum, Pikes Market, Under the Streets tour as well The Can Can Can Culinary Cabaret. The only drawback is the parking - like most older big city hotels there is no attached parking structure. The paid parking structure ($10-$32/day) is about 1 city block down from the hotel and is a bit sketchy if you are coming/ going at really late/early hours. All in all I would really recommend this hotel! I really enjoyed my stay there!

The hotel itself was in a great spot (Royal Caribbean cruise customer) and was clean and pleasant. The staff accommodated our early check in request (we arrived around 1pm) which was terrific - didn't have to wait YAY!!! The rest of the staff were all wonderful except for the bar staff. We placed an order for drinks/snacks at the bar and then sat off to the side nearer the restaurant. This was one of the best Hotel experiences my wife and I have ever had. It began with an amazing Valet named Earnest. He was the most congenial and friendly valet I have ever met. He was unable to park our 1 ton truck in the underground parking. I had a bunch of tools in the back for a IT installation job I was in town to complete. Earnest felt genuinely concerned for the wellbeing of our vehicle and my tools. He went out of his way to help me empty the vehicle, and checked all of the items (which was a lot) in the baggage area of the hotel. He then helped to find street parking which was in a safe area, and actually saved us $60 in parking fees. After all of this Earnest then made an amazing dinner suggestion and even provided us with coupons which saved us a great deal on our dinner. As I returned to the hotel each day during my stay Earnest greeted me by name, without reminder. That is a feat in my book as I often can't remember coworkers names whom I interact with daily, for years. My wife and child accompanied me on this business trip. They eventually became visibly stir crazy. The Desk clerk noticed and provided all sorts of coloring books, crafts, games etc for my 4 year old. This without us asking. I did not get her name unfortunately. After our trip we thought we had left some items behind. We called the hotel frantic because the items were irreplicable. The staff (each and every one we spoke to, one of whom named Cindy) were genuinely concerned and eager to help us locate the items. Calling us back to update us with their search regularly, and even offering to ship the items to us immediately once found. Beyond the absolutely impeccable staff the hotel itself is beautiful. If you love pre-war architecture and design it is an absolute gem. It is like a time capsule. Every room has a milk door, and the electrical is all retrofitted because the building clearly predates electricity. AS bonus they have a café, salon, skin care facility, and speakeasy on site. The speakeasy was closed during our stay, but the café was wonderful. We did not try the other services. I will likely stay here on each and every visit to Seattle. It's an absolutely perfect hotel!

It took us quite a while to finally get into our room due to issues with the key cards not working. Had to make two trips from the 20th floor down to the front desk only to find out the problem was a low battery in the door lock. Once inside, we noticed the room wasn’t properly set up for four guests, as there weren’t enough towels provided. The bathroom design was also inconvenient. There are two sliding doors neither had locks, which makes privacy difficult. The air conditioning blew directly toward your face while lying on the bed, and the vents were too high to adjust. In addition, electric kettle, bathrobes, and slippers were not provided. On a positive note, the breakfast buffet was excellent. It offered a wide variety of choices, and the service was outstanding, making it a highlight of our stay.

The biggest problem is that the wooden base of the bed is very sharp, and there is a passage less than one meter away next to it, so it is easy to get hit on the legs. Our family of three was hit more than once. If someone is using the office chair next to it, you will probably get hit if you don't walk sideways. (As shown in the picture). The room was very clean, and there's a heated swimming pool. You can also get ice water, hot water, hot coffee, and unlimited ice refills in the lobby. The bed was quite comfortable too. This place is a much older Motel 6 in lovely Bremerton. I chose a smoking room which happened to be on the third floor and walking up those steps covered in the green fake grass that were shaky was not cool. When I got to the room, I walked in and smelled straight cigarettes. The room stopped pretty bad. It took me until the middle of the night to figure out that it was due to the room next-door because there was a door between us. When he finally stopped smoking, the smoke finally went away and when he started again in the morning, it was coming back under the door. I called down and asked to see if I could bemoved and it was not possible. Unless I chose to be in a non-smoking room. But I didn’t realize the smoking would be 24 hours. Plus, the broom was pretty battered, but the bedding was good and so were the pillows. I can’t stand that Motel 6 only gives you soap now. Prices went up 30% and then they’re dropping shampoo and conditioner.

USGuest UserThis place is a much older Motel 6 in lovely Bremerton. The airport shuttle is very frequent, which is great – makes getting to and from the airport super easy. Even though it's near the airport, getting to and from downtown is also convenient, offering good value for money. The bed in the room was really high though! 😂 Probably the highest bed I've seen in North America this trip. The coffee machine was quite old and didn't look very clean. The bathroom felt a bit too big, a waste of space really. I checked out the pool and gym, and they both looked pretty good. Unfortunately, I didn't have time to use them. If I ever come back to Seattle, I'd definitely consider staying here again. This DoubleTree Hilton really has a resort-like feel, with a huge property. The breakfast experience was excellent; I particularly loved the omelette and pancakes. It seems like every Hilton property these days offers daily cookies. From Hawaii to Seattle, you can just ask for them at the front desk every day!!

The hotel was in a good location with fenced in parking. The staff was friendly and fast. Overall, the hygiene was good. Rooms were tidy and pretty clean. The only thing was that our bathroom tub was clogged, and the hallway had some weird smell.
