The hotel is split into North and South wings, connected by an underground passage. It's quite a large hotel, so expect to do a fair bit of walking. Like other Maritime hotels, the complimentary bottle of mineral water given at check-in needs to be carried back to your room yourself. What I found really hard to understand was having to collect breakfast vouchers from the front desk every day, multiple times. The highlight, however, was the incredibly rich and varied breakfast. The staff were all very enthusiastic and efficient, despite the large number of guests dining daily. I highly recommend Robert's, an Italian restaurant located nearby.

It is next to the stadium. It happened to be the Champions League match that night. You can imagine how exciting it was, so I didn't care. Those who care about sleep quality should be careful. But you have to walk through the restaurant from the front desk, and there are seven or eight steps, which is inconvenient if you have luggage. The breakfast is OK.

”Insider tip” for everyone who wants to live in absolute peace (as long as the other guests are mi**aching) in the most beautiful district of Stuttgart and still be able to reach the city on foot or by bus in a few minutes and doesn't need a restaurant. The wellness area is very good considering the size of the hotel, especially the sauna. Only the ”fitness room” is a windowless little room. The parking situation is also bad: the hotel has around 12 spaces, with more guests it gets tight. All residential streets are subject to a fee, but only on weekdays

It is too rare to live in a hotel with a separate kitchen at this price. Dinner is done directly by yourself, there is a microwave oven to heat, the induction cooker and pot are also complete, plates, knife and fork can meet the needs. The sofa bed is large, very comfortable and quiet at night. The hotel has its own restaurant, and the dinner is about 20 euros per person. The breakfast was delicious, although the variety was not as good as the domestic hotel, but it was already very good compared to other German hotels. Fruits have kiwi fruit, which is more expensive in Germany.

The hotel's location is decent, with a tram line nearby, making it convenient to get to from the main train station. However, upon arrival, we couldn't check in early. We got there at 1 PM and had to wait until the official check-in time at 3 PM, which felt a bit inflexible. The room looked exactly like the photos, and the cleanliness was acceptable. It had a balcony, but since the room faced the street, we could hear traffic noise. I specifically booked a king-size bed, but it turned out to be two single beds pushed together. Other than that, the room was completely bare – no water glasses, no kettle, no tea bags, no coffee or coffee machine, and no safe. The bathroom only had two mouthwash cups and a single bottle of 2-in-1 shampoo and shower gel. If you're just staying for a quick overnight, it's alright. But if you're looking for amenities or services, I wouldn't highly recommend it. Given the price, though, it's passable.

It's a small but clean and well-equipped hotel! I'll stay here again.

Again the front desk staff were not reactive to solving the situation. And the cleaning in the bathroom could have been significantly better too from previous guests.

The staff were the most disinterested I have ever encountered at a hotel, complete lack of regard for customer service. We had booked a one bedroom apartment for three people, the first apartment didn’t have space for a fold out bed. The second apartment didn’t but the fold out was set up even though it was obviously broken and lopsided. The insulation was terrible, we were able to hear doors slamming all night along with people’s voices, coming through the interconnecting doors. The TV didn’t work and took time to be resolved. Again the front desk staff were not reactive to solving the situation. And the cleaning in the bathroom could have been significantly better too from previous guests.

The hotel provides a hairdryer and a kettle. It's clean and housekeeping is very prompt. There's a huge mall right next door that has pretty much everything. Walking from the main station with luggage is a bit of a trek, but you can take the light rail, which stops directly in front of the hotel. Being so close to the tracks, you can hear the train at night, which might be a little noisy. Breakfast is plentiful, with a great variety of breads to choose from.

The lobby is quite large and bright. Overall, it's quite comfortable and nice. The room is a bit small, but there's a small windowsill next to it, so you can put your things there without taking up too much space, which is convenient!

The hotel was great; it was close to the station, the room was spacious, and it had both a shower and a bathtub. However, I received an email saying I could check in online after the check-in time, but when I went there about 20 minutes later, I was told the room wasn't ready yet. Also, the musty smell of the shower curtain filled the shower room, which was quite unpleasant.

The only downside I would say is that in the recent heat wave, this room is a bit hot. Other than that, I feel like I have everything I need from this room. It's close to the metro, there's a supermarket literally 3 min away and city center is like 20 min walk if you don't want to take the metro.

The hotel is split into North and South wings, connected by an underground passage. It's quite a large hotel, so expect to do a fair bit of walking. Like other Maritime hotels, the complimentary bottle of mineral water given at check-in needs to be carried back to your room yourself. What I found really hard to understand was having to collect breakfast vouchers from the front desk every day, multiple times. The highlight, however, was the incredibly rich and varied breakfast. The staff were all very enthusiastic and efficient, despite the large number of guests dining daily. I highly recommend Robert's, an Italian restaurant located nearby.

The room was spacious with bright lights. The bed was big and comfy. The staff is young and energetic. Cons - breakfast lack varieties. Send message to staff via tablet/ipad provided in the room but no response. The fridge was not working.

Eşim ve küçük kızımız ile oldukça rahat bir otel deneyimi yaşadık. Temizlik harikaydı. Herkes güleryüzlü ve yardımseverdi. En ufak bir memnuniyetsizliğimiz olmadı. Hep güleryüz ve yardım ile muamele gördük. Kahvaltı dahildi ve oldukça yeterli bi kahvaltı çeşiti vardı. Her şeyi kaliteliydi. Gerek Almanya’da gerekse başka ülkelerde birçok otelleri de tecrübe ettim. Ben aile olarak gideceklere kendi tecrübemle kesinlikle bu oteli tavsiye ederim. Konumu ise merkezi her yere yürüme mesafesindeydi. Hemen önünde lidl market birkaç dükkan iletisinde aldi market ve McDonald’s gibi pek çok ihtiyaç duyulan mağazaya da 1 dk yürüme mesafesindeydi. Metro ve otobüs yürüyerek 2 dk mesafede. Bu yorumu bu kadar uzun yazmama değecek kaliteli ve konfordaydı. Teşekkürler.

An excellent hotel for both its facilities but mainly by the super friendly welcome of the personnel. Amazing service care from a French guy managing the lobby !! To highly recommand.
