The location of the hotel is very good, very close to the outlet. The facilities are relatively complete. The room is very clean, the bed is large and comfortable. The front desk is very friendly and willing to help if you have any questions. The only drawback is the wifi. It will be disconnected. I don’t know if there are too many users and the signal is not strong enough, or if I haven’t set it up properly.

Also the beds do not have a blanket.. just double sheets.

The waiter at the front desk was an Indian-born brother with a very good attitude and specially helped me wash my clothes. Thank you. This is actually a motel, it is really convenient, surrounded by several fast food restaurants and gas stations and even a Starbucks! Filtered water and coffee were always available in lobby. Not impressed with breakfast. BE AWARE, a google review will get you a free breakfast. Kids 11u eat free. Otherwise it'll set you back $10. I'd consider breakfast avg if it were included, but expected more since it's an add-on. Only one of the 2 stairwells reach the lobby directly. Only 1 of the 2 elevators were available, having the internal stairwell is very important.

I'd consider breakfast avg if it were included, but expected more since it's an add-on. Only one of the 2 stairwells reach the lobby directly. Only 1 of the 2 elevators were available, having the internal stairwell is very important.

The gate to the pool can be opened from the front parking lot without a key.Being on the interstate frontage makes it loud outside as well. A more secure pool area would be required for me to come back with my family Ice makers weren't working but the front desk had access to bar/restaurant ice maker. The waiter at the front desk was an Indian-born brother with a very good attitude and specially helped me wash my clothes. Thank you. This is actually a motel, it is really convenient, surrounded by several fast food restaurants and gas stations and even a Starbucks! On the other side of the I35 highway opposite is the huge Outlets, which is very convenient for shopping.
