The room was dated and musty (mildew smell) upon entering the lobby an overwhelming smell of ammonia from a recent mopping. No hot water in shower. Bathroom door would not lock. Breakfasts was the only great thing.

Customer service was very nice, breakfast was very good, we all loved the waffles! However the Hotel needs a little updating for the price they charge. Very good location. Thank you.

Because the hotel is located near the highway, it is a bit noisy. A few earplugs will solve the problem.

We stayed one night here before my daughter could move into campus. The outside was sketchy. Parking was horrible and there are only two floors. Luckily, we came early enough and was able to receive a 1st floor room.

Door at end of hall was broken ( tell it been that way for awhile),staff liked it that way .staying in room at end of all hall had to walk all the way around everytime…

I choose the pay at property option, beginning at 8AM I was being called repeatedly asking to make payment or they were canceling my booking. Also checked out Sunday and have yet to receive my $25 incidental fee back (it’s Thursday)
