If you have a car or rent one, then life will be much easier as it is a bit far from city centers. There are places within 20 minutes within walking distance. If you are a walker, you don't *need* a car. Taxis like Uber and bolt don't seem to like coming out here, but the reception can call you a trusty private car. The whole place is quite clean and the staff are very friendly. They are willing to help with anything I've asked. ould recommend to others!

⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ 4/5 – Holiday Inn Johannesburg Airport by IHG A great option if you’re looking for a hotel close to O.R. Tambo International Airport. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and convenient for an overnight stay before or after a flight. Pros: * Very clean rooms and common areas. * Convenient location close to the airport. * Friendly and professional staff. * Comfortable beds for a good night’s sleep. Cons: * There are stairs in some sections of the hotel, which made it quite difficult to move around with heavy luggage. * There was a noticeable noise coming from the air conditioner during the night. * Guests are still required to fill out a paper check-in form, which feels outdated since most of that information has already been provided when booking online. Overall, I had a pleasant stay. Despite a few inconveniences, it’s a comfortable and practical choice for travelers needing accommodation near Johannesburg Airport. I would stay here again, especially for the convenience before an early flight.

I had a great experience at this hotel, which pleasantly surprised me with its close proximity to the airport. The site itself was very spacious, much larger than I had anticipated. The convenience of the location was further enhanced by the cleanliness of the premises and the friendly staff. Despite arriving after the designated check-in time due to a late flight, the staff were accommodating and welcoming. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for its convenient location, cleanliness, and helpful staff.

The place is not too far from the airport (15-20min) and is in a bit of a safe, isolated part of Johannesburg. If you have a car or rent one, then life will be much easier as it is a bit far from city centers. There are places within 20 minutes within walking distance. If you are a walker, you don't *need* a car. Taxis like Uber and bolt don't seem to like coming out here, but the reception can call you a trusty private car. The whole place is quite clean and the staff are very friendly. They are willing to help with anything I've asked. ould recommend to others!
