I liked the hotel very much, good location, the hotel is on a hill, across the road there is a staircase that you can go down to the city center, where there is a market, a supermarket, a bus station from which you can get to Kochi, we did so, the bus leaves from 7 am every half hour until 7 pm. The hotel is clean, the bed linen is snow-white, for 3 nights of stay it was even changed, although we did not ask, the staff is very friendly, they organized a two-day excursion transfer to tea plantations, the Eravikulam reserve, a waterfall. We liked the breakfasts, the hotel has Indian food, we liked everything, very polite and friendly staff, especially a girl named Angel at the reception.

Property location is great as it is near to bus station, near to many food places also (as it does not have provide lunch and dinner). Breakfast was tasty and had 2-3 options. Amenities were good too. Services I have few things that they can improve like they did not provide tea/coffee bags in the room, they did not keep a breakfast menu near the breakfast place ( I had to ask them whether omlet is there or not), they was not contact for reception mentioned in the room. These are very small things but give a good feel. Other wise all good. Will stay again if required.

Superb tea gardens view from window. 8-10 cars parking, gated and guarded. Room is spacious but old and dirty at few areas. Food has mixed reviews. Chicken was hard to chew and soup was below average but manchurian, potato finger fries n parantha were good. Overall food all over munnar hotels is average. Linen was average. No ac in any room. Hot water available from only 6 am to 10 am f/b 6 pm to 10 pm strictly. About 1/2 km away from main city in a quiet place. We faced no water issue at 5 am. It was difficult to find floor manager and finally water supply issue was resolved.

From the moment we arrived, the property immediately stood out with its beautiful surroundings, peaceful atmosphere and stunning views of the Munnar landscape. The resort itself is beautifully designed and feels modern, spacious and luxurious without losing the natural charm of Munnar. Th room was comfortable, clean and well maintained, and the views from the property were definitely one of the highlights of the stay.

It was lovely experience for Us . I booked bathtub room but there some issue with hotel end but they gave me zaccuzi room❤️. Staffs are so polite and they are always smiling. Gokul who is our contact person very sweet person he is . The dishes are soo testy. They make candle light dinner for us. Thank you so much for making our honeymoon so special

It was a superb experience. The staff was super helpful. Our all needs were fulfilled. The restaurant was hygienic. Every thing was neat and clean. The pool was very large and very good. Services I have few things that they can improve like they did not provide tea/coffee bags in the room, they did not keep a breakfast menu near the breakfast place ( I had to ask them whether omlet is there or not), they was not contact for reception mentioned in the room. These are very small things but give a good feel. Other wise all good. Will stay again if required.

GGuest UserProperty location is great as it is near to bus station, near to many food places also (as it does not have provide lunch and dinner). Breakfast was tasty and had 2-3 options. Amenities were good too.
