The hotel is in a good location, surrounded by mature businesses, convenient for eating and drinking. There is no parking lot, but there are many roadside parking spaces nearby. It costs 40 cents for half an hour, and it is free from 8pm to 9:30am. I booked a sea view room, which has a good view. Unfortunately, the floor is a bit low. The room is large, the facilities and hygiene are also good, there is a kitchen, microwave oven, and tableware. Overall, it is very good and cost-effective. The only thing I am not happy about is that I asked the front desk if there is a chance to change to a higher floor. The answer is that it needs to be confirmed the next day. The next morning, it was said that it would be confirmed at 10 o'clock. This is understandable. What I don't understand is that we were not there and took away all our things. I asked if there was a room to help change it, and it didn't matter if there was no room. As a result, the answer was that the person must be there, so I gave up in the end.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, prácticamente al lado de la playa. La media pensión funciona muy bien, el desayuno más que suficiente y la cena mejor que el almuerzo por cantidad y variedad; es importante tener en cuenta que los horarios de comidas están establecidos pensando en turistas que comen y cenan temprano, aún así es preferible por cantidad y por horario, cenar, que puede ser hasta las 21:30 horas (la media pensión es desayuno y cena). Mi vuelo tuvo mucho retraso, llegué al hotel después de las 00:00 y me ofrecieron una cena fría, muy amables. La zona de la piscina muy limpia, bien planteada y muy bien decorada; es importante tener en cuenta que los clientes suelen bajar desde temprano para “reservar” las hamacas poniendo toallas que no quitarán el resto del día. En mi caso, pagué una habitación standard y creo que las de esta clase están ubicadas en un edificio anexo que es más antiguo y con menos glamour que las superiores, que sí están en el edificio del hotel y dan a la piscina. Aún así, limpias y con todo lo necesario. El hotel es muy recomendable, en mi caso cumplió con las expectativas que llevaba. Recomiendo dos cosas: reservar habitación superior y no preocuparse mucho por la comida en el hotel, en caso de tener media pensión, vale la pena comer fuera y cenar allí.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool and sauna, and the hotel provided thoughtful arrangements for our honeymoon, which we greatly appreciated. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. My only suggestion would be to extend the opening hours of the sauna and gym, as this would give guests more time to enjoy the facilities. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Lovely hotel/apartments, although rooms were basic, they were adequate, especially for the price we paid. Not too far from the centre, there is also shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Pool area nice and clean. We didn't use the restaurant facilities, so we can't comment. We have to to better places, bit we've also been to worse. But you get what you pay for and we would stay here again.

The hotel is located 5 minutes walk from the city centre and the beach. The hotel is very clean. The household women make your room every 2 days and change your bathroom suitcases. The swimming pool is cleaned every morning. Hotel is accessible 24 hours on 24h. The staff at the reception is available and welcome and helps us according to our various questions. No hotel transfer but it works with a company. The only small bemol c is the insonorization of the rooms. But this hotel is still a proper reservation. J̌

Very relaxing stay in the Plaza Hotel. Room's are very compact but comfortable and we had a nice front facing balcony looking out over the main roundabout of santa ponsa. The hotel staff are all very friendly and helpful especially Lia on reception who helped us check into our room and made our stay very relaxing. The location of the hotel is perfect to access the beach only 5 minutes walk and the main bus and taxi terminal is right on your doorstep should you want to travel to anywhere on the island. Don't forget to try Pina Colada!

酒店不錯，我自己住，還包早餐，衹要不到600人民幣一晚。早餐還可以，還有西班牙油條，不錯。就是沒有適合中國人的熱菜。房間內部也挺好的，空調注意不要打到最熱，否則出涼風，稍微熱的那個位置，出的才是熱風。每天都有打掃服務。泳池也很好，兩個小的一個大的泳池。我下水了一下，有點涼。周圍全是白人度假團，酒店旁邊很多餐館，價格都非常合適，走兩步還有一個大超市。總的來説非常推薦。離公交站也近。

The apartments are well appointed in Santa Ponsa just a short walk from the bay and restaurants. I was welcomed by the night manager who was very helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped. I have no issues with the 'front of house' experience. But, I question the company's ability to rationalise a dispute fairly. I was there for 2 nights only, visiting for a special occasion. When I returned from eating after a long day I was locked out of my room and the night manager couldn't gain access with his pass key. He kindly arranged another room for me but all my belongings were locked in the other room. I was due to be picked up the following morning for a trip into Palma, but missed the opportunity as I had to stay to wait for my belongings. They had to break into the room to access my stuff. The company's view towards my compensation was that they gave me another room so that's all they were prepared to offer, well I should hope they did give me another room I'd paid for it. I can't be bothered to take this any further to be honest, but be mindful if you're staying here and you have medication in your room, for example.

Bathroom was very small and you had no room to move around. I’d think of this as 2 star vs 3 star hotel as it did feel very basic.

This is our 2nd trip to this hotel. It’s now on a B&B only ( we had half board last year) with the breakfast served across the road in a restaurant with the best views across the bay! Great selection of food and drinks.  The man on reception is super helpful and friendly even at 11.45pm!  Lovely small hotel with a small pool Comfy beds and the balcony is spacious with an area to dry towels etc.  The hotel offers towels for rent but we bought one for €5 in the supermarket next door.  Cleaned every day and cleaned well.  Lots of restaurants and shops close by.  The fabulous beach is a 10minute stroll, with a massive supply of sun beds ( €20.50 a day for 2 beds under a fixed umbrella and an attached safety box)  We will definitely go back to Playas del Rey

I arrived at hotel on8/9/25 for a 7 night stay it looked good on advert but don't recall ever seeing it . I used to go to Santa Ponsa very very regular but been some years since there . Its location for a start is just superb . You're walkable to everything . Beach is a bout 200 yards away . Anyway nice walkway up to door and lovely reception area showing also lovely large dining area to right and again lovely large bar lounge area to left . Young lady at reception warm and welcoming and patient with me ( I have a little voice disability) . My room was on first floor so apart from taking my suitcase up I never bothered using the two lifts during stay . My room had two single bed together both good dimensions excellent toilet and shower room to all this and hotel itself lovely and clean . My room did not have sea view but the majority do . Believe me I had a good wee time on that wee holiday and the hotel made it . Thank you . Cheers. DONALD .

The hotel itself is good, consists of as we understood from three corpses. The people are very many, mostly people aged or with children, young people are almost no.There are entertainment programs day and night. Food took breakfast-supper, food varied, everything delicious. If you want constant access to drinks, take everything on. The room is very small, good that there is a balcony, you can dry clothes, towels. In the shower water flows on the floor. There is a fan, soap, shampoo/gel. Bedrooms didn't like, not x/b, electricized. 3 pools, of which one children's. Bedroom at the hotel for extra fee. Beach 5 minutes from the hotel, sandy, floor downstairs, at the entrance you take a few steps on the galka, further sand again. The water was dirty and cold in May.Air temperature +27 . Very surprised and upset that the key to the safe for the extra charge.

If you prefer to walk, there are about 150 steps down to the beach, where you'll find a convenient beachfront restaurant.

I arrived at hotel on8/9/25 for a 7 night stay it looked good on advert but don't recall ever seeing it . I used to go to Santa Ponsa very very regular but been some years since there . Its location for a start is just superb . You're walkable to everything . Beach is a bout 200 yards away . Anyway nice walkway up to door and lovely reception area showing also lovely large dining area to right and again lovely large bar lounge area to left . Young lady at reception warm and welcoming and patient with me ( I have a little voice disability) . My room was on first floor so apart from taking my suitcase up I never bothered using the two lifts during stay . My room had two single bed together both good dimensions excellent toilet and shower room to all this and hotel itself lovely and clean . My room did not have sea view but the majority do . Believe me I had a good wee time on that wee holiday and the hotel made it . Thank you . Cheers. DONALD .

The people are very many, mostly people aged or with children, young people are almost no.There are entertainment programs day and night. Food took breakfast-supper, food varied, everything delicious. If you want constant access to drinks, take everything on. The room is very small, good that there is a balcony, you can dry clothes, towels. In the shower water flows on the floor. There is a fan, soap, shampoo/gel. Bedrooms didn't like, not x/b, electricized. 3 pools, of which one children's. Bedroom at the hotel for extra fee. Beach 5 minutes from the hotel, sandy, floor downstairs, at the entrance you take a few steps on the galka, further sand again. The water was dirty and cold in May.Air temperature +27 . Very surprised and upset that the key to the safe for the extra charge.

It costs 40 cents for half an hour, and it is free from 8pm to 9:30am. I booked a sea view room, which has a good view. Unfortunately, the floor is a bit low. The room is large, the facilities and hygiene are also good, there is a kitchen, microwave oven, and tableware. Overall, it is very good and cost-effective. The only thing I am not happy about is that I asked the front desk if there is a chance to change to a higher floor. The answer is that it needs to be confirmed the next day. The next morning, it was said that it would be confirmed at 10 o'clock. This is understandable. What I don't understand is that we were not there and took away all our things. I asked if there was a room to help change it, and it didn't matter if there was no room. As a result, the answer was that the person must be there, so I gave up in the end.

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The facilities are excellent, especially the swimming pool and sauna, and the hotel provided thoughtful arrangements for our honeymoon, which we greatly appreciated. The staff were friendly, professional, and attentive throughout our stay. My only suggestion would be to extend the opening hours of the sauna and gym, as this would give guests more time to enjoy the facilities. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we would be happy to stay here again in the future.

The hotel provides a shuttle service to the beach every hour on the hour, with the last one at 5:00 PM. If you prefer to walk, there are about 150 steps down to the beach, where you'll find a convenient beachfront restaurant.

Room was very clean and hotel central to restaurants. Parking only available on the street or municipal lots nearby. Breakfast was adequate with scrambled eggs, beans, veggies, yogurt. Bathroom was very small and you had no room to move around. I’d think of this as 2 star vs 3 star hotel as it did feel very basic.

Lovely hotel/apartments, although rooms were basic, they were adequate, especially for the price we paid. Not too far from the centre, there is also shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Pool area nice and clean. We didn't use the restaurant facilities, so we can't comment. We have to to better places, bit we've also been to worse. But you get what you pay for and we would stay here again.

El hotel está muy bien ubicado, prácticamente al lado de la playa. La media pensión funciona muy bien, el desayuno más que suficiente y la cena mejor que el almuerzo por cantidad y variedad; es importante tener en cuenta que los horarios de comidas están establecidos pensando en turistas que comen y cenan temprano, aún así es preferible por cantidad y por horario, cenar, que puede ser hasta las 21:30 horas (la media pensión es desayuno y cena). Mi vuelo tuvo mucho retraso, llegué al hotel después de las 00:00 y me ofrecieron una cena fría, muy amables. La zona de la piscina muy limpia, bien planteada y muy bien decorada; es importante tener en cuenta que los clientes suelen bajar desde temprano para “reservar” las hamacas poniendo toallas que no quitarán el resto del día. En mi caso, pagué una habitación standard y creo que las de esta clase están ubicadas en un edificio anexo que es más antiguo y con menos glamour que las superiores, que sí están en el edificio del hotel y dan a la piscina. Aún así, limpias y con todo lo necesario. El hotel es muy recomendable, en mi caso cumplió con las expectativas que llevaba. Recomiendo dos cosas: reservar habitación superior y no preocuparse mucho por la comida en el hotel, en caso de tener media pensión, vale la pena comer fuera y cenar allí.

This is our 2nd trip to this hotel. It’s now on a B&B only ( we had half board last year) with the breakfast served across the road in a restaurant with the best views across the bay! Great selection of food and drinks.  The man on reception is super helpful and friendly even at 11.45pm!  Lovely small hotel with a small pool Comfy beds and the balcony is spacious with an area to dry towels etc.  The hotel offers towels for rent but we bought one for €5 in the supermarket next door.  Cleaned every day and cleaned well.  Lots of restaurants and shops close by.  The fabulous beach is a 10minute stroll, with a massive supply of sun beds ( €20.50 a day for 2 beds under a fixed umbrella and an attached safety box)  We will definitely go back to Playas del Rey
