A porter met us at the port and kindly carried our bags to the hotel, which was a nice and welcoming start to our stay. The rooms were as described; however, the hotel itself feels quite dated and is in need of general maintenance and updating. There was a noticeable mold smell in the room initially, though this disappeared once the air conditioning was turned on. Breakfast was enjoyable, with good coffee and made-to-order eggs. The private beach was a highlight—quiet, calm, and never crowded. The pool water itself was clean, but unfortunately the surrounding area was littered with cigarette butts. While we were relaxing at the pool, another family began smoking. We informed the front desk, but no action was taken, which was disappointing, especially as there were visible no-smoking signs. The view from the fourth floor is truly spectacular. We did have one uncomfortable moment when housekeeping entered our room from the deck around 9 a.m. while we were packing. We greeted her immediately; she apologised and left. There was a Koi pond in the main lobby was sad as the fish in the side pond had insufficient water to swim upright.  This hotel could be amazing. Its peaceful location on an otherwise busy island, along with the dramatic cliffside setting and pool deck, gives it enormous potential. Unfortunately, it feels like the property has passed its peak, leaving a sense of missed opportunity rather than what it could still become.

This hotel on Phi Phi Island was a fantastic stay overall. Each room is a standalone bungalow, and many have been recently renovated, giving them a fresh and stylish look that I really appreciated. With two beachfront pools, it truly feels like a perfect vacation getaway. I'd recommend staying for at least two nights, as getting here can be a bit of a journey – first a bus to the pier, then a speedboat for about 1.2 hours, which can be a bit of a hassle. So, definitely plan for a longer stay to make it worthwhile. The hotel is surrounded by a small village, making it convenient for dining and renting longtail boats. What's great is that it's not overly commercialized like Tonsai Pier; it has a wonderful secluded vibe, perfect for a relaxing holiday. I'd even say it's a great alternative to The Racha on Racha Island, which might be a bit pricier due to its closer proximity.

Unfortunately, I have two extremely negative points to share about this hotel: The room advertised on Trip.com and all other online travel sites states it's 36SQM, but the truth is that the actual measured area is only 18SQM. All rooms in the hotel are this size. This extremely small room doesn't even allow for proper luggage storage, except on the bed or piled up on the floor near the entrance door. The space between the two single beds is only 30 centimeters, so imagine trying to move around at night to get to your bed. If I had known the actual size, I would never have booked this room. It's ridiculous and misleading for the hotel to provide such incorrect information to travel sites. The reception told me that the 36SQM includes the balcony and the terrace around the villa. Since when do outdoor spaces count as part of the room size??? And the balcony is only 5 SQM, so even including that, it only comes to 23 SQM in total, still far from the advertised 36SQM. The hotel is clearly lying to falsely attract customers. There's no possible solution on the hotel's website because all rooms are similar. Furthermore, the soundproofing is non-existent. So, you can hear your neighbor's conversations at any time of day or night. You can almost talk from one room to another without raising your voice. It's ridiculous. I could hear the neighbors (children and adults) talking at 11 PM or midnight in their language. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel unless you enjoy 18SQM rooms with no interior mobility and no soundproofing.

Phi Phi Island is stunning, beyond words. The hotel boasts a beautiful view. However, I was extremely dissatisfied with the front desk staff's attitude! There was this one skinny Thai girl who had a terrible demeanor. On top of that, one of our rooms experienced power outages repeatedly, 3-4 times. She refused to move us to another room until it had happened 7 or 8 times, and only then did she agree to switch rooms after our strong insistence. And that night, there was a huge downpour; I can't imagine what we would have done if the power had gone out again. Whenever we asked her for bath towels or had any other questions, her attitude was consistently poor! She clearly had a sour face the whole time! On the other hand, the restaurant staff was excellent and very friendly. They even told us where we could go snorkeling, so welcoming! The overall cost was moderate; we had lunch and dinner at the hotel and tried most of the dishes. I wouldn't recommend the burger, but everything else was good! The front desk staff truly made our experience very unpleasant. Additionally, the bedsheets in the room were quite dirty, which made me feel even worse. Thankfully, Phi Phi Island is beautiful; otherwise, I would have truly regretted staying at this hotel. I hope they improve the attitude of their front desk staff! And they should promptly help guests solve problems! And stop with the sour faces! If it weren't for the great restaurant staff, I would honestly give this hotel's front desk service zero stars.

I honestly don’t understand the number of negative reviews this hotel gets. Our experience was completely different, we had a fantastic stay. The staff was genuinely kind and welcoming, which made everything even better. Yes, the property shows some signs of wear, but that’s normal for beachfront places unless you’re paying for high-end luxury. Considering the price, especially for rooms with a sea view, it actually feels like great value. The view from our room was incredible, the ocean with some greenery in between, peaceful and beautiful at any time of day. The air conditioning worked perfectly (which is essential in Phi Phi), and everything in the room functioned as it should. One thing to keep in mind is that reaching some rooms involves a fair amount of walking, sometimes under direct sun. This can be tiring, especially for people who are not in good physical condition or who are sensitive to heat. It may not be the best option for everyone in that regard. This is not a luxury resort, but it’s a solid, comfortable beachfront hotel that delivers more than fair value for what you pay. Overall, I’d say it’s one of the best options in Phi Phi in its price range, and far more enjoyable than many of the crowded, stuffy places in the center. We had a great time and would definitely stay again.

OUTRIGGER Phi Phi Island Resort left me with the exact emotions that make me want to return to Thailand again and again. From the very first moments, you feel the high level of service and an incredibly warm atmosphere. The staff here truly goes above and beyond to make sure your stay is comfortable and carefree. Genuine smiles, attention to detail, and care in every interaction – this is what creates a true sense of hospitality. The resort itself is absolutely beautiful and harmonious: well-maintained grounds, stylish architecture, and an atmosphere of tranquility and seclusion. They've managed to preserve the feeling of a tropical island while adding modern comfort and aesthetics. The restaurant deserves special mention. The service was superb – professional, attentive, and very pleasant. Every visit left nothing but positive impressions. The breakfasts were magnificent: a wide selection, fresh ingredients, excellent quality dishes, and very beautiful presentation. I particularly remember a dessert the chef prepared right in front of me. It was tiramisu – incredibly delicate, perfectly balanced, and, without exaggeration, one of the best I've ever tasted. It was clear how much attention and love they put into even these small details. It's the people who make this place special. The entire staff creates an atmosphere of calm, comfort, and genuine care, making the vacation feel truly exceptional. Thank you to the entire team at OUTRIGGER Phi Phi Island Resort for a wonderful experience and an unforgettable atmosphere. This is a place I truly want to return to.

Service was excellent, every one from the staff was very friendly and helpful. Location was perfect for me, but my friend found the long stairs from the road tiring. Cleanliness was good, but there was some moldy spots here and there in the bath room, which is quite usual in this humid country. Only thing is that the shower curtain was moldy too, which would have been cheap and easy to change. Facilities where good, there is an restaurant an little shop in the Hotel, wich was nice for lazy days.

This was a really cute bungalow on the beach, which added to our experience of staying on Phi Phi. However, the bed was rock hard and the air con kept switching itself off in the night so we kept waking up sweating! The light from it was also really bright so I had to wear an eye mask to sleep. You can also hear the whole island from your hut, and a lot of the Thai residents were working at night nearby, so it was very noisy and required ear plugs! There were lots of little bugs in the woodwork mainly, the shower wasn’t great and got the bathroom very wet. Also, any trips or taxi boats were quite expensive from the woman at reception, we managed to get a 4hr private long tail for 2300baht total. A lot of these things were to be expected, and isn’t too much of a complaint against the resort itself, but something for you to bear in mind when choosing to stay here.

The room was super spacious, about 40 square meters, and the bathroom was also large, over 10 square meters. There were two balconies on each side, each nearly 10 square meters, offering spectacular sunrise and sunset views and the entire magnificent sea view. The mountain scenery was delightful. The cleanliness was excellent, and they even provided disposable toothbrushes, toothpaste, and razors, which is rare in Thailand. The stay was fantastic. The front desk lady was also very helpful, fluent in English, and spoke a little Chinese. We weren't charged extra for our child. I'm sure she'll be able to provide full Chinese service next time! We'll most likely choose this place again when we visit Koh Phi Phi. The kids' playground wasn't fully open, but the big slide looked great.

The biggest plus is the location. It's a 400m walk from the pier. The room is average, nothing fancy. Small but cozy. The bathroom is also tiny, you can't really move around if there are two people. The shower is just a hole, but there's hot water. It's a standard room. The grounds are beautiful. But the pool, that's just fantastic! There's a big pool and a smaller one for kids. The views from the pool out to the sea are also great.

The hotel is nice, very clean with a good location and very good facilities, it has two pools and one is located at the rooftop with very nice views. The only bad thing was on the breakfast buffet were the cooker refuse to prepare scrambled eggs with fresh eggs, he insisted in a rude way that the mix for the omelette made with milk, salt and butter was the same as fresh eggs. I have to complain with two manager just to have a simple breakfast. To be honest it was a very bad service, a very bad experience and that guy just ruined the mood for the whole day, I will definitely not recommend this hotel if you don’t want that someone just ruin your experience by being rude and impolite

The best aspects were the location and the buffet. It's just a 2-minute walk from the pier, and the hotel's street connects the bay to the beach. On the downside, it definitely needs more cleaning (the fans haven't been cleaned in at least a decade) and the rooms should be fumigated.

We suffered for the first 3 night in another hotel on Phi Phi and we couldn’t sleep coz of the loud noises from the beach parties but then we moved to U Rip and it was th best decision ever - clean, new, SILENCE, nice pool and great area far from the parties. I had an exceptional stay at Phi Phi Long Beach Resort Villa. In my experience, this is the most balanced and comfortable location on the island. Other areas tend to be overcrowded and noisy, especially considering that Phi Phi receives massive daily traffic from Krabi, Phuket, and other nearby destinations. Most visitors are day-trippers or short-term guests, while only a small number stay for a week or longer. For a 5–6 day holiday, this area is ideal. I found a very good deal for this hotel and paid 60 USD per night, which is an excellent price for the overall level, location, and quality of breakfast. The rooms are spacious, though some construction materials are visibly exposed—cracks, chips, unpainted surfaces, and panels that could be better finished. I booked a twin room with two single beds, but such a room was not available upon arrival. The hotel provided an extra bed free of charge, resulting in a king bed plus a single bed. Space was sufficient, and cleanliness was consistently maintained. Housekeeping does an excellent job, working daily and attentively. The air conditioning performs well. The shower is basic, just an open floor without separation, but for this price and for an island with limited logistics, this is acceptable. Electricity works reliably. Wi-Fi exists but only functions near the reception area. Rooms are located higher up the hill, and in my unit the signal did not reach at all. This was the biggest disappointment, as I had to rely on mobile data. Reception and restaurant staff are friendly and welcoming. The hotel provides a free transfer from the main pier during check-in and check-out hours. We preferred not to rely on the schedule and used long-tail taxis instead: 120 THB per person during the day and 150 THB in the evening. Around the hotel there are many good cafés; walking to the right side of the beach you can find a small, cozy place where we ate regularly without any issues. I would not recommend eating in the main tourist center, where food hygiene complaints are common. The concierge team helps with luggage upon arrival and departure; when arriving by long-tail boat they meet you at the beach and deliver bags directly to your room. The standard tip is 100 THB, which I found reasonable considering the heat and the distance across the sand. The hotel has a swimming pool, though I chose not to use it, as I wasn’t sure about water replacement frequency. Breakfast offers a wide selection, consistently good coffee, and fresh fruits—usually dragon fruit and watermelon, or pineapple and watermelon. The continental options are solid, with a few Thai dishes available. Breakfast was excellent and kept us full until late afternoon. The beach is outstanding, with beautiful water and a peaceful atmosphere. I recommend buying water shoes, as sea urchins are present; I saw them while snorkeling. The water quality, sand, and overall environment are exceptional and fully worth the stay. We visited the central area once and immediately understood that it was not for us: loud, crowded, chaotic, and unpleasant. I would not recommend staying anywhere near the central streets. Long Beach offers everything needed for a perfect stay. I highly recommend this hotel and advise future guests to explore reviews of this specific area, as they will be helpful.

Overall, I really enjoyed everything. The beach is gorgeous, even with boats constantly passing by. The water is clear, the sand is white, and sometimes fish swim close to shore. Relatively nearby, there are reef sharks (harmless to humans). You can go there by boat or risk swimming alone (not recommended) as there can be strong currents. My impression of the hotel is good, but don't expect 5 stars; the hotel is a bit run-down. It's a good island hotel. Breakfasts are good, although the selection is limited. There are places to eat on the beach.

Facilities: The garden villa room is spacious enough, with extra beds available in both the living room and bedroom, which was very convenient for our family of two adults and two children. The large balcony dried clothes quickly. However, the room was a bit old, the air conditioner was noisy, and the bathroom door creaked loudly every time it opened or closed. Service: We requested a room close to the snorkeling area in our booking, and they gave us a spot right in the middle of it, which was great. Upon arrival, we received welcome juice and a detailed resort explanation presented kneeling, a very nice touch. Food was delivered to the room, and overall, the service attitude was excellent. Environment: The resort has abundant vegetation and is quite expansive, making you feel like you're staying in a forest. However, there were a lot of mosquitoes; after lying by the pool for a short while, I ended up with seven bites on my back. Every morning around 5 or 6 am, you can hear monkeys, various large birds, and boats, making it difficult to sleep in. Hygiene: The room was cleaned very well. Aside from that: On our first day, we went out to a restaurant recommended by reviews, and our whole family ended up with food poisoning, spending two days recuperating at the hotel. Before leaving the island, I felt a bit disappointed and decided to check out the underwater situation. Luckily, I spotted Nemo! Nemo's location: From the restaurant, walk along the beach to the first beachfront room with a pool. Enter the water and look about 1 meter outside the right side of the floating buoy area, as circled in the picture. The anemone isn't very big, only about 20 centimeters, so you'll need to look carefully.

On the 25th, I was checking out at 10:30 AM. I had trouble understanding the English spoken by one of the two receptionists, an older woman who seemed to be in a higher position. She then looked me up and down, shook her head, and said something in Thai to her colleague, mentioning 'Japanese' and some other words. I do resemble a Japanese person. Although I didn't understand the exact words, it felt like she was being dismissive and insulting me because I couldn't understand her English. This ****** encounter with the older receptionist on the last day of my vacation has left a bad taste in my mouth, and even a day later, I'm still upset. Not everyone in the world speaks fluent English, and not speaking English doesn't give you the right to disrespect me. Conversely, imagine if you were on vacation in another country, spending your precious time and money, and were disrespected because of your accent or pronunciation. Would your vacation still be enjoyable? If you're not fluent in English, I definitely do not recommend this place. There are plenty of other accommodations available.

The grounds are beautifully green and well-kept, adding to the overall charm. The hotel is perched on a slope, though, and in the heat, trekking up to your bungalow can be quite a challenge. One wild moment was when monkeys from the nearby forest climbed onto our balcony, scattered our stuff, and even left a mess on the sunbed! The staff were fantastic, always friendly and helpful. I know this is not the properties fault but maybe making sure there’s no gaps in the door to allow ways in or shutting the patio door once cleaned rather than leaving with a gap. 2) the room are very outdated and a bit dirty, we had fresh mouldy bedding on one day after the cleaners 3) We were on the ground floor with a patio sliding door that didn’t lock…. Easily accessible for anybody to walk in and take things etc 4) The pool and location are both fantastic hut i feel for the money we paid this was a bit of a rip off and something you expect in the depths of Thailand.

The resort is really a good place to stay and that's why we enjoyed it to the fullest. Their breakfast was an American buffet and it was good. They also took care of my vegetarian and dietary requirements, so the food was enjoyable. Amenities were good too, including the swimming pool, garden, a library and there were different cafes and restaurants where one could enjoy a meal when hungry. You could rent a kayak as well for 300 baht for two hours, which I found a bit unreasonable. The beach outside the resort was really good. Cleaning was not up to the mark as the cleaning staff would leave the used tissues and tea bags as it is on the table if they were not thrown into the basket already. I am not proud of saying that I did not throw them, but if I forgot somehow I would find them in the same place, which was annoying. Anyway, overall it was a great experience.

Unfortunately, when I booked, there wasn't a single room available for 4 days. So, I had to buy two different rooms. While planning my vacation, we decided to take my 10-year-old child with us. The first was a bungalow in the garden. I've written a review before: very cool and cozy Thai-style houses, wooden themselves, and all the furniture is wooden. The second room was supposed to be in a two-story building with two rooms, but due to the hotel policy, it wasn't designed for three people. We were accommodated in a large stone building at the end of the hotel. This large building, on a hill, has four rooms, each with its own large balcony. To be honest, we were initially disappointed, but the room turned out to be very clean, recently renovated, with a powerful, well-positioned air conditioner and beautiful wooden furniture. Unlike the bungalow, the walls and floors aren't wooden, but it's very cozy. And if you have a slight tsunami phobia, I understand this building was built for evacuation, just in case. And the view from the balcony: if you look down, there are water tanks, a pretty average view, but if you look into the distance, you get a view of the garden and the sea, which the bungalows don't offer. The breakfasts are delicious: seafood, omelets, pastries, coffee... The staff is friendly. The only downside is the lack of toothbrushes.

However, it could improve in terms of amenities, as there were none provided. At the very least, it would be nice to have slippers available. In my room, the fridge wasn't working, which could be problematic during the summer. Thankfully, I brought my own amenities, so I managed to make do. Great location if you’re looking for peace and quiet away from the crowds. If you miss the hustle and bustle or want to visit the clubs, you can take a private taxi boat to Tonsai for about 1,000 THB one way. We stayed in the Ocean Sunset Room. Just a heads-up: it’s located on a hill, about a 10-minute walk from the beach. Hotel has free buggy shuttle between 6:00-22:00. However, it's the perfect spot for sunset lovers since you can't actually see the sunset from the beach itself. Great value for couples! The private pool offers total privacy (perfect for swimming naked! :) )and an amazing view of the sun going down. The room was spacious and clean with a nice balcony, but it felt a bit dated. The main issue was the water pressure in the shower - it was extremely low, which was disappointing considering the price. Breakfast was okay, pretty standard. The breakfast was amazing. The grounds are beautiful with pretty flowers and lots of cute cats, however, finding our room was tough. And the internet didn’t work. As well, the bathroom was not the cleanest. I had to walk to the front counter in a towel and pass a drunk guy who literally wanted to jump my bones, because in order to reach the front you must scan the QR code which is not possible without the internet access. Anyway, the front desk staff were great in going above and beyond to replace the kettle which didn’t work initially. They also hooked us up to the alternate internet that always works on the ground and that I believe the staff use. And the front desk person also got us the dental kit as this doesn’t automatically come with the room or at all. The agent secured us the dental kit that I assumed comes with a 200 + a night room because I asked and to compensate for all the things that were not up to par with the room. The sheets had some rips or rouging from wear and tear I noticed when I got under the covers. Overall, the breakfast the next morning made it all worth it. And yes it is really that good. You get the best Thai dishes, western dishes and more for breakfast unlimited and the chef is top tier. Do what you will with this information. Fresh beachfront hotel with an unexpectedly deep pool. Pros: · Beachfront. Long Beach is literally a 20-30 second walk away. · New hotel. Everything works perfectly, and the furniture and fixtures are modern. · Housekeeping and staff. The housekeepers do a great job, the room is always clean. The staff are friendly. · Pool. It's about 1.9m deep – you can actually swim properly, not just stand chest-deep. The water is cool, perfect for hot weather. Cons: · Breakfast. Modest, not much variety. You can get a filling meal, but foodies might prefer to look for options at nearby cafes. Overall: A great option for the price during the off-season. The main advantages are the proximity to the sea and the good pool. I recommend it.

- Super convenient location, few minutes walk to the beach. - Friendly staff, greeted with smile and helped to carry our luggage all the way from the pier to the hotel. given wet tissue and cold mineral water during check in, and the check in process was super quick! - Rooms are abit old and noisy during the midnight but it was acceptable. - They even helped to decorate for birthday, super grateful & memorable ❤️ good stay with this price, thank you will come back again for short stay!

This hotel stay was very nice. The pool view is stunning The hotel owner is very helpful and friendly. She even upgraded our room without extra cost . She even organised someone to pick us up and carry our bags from the pear and from hotel to pear at check-in and check out . She even keeps our bags in a place near to pear for us to pick up in the afternoon for our ferry trip. Staff is very friendly too. We really enjoyed our two days stay and definitely recommend this hotel stay Will come back again with my family See view villa was the one we stayed it was the best

This hotel is incredibly hospitable – the staff assists you every step of the way, from meeting you at the pier and delivering your luggage to your room, to guiding you around the property. They even gave us lovely souvenirs when we checked out. The room was clean, and besides the standard shampoo, shower gel, and liquid hand soap, they also provided beautiful handmade soap. There was a sufficient supply of dishes, tea/coffee, and water. The hotel is located away from the main streets, but the noise from the night discos can still be heard in the room, which might bother light sleepers. Monkeys run along the balcony railings, and it's fun to watch them through the panoramic doors, but due to this, you can't open the balcony or leave belongings out there. The breakfast wasn't particularly impressive; the selection isn't very large and would quickly get repetitive during a longer stay. Overall, the hotel left a pleasant impression.

Stayed here for a night, conveniently located, quiet and comfortable. 5 min walk from pier, not more than a few minutes from bars and restaurants. Room was clean has all the basic amenities required. Whilst quiet during off season, could be noisy during busier months. Ear plugs provided in the room though we did not need them. Overall highly recommended.

The rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly and cheerful. They even have staff who help carry luggage from the pier. If you're a light sleeper, I recommend booking an inner room not facing the street, because the hotel is right in the center of Phi Phi. There's a 7-Eleven in front, and there might be noise from nearby bars. But overall, it's really great!

I arrived at Phi Phi by ferry from Phuket, and at the pier, someone was waiting with a sign bearing the hotel's name (he probably meets every ferry, as I didn't specify my arrival time). After a five-minute wait for all the tourists, we took a boat taxi to the hotel. They helped with the suitcases (loading them onto the boat), and the ride was about 5 minutes at most. Transfers to the hotel from the pier and back to the pier upon checkout are free. I received a room upgrade because my original room was occupied, but it was for the best. They gave me a spacious room, though it was at the very top. Getting there required some effort, walking uphill, but it's good to not just relax all the time! This was all compensated for by the amazing view of the pristine Long Beach. There's a steep path down to this beach right behind the building, but everyone uses it. The room was spotless, with 2 bottles of water daily, clean white linens, and a comfortable bed. The bathroom had a window overlooking the beach, and there was a hammock on the balcony. In the morning, a family of three monkeys visited me, so it's important to keep the doors closed and not leave things on the balcony. The baby monkey played with my swimsuit but must not have liked it, as he left it for me! It was beautiful; thinking back, I want to return. Breakfasts included scrambled eggs, pancakes, cheese, sausages, vegetables, bread, salad, pastries, fruits, and juices – pretty standard for Thailand, and everything was delicious. On the beach, there's sand, but to the left, there are rocks and corals. I snorkeled there (they provide masks, but I had my own). There were many fish of all sizes; the snorkeling was excellent. You can get to the pier by boat taxi, which costs 150 baht during the day and 250-300 baht after dark (you can haggle for the return trip at the pier). There's a 7/11 at the pier if you need to buy anything. In the evening, there's live music at the hotel restaurant, and on some days, they have fire shows. It's very quiet at the hotel in the evenings.

Here’s a polished review you can post: Really enjoyed our stay at ChaoKoh Phi Phi Hotel & Resort. The highlight was definitely the swimming pool — absolutely stunning, beautifully maintained and a great place to relax during the day. The hotel has a fantastic location, close to everything while still feeling like a relaxing place to come back to. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. Would happily stay here again when visiting Phi Phi!

Extremely satisfied! Five stars is the maximum rating here, but not the hotel's maximum potential, if you know what I mean! First, the hotel is just 50 meters to the right after disembarking from the pier. No need for further transfers, which saves a lot of time and hassle, especially since you don't have to climb any stairs. From what I observed, many hotels on the island, especially resorts, require you to climb stairs even if staff are assisting with transportation. Second, the hotel's sea-view rooms have balconies with lounge chairs, and the view is dotted with longtail boats – absolutely beautiful! It was perfect for relaxing and enjoying the scenery after a day of activities. Third, the room was spacious and clean, with very new facilities. The subtle scent of aromatherapy was very pleasant, and the room looked exactly like the photos on their official website. Fourth, it offers great value for money and includes breakfast. There's a wide selection of fruits, bread, coffee, juice, fried rice, fried noodles, and desserts. You can also order omelets and ham for free, and the breakfast area is a sea-view restaurant! Fifth, the location is incredibly convenient. You can catch a boat to Long Beach right outside, walk 300 meters for kayaking, and there are plenty of restaurants and massage places nearby. Plus, there are two 7-Eleven stores within 100 meters – super convenient! Finally, and very importantly, I saw some reviews mentioning discrimination against Chinese guests, but I didn't experience anything like that at all. Everyone was equally friendly. I had emailed the hotel in advance, explaining that my parents are elderly and need extra care, requesting adjacent rooms with good balcony views. The hotel replied promptly and thoughtfully arranged everything. When we arrived at the front desk around 11 AM, they immediately brought us welcome drinks and even had one room cleaned for us so my parents could check in early and rest! The entire trip was wonderful! If I had to mention a downside, it would be the lack of a swimming pool. But honestly, when you're on Koh Phi Phi, who needs a pool?! There was also a little bit of noise, as it's close to the pier, but the hotel's floor-to-ceiling windows provided excellent soundproofing, so I didn't find it disturbing at all. Other than that, it's all positives! In short, our two-day trip to Koh Phi Phi was made even more enjoyable and happy thanks to this hotel!

I really loved this hotel, the views are stunning!!! The service is top-notch! You can only get to the hotel by longtail boat. If you book through the hotel, it's 1400 baht, but you can also easily catch one for 1500 baht when you arrive at Tonsai Pier. Upon check-in, they provide access to an app where you can find all information and services, including a chat feature. They also offer some pretty good discounts.

The location here is great… however we encountered a few problems. 1) the place is riddled with mosquitoes i walked away from 3 nights with 24 bites and they are big bites.
