This Hilton really fell short of its reputation. They didn't tell me about the emergency construction until check-in, saying certain facilities were unavailable without any prior notice. The breakfast spread was also worse than what I've had at other 4-star hotels in Da Nang. I was debating between this and Meliá, and now I think Meliá would have been much better. The only good thing about this place is that you can walk to go shopping, but even if you take a taxi from Meliá, you'd get to Han Market area quickly, so it's not a big advantage. As for the view, you need to book a high-floor room to even see the Han River.

Stayed here during a gals trip! View from balcony looks right onto the construction across but if you angle your head you can catch a glimpse of the coastline. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Comes with a decent kitchenette, and a dryer which we couldn’t figure out how to operate. Room felt humid in part due to the constant rain, this we understand cannot be helped due to the recent flooding situation in Hoi An. We are grateful for the stay. I would propose for them to consider providing dehumidifiers in bedrooms if situation persist, so rooms don’t become dank. Overall a comfortable stay and would consider coming back.

We stayed at Anfada Hotel as a family and booked a two-bedroom unit. To our surprise, we had the entire floor to ourselves! Our unit had three bathrooms — one in each bedroom plus a guest bathroom near the kitchen. The huge king-size beds were amazing! We slept incredibly well. The views from all the windows were absolutely beautiful, and everything was very clean. There are two rooftop pools where we had a wonderful and fun time together as a family. We also really appreciated that the hotel allowed us to leave our luggage at reception both before check-in and after check-out. This made our day so much easier, as we could explore the city without carrying all our bags. Thank you to the hotel staff for this excellent service — all our belongings were kept perfectly safe. Our only suggestion would be to renovate the kitchen cabinets. They look quite worn, and there are large gaps around some of the cabinet doors. This stands out especially because the rest of the unit looks very nice and well maintained. Overall, we loved our stay so much that we didn't want to leave. We would definitely stay here again!

I had a very pleasant stay at Grand Tourane Hotel Da Nang. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is also a big plus—close to the city center, with plenty of food and drink options nearby, so it’s very convenient for exploring Da Nang. One small thing to note is the shower setup—it’s positioned quite high, so even at around 1.75m, I found it more comfortable to hold the shower head while using it. The breakfast selection is fairly standard—not outstanding, but still decent and perfectly acceptable to start the day. Since the hotel is located along a main road, you may hear some traffic noise, especially from cars and trucks honking early in the morning. Light sleepers might want to keep this in mind. Overall, it’s a great stay with good value, especially considering the comfort of the rooms and the convenient location.

Just had a relaxing stay at Naman Retreat, they have personal ambassador for all travellers, and our personal ambassador Vivian is caring and considerate. She introduced us the bbq buffet on the first night when we arrived, the bbq buffet served with various foods with live band! She also checked in about us from time to time, even surprised us with a free upgrade on the last night to villa with private pool so that we got to enjoy and had a more luxury experience at Naman. The experience in Naman is very nice, staffs are polite and helpful, if anyone is looking for a pleasant vancation in Da Nang I'm sure Naman will be an excellent choice.

We had a wonderful family stay at Danang Mikazuki. The staff were exceptionally helpful and friendly, especially Thi, Uyen, and Umi, who made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable, providing the perfect environment for our family. The resort facilities were excellent — the water park was a highlight, and our kids had a fantastic time enjoying all the activities. The resort itself is large and beautifully maintained, with buggy rides available to take you anywhere conveniently. It’s truly ideal for families with children, offering both relaxation and fun. The hotel is quiet with magnificent facilities like the swimming pool and onsen, so relaxing that we wished we could have stayed longer. It does need some renovations in certain areas, and most importantly, the ancient air conditioning unit should be replaced as it's very noisy and not good for health. The breakfast is one of the most comprehensive I've seen this year, having stayed over 100 nights in different hotels. The staff are very friendly and not overly intrusive. Overall, I think this hotel offers genuine service in addition to its peaceful and relaxing location. Highly recommended.

The staff were very friendly, but the room was much smaller than it appeared in the photos. The door had a translucent part, which meant light from the hallway came in all night, making it hard for us to get a good night's sleep. Also, in the mornings, our bathroom smelled of smoke (we don't smoke, so it must have been coming from somewhere else), and the towels had stains (some even had very noticeable black stains). We had breakfast, which was a bit disappointing, though I suppose that might be normal here; the coffee was instant and watery, the bread was hard, and there was very little fruit for the number of guests. We also saw a couple of dead cockroaches in the lobby, which, while perhaps inevitable, could be better managed. On the positive side, they provided us with a couple of bottles of water every day, which we really appreciated during our stay, and the staff were always very pleasant.

Careful before booking! There are 2 Bac Nam hotels in Da Nang. Airport hotel is at street number 27 of its address (downtown central area) Beach hotel is at street number 36 of its address (main tourist area) Hotels are 7km apart. Check carefully which one you are booking! I stayed at beach hotel. Walking distance to both the beach front and the main bars restaurants nightlife area but blessedly just outside the main noise lights and bustle of crowds. I had both a smaller and larger room. Both were spacious bright airy and clean, with a small table, chairs, fridge, TV, kettle and nightstand. Some age marks on the wall but everything else was spotless. Beds were massive and very comfortable. Lobby area has a large couch and coffee table and fully open front to the street so it's cool, shaded and breezy. Lobby is also spacious parking for rental scooters so they are off street during day and secured behind nighttime shutters at no cost. I paid €8 per night, stayed 2 weeks in my 30m2 room with street facing sliding doors (no balcony, just ledge). I highly highly recommend it.

My GF and I recently stayed at Ebisu Onsen Resort and it was an absolute gem! Located conveniently near Da Nang, this resort offers the perfect escape without being too far from the city. The highlight is undoubtedly the authentic onsen experience - the hot spring baths were incredibly relaxing after days of exploring Da Nang's attractions. I appreciated the traditional Japanese bathing culture they've preserved here. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff members were attentive and genuinely friendly and even provided towels after our check-out.  Breakfast had was great and we enjoyed it, but options were limited due to low season.  What I loved most was the serene atmosphere - the resort feels like a peaceful sanctuary, yet you're only a short drive from Da Nang's beaches and city center. The garden areas are beautifully landscaped, perfect for evening strolls. There is also some facilities for children and their parents like a dinosaurs park and an aqua-park. There is also a birds park with peacocks, parrots and other birds. Excellent value for money and a unique experience in the Da Nang area. Highly recommend for anyone seeking relaxation or want to have a family trip.

We stayed in a spacious family room, and overall it was pretty good. The shower was pleasant with decent plumbing, and thankfully, it wasn't directly over the toilet, which is important to us. The towels were a bit old and need replacing, and there was some rubbish between the nightstand and the bed. The reception staff were very polite and friendly, even though they only checked us in after 2 PM. There's no pool at the hotel; what's shown in the photos is part of the spa and, for some reason, is only for men.

The hotel view was fantastic, and its proximity to My Khe Beach made it very accessible. Since we always use Grab in Vietnam, we prioritized a large room that could accommodate our whole family, a sea view, and we were satisfied with the breakfast. However, on the first day, the glass shelf holding the shampoo and body wash in the shower broke, and my dad almost got hurt while showering. They handled it quickly, but the caddy area seemed quite rusty. Also, when we returned after going out, the room had been cleaned, but the floor wasn't particularly spotless. Furthermore, the elevator's open button wouldn't respond even when we swiped the key card, and once, a passenger almost got hurt trying to get in. Another time, my dad came out a bit late, and the doors closed, so he had to take a separate elevator. Aside from these issues, the staff were friendly, and overall, we had a satisfying stay.

I recently stayed at Sala Danang Beach Hotel for one night in an upgraded double room and it completely exceeded my expectations. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly — the service throughout our stay was outstanding. The room was spacious, beautifully designed, with large windows that offered a stunning view over the ocean and surrounding area. Waking up to that scenery was just perfect. The location is fantastic — right by the beach with easy access to everything. The highlight of the property for me was the rooftop infinity pool — absolutely gorgeous, especially with the sunset views. It’s the perfect spot to relax. The breakfast was one of the best I’ve had in Vietnam — super tasty with a huge variety of fresh options. Everything was high quality and delicious. I also treated myself to a massage at the hotel spa, and it was magnificent — one of the best massages I’ve ever had. Truly relaxing and professional. Cleanliness was impeccable, and the overall comfort and attention to detail made our short stay feel very special. Minh Toan Safi Ocean Hotel (My Khe Beach) – I had a wonderful stay from 13–17 April with my husband, and we truly want to share how impressed we were. We stay at room 1901 and were very happy with the room cleanliness. Everything felt neat and comfortable, and we especially loved waking up to the sea view of My Khe Beach，which made our vacation more relaxing and special. We also enjoyed the hotel spa experience at La Spa. We started with the 30-minute free massage and then extended it to a total 90-minute aromatic massage. It was such a great way to unwind during our stay. Another highlight was the restaurant service during buffet breakfast. The staff were attentive and genuinely noticed our needs. On the 3rd day of breakfast, we were offered a jasmine tea with herbs. The herbs were added by Thu Hien, a restaurant staff member. She kindly shared the herbs which were farmed by her parents. She hoped we would enjoy trying them. This small gesture meant so much to us—because it felt heartfelt, warm, and meaningful. We felt truly grateful and respected through that sharing. Had a very good 2 nights stay at the hotel. This was our first time in Danang. Location is just across from the beach with plenty of food and services within walking distance. Our suite has a nice view of the beach, however, due to the proximity to the beach, sound from beach activities can be heard throughout the day and loud beach music was heard till 11pm. Loud drumming from beach activities started at 6+am on a Tuesday morning. All these are through no fault of the hotel, but is you are a light sleeper, perhaps forgo the sea view rooms and get a room towards the back of the hotel.  There was a good spread at breakfast, with local, international and Korean selections. If you need an afternoon pick-me-up, pop over to a the free afternoon tea. For bar lovers, their sky bar has a great view of the beach. There’s a pool just next to the bar if u are too lazy to walk across to the My Khe beach.  Staff provided excellent service from front to back of house. I would like to give the following staff a special shoutout. GRO Hailey helped us book tickets to Bana Hills and arranged a private driver for us. Front officer staff Lin ensured our check in and check out experience was the best. Front office manager (apologies forgot her name) was on hand when we met with some issues with the hired driver. Front office together with hotel management arranged a birthday cake and a well wishes card to celebrate our birthday, such a thoughtful and sweet touch.  If you are planning a trip to Danang, this hotel is definitely worth your consideration.  This will be our top choice for our next trip to Danang!

❤️ The Hotel I Would Choose Again in Da Nang After staying at several different hotels during our Vietnam trip, Monarque Hotel Da Nang easily became one of our favorite stays. Honestly, everything was great — from the location and room to the food, facilities, and overall experience. The hotel is also in a very convenient location near My Khe Beach, which made it easy for us to enjoy both the beach and the surrounding area. What I loved most was their genuine smiles. Every time we interacted with the staff, we felt like we were truly welcomed rather than simply being treated as hotel guests. The breakfast was also one of the best we had during our Vietnam trip. There was a great variety of food, and the quality was excellent. The hotel also offers complimentary afternoon tea for guests, which was a really nice extra touch. Stayed for three nights, and the overall experience was far from good. Honestly, I rarely leave negative reviews for hotels, but given the price and positioning of this hotel, the service was truly disappointing. I even felt that it was worse than some smaller, less expensive hotels. The front desk staff's attitude was not friendly at all. The biggest letdown was breakfast. It clearly stated that it was served until 10:30 am, but by 9:15 am, they had already started clearing the food. My friend called to rush us downstairs, and when we got there at just 9:30 am, most of the food was already gone. My friend ended up only being able to eat a bowl of noodles. I later found out that the hotel actually has three breakfast locations. If they were going to clear up early at this particular location, the staff should have proactively informed guests that they could continue eating at other restaurants, instead of letting us make a wasted trip. I hope the hotel can improve its service and communication to match the quality expected at this price point.

When I booked the hotel, I listed a bunch of requests, and the hotel was able to meet all of them. I booked a two-bedroom garden view room, which was spacious. The hotel facilities are diverse, and the kids had a blast playing in the pool tunnel. The beach had clear water and fine sand. The breakfast had a great variety of food, and the coffee theme changed daily. The only downside is that there's no air conditioning in the hotel lobby, which makes checking in or out during the summer almost unbearable. The room rates during the summer vacation weren't very good value for money.

The hotel is a little far from the city centre, but it makes up for that with great amenities. There’s a lovely swimming pool, mini casino, Ktv bar and an extensive spa facility. The view of Han River is exceptional. Getting around is easy, most Grab cars wait around the hotel. Improvements: Booking trips with the concierge is terribly expensive. Our trip to Ba na hills cost us half of what the hotel charged. The shuttle service is a great bonus but the schedule is a little inconvenient for a lot of activities. For example, you can only leave for the beach at 7:30 or 15:00, nothing in between.

The hotel is perfect. 1. Location: Right by the sea, next to a beach club. There are many cafes, massage parlors, and markets nearby. The sea is perfect with a gentle slope for entry. Only 10 minutes from the airport. 2. Service: When I corresponded with the hotel representative during booking, I specifically asked if smoking was allowed on the balcony and if I could exchange dollars for VND at the hotel to pay the deposit. I received positive answers to both questions and was relieved. However, upon check-in, they initially tried to tell me that smoking was only allowed on the ground floor veranda, and then it turned out that I couldn't exchange VND and would have to leave my passport as a deposit. In the end, everything worked out – smoking was allowed, and we exchanged the VND ourselves – but it would be better if they provided accurate information from the start. The rest of the service was excellent: the breakfast food was delicious and tables were cleared quickly. Towels were provided every time we went to the beach, and separate towels were available at the rooftop pool. Everyone was friendly and always ready to help. 3. The view from the balcony... it's simply stunning. Grab some fruits and drinks, and you can sit there for as long as you want enjoying the panoramic view! It's absolutely worth it. The furniture in the room was a bit worn, but the room was spacious and there were no obvious flaws that stood out. Overall, we are very satisfied with our stay at the hotel and would recommend it.

Although the rooftop pool is a bit small, it's clean, offers good views, and is very pleasant. The gym facilities are also quite comprehensive. The only slight drawback is the lack of complimentary self-service laundry and drying facilities. This is a very important amenity for travelers to regularly clean their clothes, and I hope it can be added.

The service was overall good where the waiters were very attentive. We also had a SPA in the hotel (it can be a hit or a miss depending on who you get). In other words, my wife massage was good while mine was only so-so. The facilities was overall good as we have an isolated incident of drainage clog in our shower which they said they have tried to fix but didn't notice any difference. In any event I don't want to discredit them for this one isolated incident because everything else (the pools, the gym, the dining areas) was great.

We specifically chose to stay a bit far from the city to enjoy a calm, peaceful beach. However, this was where the experience fell short. The beach in front of the resort has suffered significant erosion, and the slope is very steep, making it difficult—and essentially impossible—to use comfortably. This was quite disappointing, especially given the beachfront location. Overall, despite the beach issue, the resort still delivers a high-quality experience with great rooms, excellent service, and top-tier amenities. I would still recommend it for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Da Nang—just not if a swimmable beach is your priority.

However, the hotel's location is excellent; it was very convenient to call taxis or order food delivery from the hotel after checking in. The hotel's breakfast selection is quite limited, so I wouldn't recommend eating at the hotel restaurant. A 20-minute taxi ride to the city center offers many fantastic dining options! The Villa area is lovely, and the pool lights up beautifully at night. However, the hotel's beach facilities are rather basic, and besides the pool, there aren't many other entertainment options. I'd suggest taking a taxi to the beach area nearby, where you can swim and enjoy fresh seafood!

The staff's attentiveness and smiles immediately made me feel like I had made the right hotel choice. An employee was already at the entrance to guide us to check-in, and every staff member we encountered throughout the hotel was incredibly proactive in greeting us with a bright smile. Upon entering the room, not only were the floor, bed, and bathroom—which are standard concerns for guests—spotlessly clean, but every single corner was also immaculate. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and featured a smart TV with fast Wi-Fi. As for breakfast, the variety was sufficient, and the ingredients were fresh. The infinity pool was beautiful. Very good apartment, the reception brother is very polite, this is the most comfortable apartment in Da Nang, the room is very complete, refrigerator, washing machine, induction cooker, microwave oven, pots and pans you want to buy some seafood to cook by yourself, the room decoration details are very good, This is rare in Vietnam (glass glue, kicking line, floor connection pressure strip, bathroom floor drain level) are all made of strict seams, I am not doing decoration, but I often live in hotels, this apartment decoration details are excellent.

The resort is enjoyable, lots to do for kids and families. Room is clean, a bit pricey for what it is but you are on top of a mountain so few options so they’ll charge you accordingly. Be careful which room option you select because they are anal about the number of occupants in the room. Just because you booked a room with 4 bunk beds but selected 1 adult they will charge you for the other three during check-in. The fact that trip.com doesn’t offer a 4 adult option means you will be price-gouged by the hotel regardless. Same for food, no other eating options on the mountain. But if you’re going to do the golden bridge it’s worth it to stay the night and be there first thing in the morning before the crowds come. Just expect to pay for it.

They replied very quickly, gave me clear instructions, and everything I requested was followed perfectly. Since both of us are introverts 😂, we specifically wanted something quiet and private. With my permission, the team entered our room and decorated it beautifully with flowers and birthday decorations, together with a small birthday cake. We also had a peaceful birthday dinner, just the two of us, and celebrated in our own little way. It was honestly perfect for us. 🥹❤️ A special thank you to Sunny (Team Leader), Tram, Nguyen, Duyen, Thuy and Hannah for all your effort in arranging the dinner, room decorations, flowers and birthday cake. You made her birthday so special, and we truly appreciate every little detail and effort you put into making the celebration so memorable. 🌷🎂❤️ The little things throughout our stay were amazing too. The welcome drinks were a lovely touch, our room was cleaned regularly, and our bathing towels were changed multiple times a day! Drinking water was always available as well. Our high-floor room offered expansive views of the city and Han River, and the night view in the evening was especially beautiful. The breakfast buffet had a great variety, including freshly cooked pho, fresh fruit, and Western pastries. Everything tasted authentic and fresh, and we enjoyed our meals every day. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the front desk service was warm and attentive. The facilities were complete and the hotel was quiet. Overall, for the views, location, and food, it's excellent value for money. This is definitely my top choice for a stay in Da Nang!

The only downside is the soundproofing of the door; you can hear everything happening in the hallway, especially when people are opening/closing doors, or if there are kids and tour groups around. However, the bed truly is exceptional and very soft. When it's quiet, I sleep soundly until morning, which is wonderful.

When I booked the hotel, I listed a bunch of requests, and the hotel was able to meet all of them. I booked a two-bedroom garden view room, which was spacious. The hotel facilities are diverse, and the kids had a blast playing in the pool tunnel. The beach had clear water and fine sand. The breakfast had a great variety of food, and the coffee theme changed daily. The only downside is that there's no air conditioning in the hotel lobby, which makes checking in or out during the summer almost unbearable. The room rates during the summer vacation weren't very good value for money.

They did not mention the need to pay additional! During check-in they are saying the 4th person stay needs to pay an additional 200k vnd per night as the room was booked for 3 pax. My question is about the 1.6m wide sofa bed, staff mentioned is only for sitting not sleeping. To dear Cocorico, please change your description it's a 1.6m Length sofa, not sofa bed!! It's misleading!!!! And the best part, they only issue 1 room card, if we didn't bring the key we can just get the staff to open the room. Ok, that's acceptable. But they actually just open up the room for us without verifying our details.
