Our room with a river view was really nice. The only improvement would be to change the bed setting to view the river from bed, instead of looking at the side of the building next door. Mostly, the service was good, but I think there is a lot of room for improvement in terms of the finer details. A lot of the time I felt staff were working for the Corporation (Hilton) rather than the customer. Some things where improvement could be made. 1. Paying a VND17m deposit on arrival was a bit of shock to me. I've stayed in 50+ hotels over the last 3 years, and I have never had to pay such a large deposit. 2. I tried to order some eggs Benedict for room service around midday. The staff refused to offer it even though it was being offered from 11.00-14.00 on the brunch offer - surely this could have been achieved. Small but annoying and reflective, I think, of the staff mentality to customer service that could be improved through better training. 3. Another small one, we got our laundry done externally, and the provider delivered our laundry back to the hotel 3 times. Instead of sending the laundry up to the room, the staff just kept it at the service desk. It wouldn't take much to deliver it to the room, or call the room. 4. We booked a room with a river view, but we couldn't see the fireworks from the room. So, we thought maybe we could go to higher floors to watch. Instead we were told we'd need to book a seat at the restaurant and pay VND2.4m to watch. Disappointing to say the least. 5. Toilet cistern was broken. We stayed at the hotel for 17 days, and was never fixed. Surely the cleaning staff were aware of this. 6. The vegetable lasagne was very poor. Basically just layers of pasta with potato and a carrot in soup bowl. 7. The soap dispenser in the shower was empty. The staff don't check when it's near empty? I know by themselves these things seem small, but together they just add up and leave a sense of disappointment. The staff need to be trained to change their mentality to focus on customer service. The week before, I stayed at Silverland May Ho Chi Minh. I suggest someone from the Hilton Da Nang go and stay there to see how customer service should be done. The good things in terms of service. 1. The room service and parking staff were very friendly. 2. The cleaning staff were very flexible in terms of their timing. 3. The room service prices were quite reasonable. The location is not the greatest. About 10 minutes walk from all the action. The gym was good.

Stayed here during a gals trip! View from balcony looks right onto the construction across but if you angle your head you can catch a glimpse of the coastline. Rooms are clean and well maintained. Comes with a decent kitchenette, and a dryer which we couldn’t figure out how to operate. Room felt humid in part due to the constant rain, this we understand cannot be helped due to the recent flooding situation in Hoi An. We are grateful for the stay. I would propose for them to consider providing dehumidifiers in bedrooms if situation persist, so rooms don’t become dank. Overall a comfortable stay and would consider coming back.

The room all old furniture… Small room… can’t imagine those who bring big luggage, hardly got space to walk… Such small room should remove the small table and chairs… The TV remote was not working, request to change battery … they say will come to my room immediately … but in the end… waited 10minutes nobody comes.. I have to bring the remote to reception to get the battery replaced …. They got a cold fridge… The breakfast serve nice buttery pancakes… Other food… not so good… They never top up food when finished… The restaurant that only one who always give a smiling face is the one who cook the pancake and egg station… More room for improvement… Surprisingly this hotel have many Indian nationals customers … so you can see few when breakfast, use hand to take food although tongs are provided …I just comment what I saw in the 3 days…no hard feelings … Hotel Near 2 nice bakeries…and Macdonal… Also near an overpriced massage place for men… no women… better skip this place…

ayed at Prince Hotel Danang and really enjoyed the room. It was beautiful, spacious, and had an amazing view with a big balcony, definitely a highlight of the stay. The pool was decent but the water was quite cold. The kids’ playground is available but very small. The beach right across the hotel is really nice and not crowded, which made the stay even better. Overall, a comfortable stay with great views and a relaxing location.

I had a very pleasant stay at Grand Tourane Hotel Da Nang. The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The location is also a big plus—close to the city center, with plenty of food and drink options nearby, so it’s very convenient for exploring Da Nang. One small thing to note is the shower setup—it’s positioned quite high, so even at around 1.75m, I found it more comfortable to hold the shower head while using it. The breakfast selection is fairly standard—not outstanding, but still decent and perfectly acceptable to start the day. Since the hotel is located along a main road, you may hear some traffic noise, especially from cars and trucks honking early in the morning. Light sleepers might want to keep this in mind. Overall, it’s a great stay with good value, especially considering the comfort of the rooms and the convenient location.

I was here to attend a friend’s wedding. Overall services, food, amenities are great. My ambassador, Alina was very prompt and helpful on giving information I needed about Danang / Hoi An. The yoga classes was fun and the instructor, Dev able to cater to different level of participants in the class. I did not order the breakfast buffet from the package throughout my stay, however after I tried the food, I been going every morning of my stays. It definitely worth to include the breakfast in your package and good to go after morning yoga class. I certainly will return and stay in Naman for the services, spa, yoga classes and good coffee.

Stayed for 5D4N. Both the room and toilet is spacious. Toilet comes with bathtub, and there is bidet. Water pressure is strong, hot water is consistent, aircon is working well. Housekeeping is great, can really feel they clean the floor and pack things nicely. The breakfast everyday is also different so even though we stayed for many days, we did not get bored of the food. And the chefs are constantly doing rounds to ensure the food are well replenished. Staffs are also diligently doing rounds to keep your plates. Front desk staffs are very friendly and very happy to give many recommendations on places to go when we asked them. Bell boy also makes the effort to open the door for us everytime whenever he's available. Location of the hotel is great. There are many shops selling coffee nearby, many eateries (even michelin selected ones) walking to Han Market takes around 10mins, dragon bridge probably 15mins. A ride from the airport cost us 70k dong. A ride to vincom plaza where winmart is located cost us 29k dong. Same price as grabbing to GO! supermarket. Ride to bana hill costed 320k dong while the ride back costed 263k dong (price difference likely due to peak hour?) All in all for the price point, location, staff service, breakfast and spacious room, i will recommend people to choose this hotel. Will also be choosing this hotel again should i be back to Danang. Thank you to all staffs in Fivitel Boutique for the enjoyable stay!

Let's start with the positives: This hotel is perfect for families with kids. The complimentary pool with slides is a lot of fun, and there's also an infinity pool on the rooftop. Even if the weather isn't great, there's no need to worry as the hotel has its own indoor playground, ensuring fun regardless of the temperature (unless it's extremely cold). The bathroom has two sinks, which is great for couples or families as everyone gets their own space. You can find everything you need for dining, drinking, and entertainment right at the hotel. However, I found the overall Vietnamese food quite average (not very tasty). Pho and banh mi are good, but you can't eat them for every meal. Now for the downsides: The 'sea view' is actually a bay. We stayed for three nights, and it seemed to be cloudy the whole time, so the view of the opposite shore was always hazy and not particularly impressive. The surrounding area isn't convenient for dining or entertainment; it takes about half an hour by taxi to get to My Khe Beach or the Old Quarter. My impression of the housekeeping was that they basically just made the bed. My suggestion: If you're coming to Da Nang, consider staying at Mikazuki for two or three nights before moving to My Khe.

The rooms are good, and the ladies at the front desk are wonderful and responsive – always ready to help with anything. They changed our room without any hassle (on the first night, we were given a room facing a crossroads, which was noisy, so they quickly gave us a key to another room). Breakfasts are decent for the price; there was always enough for everyone. On the downside: it's a shame the pool closes at 6 PM. To get the sheets changed, you have to request it at the reception in the morning; otherwise, they just make the bed. They don't sweep up the sand before mopping, so most of it just stays on the floor.

Careful before booking! There are 2 Bac Nam hotels in Da Nang. Airport hotel is at street number 27 of its address (downtown central area) Beach hotel is at street number 36 of its address (main tourist area) Hotels are 7km apart. Check carefully which one you are booking! I stayed at beach hotel. Walking distance to both the beach front and the main bars restaurants nightlife area but blessedly just outside the main noise lights and bustle of crowds. I had both a smaller and larger room. Both were spacious bright airy and clean, with a small table, chairs, fridge, TV, kettle and nightstand. Some age marks on the wall but everything else was spotless. Beds were massive and very comfortable. Lobby area has a large couch and coffee table and fully open front to the street so it's cool, shaded and breezy. Lobby is also spacious parking for rental scooters so they are off street during day and secured behind nighttime shutters at no cost. I paid €8 per night, stayed 2 weeks in my 30m2 room with street facing sliding doors (no balcony, just ledge). I highly highly recommend it.

My GF and I recently stayed at Ebisu Onsen Resort and it was an absolute gem! Located conveniently near Da Nang, this resort offers the perfect escape without being too far from the city. The highlight is undoubtedly the authentic onsen experience - the hot spring baths were incredibly relaxing after days of exploring Da Nang's attractions. I appreciated the traditional Japanese bathing culture they've preserved here. The rooms were spacious and clean. Staff members were attentive and genuinely friendly and even provided towels after our check-out.  Breakfast had was great and we enjoyed it, but options were limited due to low season.  What I loved most was the serene atmosphere - the resort feels like a peaceful sanctuary, yet you're only a short drive from Da Nang's beaches and city center. The garden areas are beautifully landscaped, perfect for evening strolls. There is also some facilities for children and their parents like a dinosaurs park and an aqua-park. There is also a birds park with peacocks, parrots and other birds. Excellent value for money and a unique experience in the Da Nang area. Highly recommend for anyone seeking relaxation or want to have a family trip.

The location was fantastic. The cleanliness wasn't bad either. The facilities were also sufficient for the price. However, after checking in and entering the room, there was no toilet paper in the bathroom, and even though we checked in for four people in a quad room, there were only enough towels for two. So I requested more and received one roll of toilet paper and additional towels. It was a bit disappointing that these weren't prepared beforehand.

Our stay at Namia Wellness Hoi An was exceptional. It’s the perfect blend of rustic countryside charm and understated luxury. The environment is serene, beautifully landscaped, and incredibly relaxing. Exceptional Service: The staff truly made our trip memorable. They are polite, professional, and very attentive. • Thao (Host): Flawlessly organized all our activities and made us feel so welcome. • Thuy: A huge thank you for helping us take stunning photos during the sunset cruise! • Pham: Provided fantastic local restaurant recommendations and took great care of us. Wellness & Dining: The daily 90-minute spa sessions were a highlight. The facilities are top-tier; we loved the Hammam experience followed by a professional massage. The resort’s restaurant also served outstanding food, featuring delicious local specialties. Room for Improvement: The only minor downside is the privacy between villas. The trees in the middle aren't quite tall enough yet to fully block the view of the neighboring villa. I had a really great stay at Sala Danang Beach Hotel. It’s important to have realistic expectations — this is a very good 4-star hotel, not a luxury 5-star resort, but the price reflects that perfectly and offers excellent value for money. The highlight for me was definitely the breakfast. There was a huge variety of food, and the quality was surprisingly good. One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had in this price range. We had a room with a partial sea view, and you could actually see the ocean very well, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The location is also excellent. There are many restaurants, pharmacies, convenience stores, and supermarkets within walking distance. Everything you need is nearby. And if you ever need something more specific, it’s very easy to order through Grab from supermarkets and shops in the neighborhood. The gym was also impressive. The equipment was not the newest or most modern, but there were many machines and a good selection of dumbbells, which made it easy to have a proper workout. The rooftop pool was beautiful with an amazing view. It could get a little noisy at times because children were playing there, but overall it was still a great place to relax. The room itself was very clean, the bed was extremely comfortable and large, and the bathroom was modern and spotless. Overall, for a 4-star hotel experience, this place was excellent and I would happily stay here again.

Minh Toan Safi Ocean Hotel (My Khe Beach) – I had a wonderful stay from 13–17 April with my husband, and we truly want to share how impressed we were. We stay at room 1901 and were very happy with the room cleanliness. Everything felt neat and comfortable, and we especially loved waking up to the sea view of My Khe Beach, which made our vacation more relaxing and special. We also enjoyed the hotel spa experience at La Spa. We started with the 30-minute free massage and then extended it to a total 90-minute aromatic massage. It was such a great way to unwind during our stay. Another highlight was the restaurant service during buffet breakfast. The staff were attentive and genuinely noticed our needs. On the 3rd day of breakfast, we were offered a jasmine tea with herbs. The herbs were added by Thu Hien, a restaurant staff member. She kindly shared the herbs which were farmed by her parents. She hoped we would enjoy trying them. This small gesture meant so much to us—because it felt heartfelt, warm, and meaningful. We felt truly grateful and respected through that sharing. I would honestly give this hotel more than full marks if I could. It exceeded our expectations in so many ways, and considering the reasonable price, it offered incredible value for money. My family booked two rooms for three nights. Before arriving, we had a rather unpleasant experience at our previous hotel where we were bitten badly by what seemed to be bed mites. As a result, we contacted this hotel before check-in and politely requested that the rooms be thoroughly cleaned and that all bed linens be changed. From the moment we arrived, the staff showed genuine care and professionalism. They kindly asked about our situation and reassured us that both rooms had been deep cleaned. We were welcomed with cold towels, refreshing welcome drinks, and delicious desserts, which immediately made us feel comfortable and cared for. When we entered our rooms, we were pleasantly surprised to find an air purifier already prepared for us. The rooms were spotless and impeccably clean. Everything felt fresh, and we could immediately see the effort the hotel had put into ensuring our comfort. Most importantly, every member of the staff was incredibly warm, friendly, and sincere. The hotel also provides complimentary afternoon tea. While the selection is not extensive, it is more than enough for a relaxing break with a cup of tea. The kids’ playroom is conveniently located nearby, which made the experience even more enjoyable for families. Another wonderful surprise was that the hotel treated each guest to a complimentary bowl of traditional Vietnamese noodle soup for dinner. It was delicious and became one of the highlights of our stay. Before arriving, I was a little concerned because guests need to climb a short flight of stairs to reach the lobby. We were travelling with an elderly family member and a stroller, so I worried it might be inconvenient. However, every single time we needed assistance, the staff immediately stepped forward to help carry our luggage and stroller. Their attentiveness truly impressed us. Since the hotel is located beside a main road, transportation could have been slightly challenging, but once again the staff went above and beyond. Whenever our Grab arrived, they would help us call the driver closer to the entrance and even hold umbrellas for us during hot weather, making it much easier and safer for our family to get in and out of the vehicle. We stayed for three nights, and every morning the breakfast was varied, plentiful, and delicious. There was always something different to enjoy, which made breakfast something we looked forward to each day. Overall, we are extremely satisfied with our stay. The cleanliness, thoughtful service, excellent hospitality, and attention to detail made this one of the most memorable hotel experiences we have had. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area, especially families with children and elderly travellers. Thank you to the entire team for making our stay so comfortable and enjoyable. The hotel looks good at first glance – the view is beautiful, the room is spacious and nicely decorated. On the surface, it feels like a quality stay. But that’s where the positives end. The amenities inside the room are very basic, and honestly feel cheap compared to the standard of the room. Considering the price (which is not cheap at all), the overall impression is underwhelming. Breakfast was a complete disaster – poor quality, lack of variety, and far below the standard expected from a hotel of this level. It left a really bad taste for the rest of the stay. On top of that, the front desk staff were not friendly. Instead of feeling welcomed, I felt like I was inconveniencing them every time I approached. Hospitality is supposed to be about warmth and service, but this hotel failed badly in that regard. Verdict: Beautiful view and spacious room cannot make up for the poor service, terrible breakfast, and disappointing amenities. Definitely not worth the price. I would not stay here again.

Honestly, this room isn't worth 1600 RMB a night, but since my friend was holding their wedding here, I had no choice but to stay. The pros: The hotel's location is excellent, with a private beach and beautiful gardens – all top-notch facilities. The cons: The room itself is roughly on par with a more upscale Atour Hotel back home. The bathtub leaked, the toilet seat wobbled every time you sat on it, the ceiling fan switch couldn't be turned off, and the space wasn't very big. Even the slippers were like those disposable paper ones you find in a Home Inn. So, in summary, the room itself isn't worth the price, but the exterior scenery is absolutely stunning and definitely worth it. The hotel is modern and located at a calm beach region about 7 km south of the more busy city beaches! The personal is very friendly and attentive! The ocean view rooms are beautiful and very clean! The breakfast is rich and also has changing selections every day! There is only two small shortcomings: 1) the air condition has a faint smell of mould: I guess they have to change the filters or need a cleanup, 2) at the beach there is often small tar balls and it’s very difficult to clean it off from your feet or slippers. I guess this latter one is not the problem of this hotel only, but it’s a problem for whole DaNang beaches. I am not sure about where it’s from and the receptionist couldn’t give me an answer either. It looks like it is from a ship oil spilling, but I am not sure about it! In general we had a wonderful stay and the infinity pool was particularly beautiful!

Booked Puka for three nights through Ctrip, which perfectly rounded off our May Day trip to Vietnam. The king-size bed was actually two beds pushed together, making it incredibly spacious. The room itself was large with a balcony, and the bathroom even had a bathtub and bath salts. We got 4 glass bottles of water daily, and the bedside speaker played radio with excellent sound quality, creating a great ambiance. The TV offered YouTube and CCTV. The room was even cleaned twice a day! A garden king room with double breakfast for just over 1000 RMB – you can't beat that price. Breakfast was from 6 AM to 11 AM, so one meal could easily last until dinner. There was a huge variety, and the baked goods were delicious. The iced coconut coffee was absolutely divine. The hotel food wasn't overly expensive, comparable to prices in China. We had the seafood platter shown in the picture for just over 400 RMB, and it tasted great. Room service was available late into the night. The hotel's location is a bit far from the city center, and there aren't many shops within walking distance, but you can order food delivery via Grab. The environment was impeccable. We were blessed with four days of sunshine during our May Day trip, with temperatures around 30 degrees Celsius – perfect for swimming without getting cold and sunbathing without overheating. While the public areas weren't huge, they were beautiful, and taking great photos was effortless. The pool was open until 7 PM, but we even swam late at night and no one stopped us. Towels were provided during operating hours. The best part was that even after checking out, we could still use the spa for a free shower after swimming, complete with towels, lockers, and a hairdryer. We left for the airport feeling fresh and happy. The staff all spoke English well and had great attitudes. If you can ride, I recommend renting a 50cc scooter. There's a rental shop about a 10-minute walk away (search on Google Maps), costing around 40 RMB a day, with a deposit required. We paid a 500,000 VND cash deposit. A scooter is truly the best way to experience Vietnam. You can ride for 30 minutes to Hoi An Ancient Town and Son Tra Peninsula – it's amazing, but be sure to wear plenty of sunscreen! When will Beijing have direct flights to Da Nang? I'll stop going to Sanya then!😅

However, the resort is a bit far from the city, and the rooms feel small for a 5-star property with no proper seating apart from the bed. Breakfast had a huge spread but was disappointing for vegetarians. Also found it strange that in-room dining comes with a 100k VND delivery charge at a 5-star resort. . Great stay overall, with a few areas to improve.

Everything was excellent. We stayed in a spacious panoramic room with a beautiful river view. I especially loved the sofa area near the TV very cozy and comfortable. There is also a rooftop restaurant, which was a great bonus. Would definitely stay here again.

The hotel should be proud of and thankful for its staff, as they did an excellent job. The entire hotel team was very well trained, always greeting us with warm smiles whenever we met. The breakfast was delicious and offered a wide variety of choices. The hotel also provides a free airport shuttle service — definitely a perfect 10 points for that! However, one thing to note is that both sides of the hotel are currently surrounded by construction sites. The construction work was especially active at night, and the constant noise from the machinery made it difficult for me to sleep deeply. That said, this was not the hotel’s fault, so I completely understand and accept it. Everything was wonderful until the toilet in my room kept clogging constantly. I stayed for four nights, and almost every day the hotel’s maintenance staff had to come up to unclog it, but the results were not very effective—the toilet kept getting clogged again and again. Aside from that, the hotel has a fantastic location—just a few steps across the street, and you’re at the beach. Next to the hotel on the left is a whole row of famous coffee brands such as Highlands Coffee, Starbucks, and more.

The room was spacious and even came with a smart toilet. The 80-minute SPA every day was absolutely fantastic! Breakfast was decent, but the two dinners I had were pretty bland and lacked flavor. The drinks and dried pineapple slices from the minibar were delicious. All the staff were very nice. My only regret is that there was no Chinese-speaking service.

Thank you for an outstanding service in last 3 enjoyable days (17/5-19/5). Your hotel impressed my girlfriend and me with its thoughtful service. Since we have arrived at your hotel early, the room hasn’t been ready. So we had lunch in the beach lounge and after the room was ready your front desk staff proactively sent us the room key and it made us can directly go to the room. Additionally, I really appreciate the room upgrade this time. It’s a huge surprise for us. Please also send my regards to the baggy driver (Aaron and Alex) Both of them have great smiles and provide good service. Also, they are good at multilingual skills which is unexpected for me. Aaron, he professionally introduced the room on my first day check-in for us and also proactively helped us to take a photo. And for Alex, thank you for recommending us the restaurant and the local cuisine as well as for the speedy pick up each time Last but not least. I am also pleased with the assistance with the lost and found. Since I realised that I had lost a bag of snacks inside the room after I checked out and arrived at the airport. Massive credit to the call centre staff for helping me contact the Grab driver for the delivery service. So I can get back my snack. Overall, I am enjoying the stay here even though the WiFi signal is a bit weak. It’s still no big deal for us. Thank you so much for creating a pleasant journey for us. Wish all your staff could see the compliments and I hope everything goes smoothly at work

After reading some of the reviews, we were initially hesitant to book this hotel, as a few comments described it as old or outdated. For that reason, we decided to reserve only one night. we were surprised by our experience and regret we couldn’t stay more longer. The hotel is not old, but rather decorated in a traditional Asian style. It is not modern vibes, yet this gives it a certain charm and character. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with two twin beds, an ocean view, and a balcony. The bathroom, with its sliding door, was also very well designed. The pool area is very nice and includes a pool bar. You also have a kid area with a small waterslide. The breakfast selection was generous, though it seemed more oriented toward Chinese guests and did not entirely match our personal preferences. That said, there were many options available. Service throughout our stay was efficient and attentive. Overall, we had a very positive experience, if I visit again Da nang, probably will stay few more days there

A wonderful place to stay. Walking distance to night markets, Hoi A river & lantern boats, Old Town. Grabs are cheap if you want to go further away and easily accessible.  The place was very clean, bottled water was provided, good water pressure, very comfortable beds, and friendly/helpful reception staff. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Hoi An in the future.

As a relatively new hotel, the facilities and rooms were incredibly clean, and the bedding was very comfortable. The front desk staff were exceptionally kind and helpful, diligently addressing even the smallest issues, which I truly appreciated. It was also a plus that there was a staff member who could speak Korean. While there were a couple of mix-ups on the hotel's part, they handled them smoothly and professionally in the end, so I was satisfied. The breakfast offered a wide variety, but the taste was a bit disappointing; however, it was perfectly fine for a quick morning bite. The peach yogurt was absolutely delicious, and the staff were very friendly too! If I visit Da Nang again, I would definitely want to stay at this hotel.

The location is actually quite far up from My Khe, so it's not really convenient for getting around, but it felt much closer after staying at a resort nearby. The filter color barely changed. People said there were a lot of Chinese guests, and it seemed about 50% were Chinese package tourists, 30% other foreigners, and 20% Japanese and Koreans. Since it was a package tour, it was less noisy in the room than I expected, which was great, and all the staff were friendly. The room cleanliness was satisfactory, but the mattress was completely saggy, which was a bit uncomfortable ㅜㅜ haha.

Was so disgusted when I realized that they didnt change the bedsheet. It was so obvious as shown on the photos attached. There'se even some sort of oil stain that is somewhat still fresh and a dirt in the other side. Im 100% certain it was not just a stain, it is a dirt, seems like used to wipe a.dirty feet. It is so obvious because sheet is obviously crumpled. I couldnt sleep peacefully as it feels itchy. Good thing I stayed overnight only. I DONT RECOMMEND STAYING AT THIS HOTEL.

A nice room with all the amenities, it's fine for a few days. There were some downsides, of course: the hotel isn't fully ready! The pool won't be open for a while; it's under renovation. At 8 a.m., they started doing major renovations right above us, and it was too much. We were on the sixth floor, and renovations were underway on the seventh.

We stayed 4 nights at La Pavillion Gallery hotel.I was really surprised by the service here.We were welcome by kind and polite at the reception. The check in was at 2 pm but we arrived the hotel around 12 pm so they helped us check in early which we really appreciated.Tracy helped us book airport transfer for us from Da nang to the hotel. She guided and assisted us during our whole stay at this hotel. They prepared a anniversary wedding cake and a card for us that blew my mind. The breakfast was really good.Hotel was in bery convenient location.Very close to old town .Tracy checked on us everyday if everything was okay with our room.We noticed that the bedsheet had a little bit of stain which we didnt mind at all because the service here was outstanding. But,they prepared a fruit platter for us when we went back to our room and found a small apology note. That really impressed us.Just the swimming pool was a bit unclean and Birds poop everywhere. And also the chicken wings i ordered had no taste,it needs to be improved, The kind Gentleman at the door i forgot his name but was really kind to us since our check in day too.I will definitely come back again to stay in this hotel.Much Love❤️

I would like to start with the positive side first. The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the beach and in one of the best parts of the coastline. Due to a visa delay, I had to arrive a few days late for my reservation. Even though I sent multiple emails asking for support, the hotel did not help at all and I lost several paid nights. Housekeeping was quite late every day, and on the first day the towels and pillows had a humid smell. There is also ongoing construction around the hotel. I have stayed in many Wyndham hotels before, but unfortunately this branch did not feel like the usual Wyndham quality. After getting to know the area better, I also think the hotel is overpriced for what it offers.
