Nice place to stay in the bustling city of Varanasi, hotel is clean and all necessary amenities provide an excellent place to take a rest from the city that is pretty crazy. It is about four kilometers from the river Ganges. Breakfast is fine but not very extended, meals for dinner were good price wise. The only issue we had was the way too loud noise of the air ventilation in the shower that took a lot of drama before it was turned off, a request that I had to repeat three out of four nights. Overall I would recommend this place though, it's professional and decent and an oasis compared to what you'll encounter once you get onto the streets.

I’m a solo traveler who has been to many different places in India, and I can highly recommend this hostel for your next stay. The staff here is very helpful with everything you need. The rooms are very nice, and the air conditioning works properly. The bathroom in our room was cleaned by the staff every day. I enjoyed the food here so much that I ate here every day. The hostel also has an app through which you can order food and beverages and open the door to your room. I liked it so much that I’ve also booked stays in Rishikesh and Jaipur with the same brand, as I hope they are just as good as this one in Varanasi.

It was a short walk from Harishchandragat. The owner is very good at Japanese and I have the impression that he is a serious person. I asked for a guide in the morning, but he did it politely. It was a Chai shop where the owner always goes, and it was outstanding in the Chai that I drank during the trip. I would like you to come to Japan someday.

great hotel))) I had to cancel my stay at another hotel and found this hotel by chance and did not regret it at all. location in a quiet area, I did not go anywhere on foot, but I saw a fruit market around the corner in the evening. the hotel has very tasty food in the restaurant, but keep in mind that there is no beer or wine. all the hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly and determined to organize my good stay))) I am very grateful to everyone for advice, help with transportation on a holiday, maximum attention to my requests. The suite is wonderful, beautiful, interesting design, very comfortable bed, good bed linen and towels, constant Internet. no obvious disadvantages in the hotel my highest recommendation

The hotel is safer in the army area. The front desk was a bit cold, probably too busy. Breakfast is OK, mostly in India, and less in Western style. The room is small, the twin bed is to take apart the big bed that has been put together, resulting in a bed that is very awkward and sleeps at the door. The hotel is a bit far from the altar. Varanasi is the world of tutu cars and rickshaws. There are a lot of tutu cars at the door, and it is convenient to go anywhere. Tutu driver Reis is very good, my friend and I have been packing his car. The cost is about 1000-1500 rupees a day, depending on how far you go, you can bargain. Reis also has half a tour guide, so the price is more expensive than pure tutu, English simple communication is basically OK. It's a lot of time to have a local guide safe.

The property was convientely close to the ghats allowing easy access to them. The rooms were spacious. There was ample space for parking our 5m plus vehicle in which we were travelling. Впервые приехали с супругой в священный город Варанаси. При поиске жилья, остановились на отеле Heritage inn. И не зря. Отель расположен в тихом переулке, где не сильно слышен гул дорожного трафика, а это важно, так как тут он особо громкий. Персонал на ресепшене, да и вообще в отеле, очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Заселили быстро. В номере все удобства для комфортного пребывания. По меркам отелей Индии, всё очень хорошо. Да, есть небольшие ”косяки”, но на них быстро закрываешь глаза. На крыше есть ресторан с открытой террасой, с которой открываются чудесные виды на старый город и на реку Ганг. У нас был включен завтрак, стандартный для отелей: индийские блюда или европейский. Так же ходили сюда и на обед и на ужин. Блюда очень вкусные, готовятся недолго. Самое важное абсолютно не острые (может это кому-то важно). Персонал в ресторане очень вежливый и расторопный, всё быстро и по делу. Почему я выбрал именно этот отель, так это с одной стороны очень близкий выход к реке на Assi Ghat, и в то же время подальше от центра, где, поверьте, жизнь бьёт ТАКИМ ключом, что может случиться лёгкий перегруз нервной системы, а тут, на окраине старого города намного, НАМНОГО тише. Если Вы, как и мы, хотите посетить Варанаси, но не хотите жить в самой гуще событий, то Вам сюда, в Heritage inn.

I have few word of mouth, so I will leave word of mouth as much as possible. 【Stand】 I think it's the best location for those who come for the Ganges River. Drive to Namo Ghat to the hotel, then transfer to the hotel boat and move to the hotel. For me, it was a very good experience to get on the boat without negotiating. ※ I think I can go to Namo Ghat even in Uber, but I was worried, so I applied for a round-trip hotel pick-up service. (It was one way 1800INR by Small Taxi.) Because it is along the Ganges River, Uber, including Rikisha, cannot be dispatched and only ”walking” means of transportation. I went there during the hot season, so it was very difficult to walk on a narrow and intricate road in the crowds, and I couldn't explore other than along the river. I didn't ask the hotel staff, so maybe there was a means of transportation other than ”walking”. Ganga Aarti Ganga Artie, which I was the first purpose of my trip, will book a seat if you ask the hotel. (※ Free) We will take a hotel boat to the venue. It's not crowded and the hotel staff will take you, so you can appreciate it with peace of mind without meeting the troublesome bargaining. 【Food】 The room was prohibited from eating what was brought in and the hotel rules stated. I wanted to eat what I brought in for peace of mind, but I gave up and ate dinner at the hotel restaurant. There are few types of breakfast buffets, but there were Indian dishes, and there were Western dishes such as bread, and the omelet was prepared. In addition, the hotel does not sell alcohol including restaurants. I drank the alcohol I brought in. Bringing in drinks seems OK. 【Equipment】 and the good thing is There was no locust in the room. After the breakfast nobody there to respond what we need even mentioned they were little reluctant the 2 ladies( one in white shirt n other in red shirt) in the breakfast section. After couple of reminders we got what we need . Thanq for the guys in breakfast session for their prompt response n attention for what is required for my 78years old mom n made her comfortable for her choice of food . The plumbing is a bit outdated, but it works properly. The breakfasts were excellent. They made delicious cheese omelets (in addition to the main buffet) and chicken for us. The staff was very helpful and even a little overly concerned about the comfort of guests. Across the street there's a street cafe with good food. Property’s property is OK, but be prepared to listen to Islamic prayers morning and evening. The rooms are much smaller than what is advertised. We had booked 3 rooms, they did not change the bed sheets pillow covers and duvet covers. After repeated reminders and lot of delay they freshened the room. Staff is courteous but the service was very slow.

While the location is pretty far from central Varanasi, that can also be a plus. Varanasi can be overwhelming and retreating to the garden settings of this hotel is refreshing. The breakfast and dinners were wonderful.  The staff were very helpful.  Special thanks to Sumana for Ashutosh for helping with our train tickets. The pool and fitness center are also great.

1) shower very weak. 2) it is mostly used for marriage functions. People in celebratory mood rarely care about other room occupants. They create a din in the corridor even as you are trying to sleep. 3) power breakdowns were rather frequent albeit for small durations. 4) traffic to and from varanasi city was terrible. Property is on the outskirts. 5) front office staff requires training. 6) was promised a bill adjustment as one guest couldn't make it due to a medical emergency. Was told that the amount billed and paid for will be adjusted against food charges of restaurant. On checking out this wasn't done as the person in-charge - the front office manager (mr prateek) - wouldn't accept calls if only to apologise. I paid for fooding. 7) restaurant staff led by mr pramod was excellent, very courteous, accommodating and efficient. Food was good.

The overall hotel is not bad, in Varanasi is a cost-effective hotel, the room is clean, the location is OK, not far from the various attractions, the only bad thing is that the waiter level is worrying, the instant noodles in the front desk, actually I do not know The situation opened up.

1-The room is especially spacious, although the hardware facilities are average; 2-The window can't be opened. The room I stayed in was not sunny. The bedding was a little moist. The hotel agreed to replace it, but the stack was tidal. The waiter told me that because of the climate, please help them to iron. The tip was equivalent to four yuan of RMB, which solved this problem; 3- Breakfast Chinese may still be unaccustomed to local tastes. The price of the restaurant is relatively expensive.

While the location is pretty far from central Varanasi, that can also be a plus. Varanasi can be overwhelming and retreating to the garden settings of this hotel is refreshing. The breakfast and dinners were wonderful.  The staff were very helpful.  Special thanks to Sumana for Ashutosh for helping with our train tickets. The pool and fitness center are also great.

Впервые приехали с супругой в священный город Варанаси. При поиске жилья, остановились на отеле Heritage inn. И не зря. Отель расположен в тихом переулке, где не сильно слышен гул дорожного трафика, а это важно, так как тут он особо громкий. Персонал на ресепшене, да и вообще в отеле, очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Заселили быстро. В номере все удобства для комфортного пребывания. По меркам отелей Индии, всё очень хорошо. Да, есть небольшие ”косяки”, но на них быстро закрываешь глаза. На крыше есть ресторан с открытой террасой, с которой открываются чудесные виды на старый город и на реку Ганг. У нас был включен завтрак, стандартный для отелей: индийские блюда или европейский. Так же ходили сюда и на обед и на ужин. Блюда очень вкусные, готовятся недолго. Самое важное абсолютно не острые (может это кому-то важно). Персонал в ресторане очень вежливый и расторопный, всё быстро и по делу. Почему я выбрал именно этот отель, так это с одной стороны очень близкий выход к реке на Assi Ghat, и в то же время подальше от центра, где, поверьте, жизнь бьёт ТАКИМ ключом, что может случиться лёгкий перегруз нервной системы, а тут, на окраине старого города намного, НАМНОГО тише. Если Вы, как и мы, хотите посетить Варанаси, но не хотите жить в самой гуще событий, то Вам сюда, в Heritage inn.

The location of the hotel is god if you want to live near Ganga ghats and get there by walking. The room wasn't clean, in the wardrobe was a dirty sheet, one bottle with shampoo was half-used. We left hotel early in the morning (between 5-6 a.m.) to have a sunrise boat ride. There was a sleeping staff member near the reception and we didn't want to wake him up. But when we returned we was asked to say if want to go early and had to return to the hotel before 22-30. And we were extra charged for 157 rupees during checking out, even though we had prepaid the whole amount of money via trip's app. The manager said that trip.com haven't civered the whole summ and we had to pay more.
