(bad place) I lost my friend's earphones in the room, but I couldn't find them. 2 hours after check out... old hair dryer Heavy construction noise during the day Occasional power outages (recovers in about 1 minute, but often...) Hotel facilities (rooftop, lounge, etc.) are lacking in some places It feels old and deserted. The view from the window is not good (surrounding ruins, etc.) The breakfast bread is bad (croissants, donuts, etc.) and should be improved.

Nice place to stay in the bustling city of Varanasi, hotel is clean and all necessary amenities provide an excellent place to take a rest from the city that is pretty crazy. It is about four kilometers from the river Ganges. Breakfast is fine but not very extended, meals for dinner were good price wise. The only issue we had was the way too loud noise of the air ventilation in the shower that took a lot of drama before it was turned off, a request that I had to repeat three out of four nights. Overall I would recommend this place though, it's professional and decent and an oasis compared to what you'll encounter once you get onto the streets.

I’m a solo traveler who has been to many different places in India, and I can highly recommend this hostel for your next stay. The staff here is very helpful with everything you need. The rooms are very nice, and the air conditioning works properly. The bathroom in our room was cleaned by the staff every day. I enjoyed the food here so much that I ate here every day. The hostel also has an app through which you can order food and beverages and open the door to your room. I liked it so much that I’ve also booked stays in Rishikesh and Jaipur with the same brand, as I hope they are just as good as this one in Varanasi.

1-The room is especially spacious, although the hardware facilities are average; 2-The window can't be opened. The room I stayed in was not sunny. The bedding was a little moist. The hotel agreed to replace it, but the stack was tidal. The waiter told me that because of the climate, please help them to iron. The tip was equivalent to four yuan of RMB, which solved this problem; 3- Breakfast Chinese may still be unaccustomed to local tastes. The price of the restaurant is relatively expensive.

great hotel))) I had to cancel my stay at another hotel and found this hotel by chance and did not regret it at all. location in a quiet area, I did not go anywhere on foot, but I saw a fruit market around the corner in the evening. the hotel has very tasty food in the restaurant, but keep in mind that there is no beer or wine. all the hotel staff were very welcoming, friendly and determined to organize my good stay))) I am very grateful to everyone for advice, help with transportation on a holiday, maximum attention to my requests. From arrival to check-out, it was a wonderful experience. We were upgraded to a room with a view of the Ganges at no extra charge, and the service was impeccable. From the rooftop, we had a panoramic view of the Ganges, and enjoyed a peaceful stay away from the hustle and bustle and touts below. In the evening, they took us to the vicinity of the ghat ceremony by boat free of charge. We had to make our own way back to the hotel. Since the hotel is located near the Ganges, taxis cannot enter, so we had to drag our suitcases ***** the narrow streets, which made us a little nervous, but it wasn't a problem. We chartered a taxi on our way back, and the hotel staff even helped us get to the taxi. In the evening, we enjoyed momo (Nepalese food) and chai for our snack. Because it's a small hotel, the staff remembered our faces and treated us like family. This is a hotel I would definitely like to visit again.

The hotel is safer in the army area. The front desk was a bit cold, probably too busy. Breakfast is OK, mostly in India, and less in Western style. The room is small, the twin bed is to take apart the big bed that has been put together, resulting in a bed that is very awkward and sleeps at the door. The hotel is a bit far from the altar. Varanasi is the world of tutu cars and rickshaws. There are a lot of tutu cars at the door, and it is convenient to go anywhere. Tutu driver Reis is very good, my friend and I have been packing his car. The cost is about 1000-1500 rupees a day, depending on how far you go, you can bargain. Reis also has half a tour guide, so the price is more expensive than pure tutu, English simple communication is basically OK. It's a lot of time to have a local guide safe.

Заселили быстро. В номере все удобства для комфортного пребывания. По меркам отелей Индии, всё очень хорошо. Да, есть небольшие ”косяки”, но на них быстро закрываешь глаза. На крыше есть ресторан с открытой террасой, с которой открываются чудесные виды на старый город и на реку Ганг. У нас был включен завтрак, стандартный для отелей: индийские блюда или европейский. Так же ходили сюда и на обед и на ужин. Блюда очень вкусные, готовятся недолго. Самое важное абсолютно не острые (может это кому-то важно). Персонал в ресторане очень вежливый и расторопный, всё быстро и по делу. Почему я выбрал именно этот отель, так это с одной стороны очень близкий выход к реке на Assi Ghat, и в то же время подальше от центра, где, поверьте, жизнь бьёт ТАКИМ ключом, что может случиться лёгкий перегруз нервной системы, а тут, на окраине старого города намного, НАМНОГО тише. Если Вы, как и мы, хотите посетить Варанаси, но не хотите жить в самой гуще событий, то Вам сюда, в Heritage inn.

I went there during the hot season, so it was very difficult to walk on a narrow and intricate road in the crowds, and I couldn't explore other than along the river. The hotel is located away from the city center, which is a HUGE plus! Being away from the endless, deafening noise is priceless. Our room was large and very cozy, with wide windowsills that double as sofas. There's a refrigerator, hairdryer, air conditioning, and a fan. There's no safe. The plumbing is a bit outdated, but it works properly. The breakfasts were excellent. They made delicious cheese omelets (in addition to the main buffet) and chicken for us. The meat wasn't spicy, which is very important. There were fruits, pastries, and excellent coffee from the coffee machine. Not many vegetables. The staff was very helpful and even a little overly concerned about the comfort of guests. Across the street there's a street cafe with good food. Overall, it's a more European-style place, and we were glad we stayed here.

We had booked 3 rooms, they did not change the bed sheets pillow covers and duvet covers. After repeated reminders and lot of delay they freshened the room. Staff is courteous but the service was very slow.

I flew there, but because of the heat, there weren't many activities, so I feel like I wasted a lot of money on the flight. The hotel breakfast is freshly made and delicious. It's away from the hustle and bustle of the city, making it a good place to stay.

AAnatolii SarychevВпервые приехали с супругой в священный город Варанаси. При поиске жилья, остановились на отеле Heritage inn. И не зря. Отель расположен в тихом переулке, где не сильно слышен гул дорожного трафика, а это важно, так как тут он особо громкий. Персонал на ресепшене, да и вообще в отеле, очень отзывчивый и дружелюбный. Заселили быстро. В номере все удобства для комфортного пребывания. По меркам отелей Индии, всё очень хорошо. Да, есть небольшие ”косяки”, но на них быстро закрываешь глаза. На крыше есть ресторан с открытой террасой, с которой открываются чудесные виды на старый город и на реку Ганг. У нас был включен завтрак, стандартный для отелей: индийские блюда или европейский. Так же ходили сюда и на обед и на ужин. Блюда очень вкусные, готовятся недолго. Самое важное абсолютно не острые (может это кому-то важно). Персонал в ресторане очень вежливый и расторопный, всё быстро и по делу. Почему я выбрал именно этот отель, так это с одной стороны очень близкий выход к реке на Assi Ghat, и в то же время подальше от центра, где, поверьте, жизнь бьёт ТАКИМ ключом, что может случиться лёгкий перегруз нервной системы, а тут, на окраине старого города намного, НАМНОГО тише. Если Вы, как и мы, хотите посетить Варанаси, но не хотите жить в самой гуще событий, то Вам сюда, в Heritage inn.

The overall hotel is not bad, in Varanasi is a cost-effective hotel, the room is clean, the location is OK, not far from the various attractions, the only bad thing is that the waiter level is worrying, the instant noodles in the front desk, actually I do not know The situation opened up.

While the location is pretty far from central Varanasi, that can also be a plus. Varanasi can be overwhelming and retreating to the garden settings of this hotel is refreshing. The breakfast and dinners were wonderful.  The staff were very helpful.  Special thanks to Sumana for Ashutosh for helping with our train tickets. The pool and fitness center are also great.

It should be a local hotel chain brand in India. Some are old, the windows are floor-sealed, the taste is large, the breakfast is average, and the service is good. The surrounding environment of the hotel is as dirty and messy as other cities in India, and the traffic jam is also serious. Fortunately, it is not too far from the famous Ganges Dasawamedo River Altar and Shiva Golden Temple, and the taxi is only 5 yuan.

The hotel is cost-effective and the service is good, from the doorman to the rooms and restaurant. You can book cars and boats at the hotel, but it is more expensive than usual. The hotel is less than 4 kilometers from the river altar of the night festival, which requires a taxi. It is convenient to take a taxi. But Varanasi's road is really bad, and you must be mentally prepared.

1) shower very weak. 2) it is mostly used for marriage functions. People in celebratory mood rarely care about other room occupants. They create a din in the corridor even as you are trying to sleep. 3) power breakdowns were rather frequent albeit for small durations. 4) traffic to and from varanasi city was terrible. Property is on the outskirts. 5) front office staff requires training. 6) was promised a bill adjustment as one guest couldn't make it due to a medical emergency. Was told that the amount billed and paid for will be adjusted against food charges of restaurant. On checking out this wasn't done as the person in-charge - the front office manager (mr prateek) - wouldn't accept calls if only to apologise. I paid for fooding. 7) restaurant staff led by mr pramod was excellent, very courteous, accommodating and efficient. Food was good.

(Good point) Lobby is clean and nice Good staff, good ***ners and good service I checked in at 15:00, but I was able to check in normally even if I went to 12:00. the restaurant is beautiful The bed is soft and comfortable Good laundry service The pool is pretty clean. Not at a level where you can't swim. Is there a breakfast buffet menu every day? change. I stayed 2 nights but it was nice to have a change. (bad place) I lost my friend's earphones in the room, but I couldn't find them. 2 hours after check out... old hair dryer Heavy construction noise during the day Occasional power outages (recovers in about 1 minute, but often...) Hotel facilities (rooftop, lounge, etc.) are lacking in some places It feels old and deserted. The view from the window is not good (surrounding ruins, etc.) The breakfast bread is bad (croissants, donuts, etc.) and should be improved.

The location is perfect as it is located ***** the Ganges River! You can see the Ganges River from the attached restaurant, and the food there was delicious! However, since it is located ***** the Ganges River, you cannot reach the hotel by rickshaw or taxi, so you will have to walk for a few minutes, but the journey is also exciting! The problem was that there were a lot of small insects like mosquitoes (?) in the room, but I was given an insect repellent machine at the reception.
