Our whole stay was great overall — we really enjoyed our time here! Check-in was a bit delayed at first because they hadn’t yet prepared the complimentary cake and birthday setup they promised, but it wasn’t a big issue at all. The lobby is lovely, smells fresh and clean, and we were served welcome drinks right away while we waited. The staff were generally polite and helpful too. I did witness one incident though: another guest was having a long discussion about not getting back their security deposit for their second room. It took a while, and the guest even asked to speak with a manager, but in the end it was sorted out and it turned out the guest was right all along. I’m just thankful nothing like that happened to us during our stay. Location-wise, it’s right on the beachfront — perfect! Our room was a bit of a walk from the shore, but honestly, we didn’t mind it at all. It gave us a chance to move around, get some steps in, or walk off our meals before heading back 😂 The room itself was very spacious and smelled nice, but we did encounter quite a number of mosquitoes and fleas — I ended up with a lot of bites! Thankfully I didn’t get sick or contract dengue, but I hope they can improve pest control, especially since the rooms are surrounded by greenery and a forest-like setting. The shower was also a little tricky to adjust the temperature and pressure, but manageable. What I really appreciated was their service: they constantly refilled our drinking water and even replenished all toiletries and supplies regularly, even if we hadn’t finished using them yet — not many hotels do that! They also provided free slippers when we asked, and having umbrellas available in the room for us to use anywhere was such a lifesaver, especially since it was rainy season and my husband forgot ours back in Manila. ☔ The breakfast buffet was another highlight — the selection changed every day, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. My husband and I truly looked forward to it each morning. Overall, our whole stay was wonderful. We will definitely book here again when we return to Boracay — just next time, I’ll make sure to bring plenty of insect repellent and lotion! 😂

Overall, we had a good stay at Golden Phoenix. Our first room was unfortunately quite noisy. There was ongoing repair work outside using loud tools, the bathroom light wasn’t working properly, the AC remote had a loose battery, and the smart TV couldn’t connect to WiFi, so we were limited to cable channels. The key card door also needed some attention. We requested a room change the next day, and the staff accommodated us. The room on the 3rd floor was much quieter, the WiFi worked perfectly with the smart TV, and we were finally able to relax and watch our shows. The only downside was that the shower in the second room didn’t have hot water. Despite a few maintenance issues, the hotel is still a decent budget-friendly option in a great beachfront location. With a few improvements to room maintenance, it would be an even better place to stay.

The hotel is conveniently located in front of White Beach, and D'Mall is also nearby. I chose this hotel because I wanted to use the Sky Pool. The first room we were assigned was on the 1st floor, next to the adjacent building (Room 109). There was a bamboo hedge that provided some privacy, but staff frequently walked past it, making it feel unsettling. So, I requested a room change. The next room was on the top floor, Room 505, which was bright, but had a view of a neighboring ruin... Rooms in the cheaper categories are just like this. The staff are kind and always greet you. I stayed for 3 nights, and the breakfast varied slightly each day, which was nice. I enjoyed drinks at the pool bar in the Sky Pool from midday. However, I'd recommend merely enjoying the view of the sea at Station 2. If you want to enjoy swimming in the sea, it's better to choose a hotel in Station 1.

Our stay at Hennan Lagoon was truly wonderful! The service was excellent, and the entire place was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were especially impressive—everyone was friendly, accommodating, and always willing to assist with a warm smile. The only downside for us was that the resort was a bit far from the front beach, which made it slightly less convenient if you wanted to go back and forth frequently. Other than that, everything was fantastic. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Hennan Lagoon to anyone looking for a relaxing stay with excellent service, cleanliness, and genuinely welcoming staff. We truly enjoyed our time here and would be happy to come back!

We had a lovely stay here. On the beach and we had one of the best breakfast locations, almost right on the sand. The staff were very kind and helpful. Nice pools, solid little gym, we also had a nice Swedish massage which was fantastic, and again the breakfast buffet was terrific. The room we stayed in didn't have any windows, however the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Very close to all the action. Would stay there again.

This is rhe 3rd time my wife and myself have visited the Henann Palm in Boracay to celebrate our wedding anniversary and we love it here. This is our favorite hotel in Borocay with lovely staff and this year we brought the family with us who also loved it here. We will be back in the future. Also last year we visited another Henann hotel in Panglao Bohol and that also was amazing. I wish Henann had hotels at all holiday destinations around the Philippines because we would definitely be staying at them when traveling around. We highly recommend Henann

We had a pleasant stay at Savoy Hotel Boracay. The hotel is clean, comfortable, and located in a quieter part of Boracay, which was great when we wanted to relax away from the busy areas. The staff were friendly and accommodating, and the facilities were well maintained. The pool area was nice, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and family-friendly. It may be a little farther from the main stations, but transportation is available and the quieter location was a plus for us. Overall, a good value for the price and we would consider staying here again.

Excellent 5-star hotel, Filipino style. It's very authentic and charming, with access to two neighboring luxury hotels. The staff are incredibly hardworking. They aren't experts at making cocktails, but if you explain what you want, they'll make it as requested. The spirits are good, and so are the bottled wines. There are many different romantic setups and similar options on the beach. The private beach is very clean, and the scenery and sea are magical. Breakfast is quite good, but otherwise, like everywhere else on this island, they don't seem to know how to cook. We tried eating at the Shangri-La and the hotel next door, and everywhere it felt like the chef wouldn't even eat their own food; I won't even bother describing it, everything was off. You really need to find a place with good food right away, otherwise you risk eating only bread rolls! 😁 But the coffee is very good there, and you can take it to go from breakfast. The staff are very friendly. As for cons, there's no late check-out. We were offered a maximum check-out at 2 PM for an extra charge, and after that, only booking for a full day was an option.

We loved our 5-night stay at Henann Garden Resort. The room was clean, the amenities were great, and the staff were friendly and helpful. We booked the Grand Room with a bathtub, which we really enjoyed. The resort has four swimming pools, and we had fun swimming from one pool to another.We also had a whole-body massage in our room at an affordable price, which made the stay even more relaxing. Breakfast was ok and the choices for Muslim guests were quite limited. There was also a fire show every night, which added to the holiday atmosphere. The resort has very easy access to the beachfront, including beach lounge chairs facing the sea. It is only a few minutes’ walk to D’Mall, with plenty of restaurants, shops, and laundry services nearby. Overall, we had a very enjoyable and comfortable stay and would happily stay here again.

I used to like staying at Hennan Resorts in Boracay, this one however was quite a walk to the beach and had a bit of a struggle at night. Also, the rooms aren’t soundproof, on our last night, lots of people were loud around 1:30am (most likely late check in guests) without consideration. The next door neighbor were obviously heard making love. I am addressing this issue so it will be avoided. Overall stay wasn’t bad when it comes to the service and amenities but I am disappointed in how the rooms weren’t quiet enough since we paid extra for an upgrade. I was expecting my money’s worth.

So, what can I say about the hotel... overall, it seems there's nothing better on the island. It has its own secluded bay, 2 beaches, and an excellent pool area. All issues are resolved instantly; they are very customer-oriented. We stayed with 3 children: there's plenty to keep them occupied. There's a kids' club for younger children and one for teenagers (something for everyone's interests). The coffee at breakfast is good; the only downside is very limited European food (you can order porridge through the waiter). We liked the restaurant by the bar and the steakhouse. The staff really tries hard! We liked it and will come again.

Our stay at Alta Vista Hotel was truly unforgettable, especially since this was our self-gift birthday celebration. Thankful kami sa discount for our 1-day extension, plus the special-time shuttle pickup on our last day and the packed breakfast pabaon—sobrang thoughtful! A big thank you din for the birthday cake surprise, it really meant a lot to us. Special mention to the manager and the whole team for going the extra mile. We also loved all the packages included, especially the trips to Puka Beach and Ilig-Iligan Beach with towels and on-time pickup—very organized and hassle-free. The place is peaceful, spacious, and perfect if you want a quiet environment. The facilities are great, and the staff are super friendly—nakikipagbiruan pa special to mention Mr. Forever (Denmark 🥰)kaya ang saya ng vibe! The food was unli and super nakakabusog—talagang overwhelming in a good way. Though the pool was not fully functional, okay lang because they provided hourly shuttle service going outside. Honestly, nahirapan kami maghanap ng affordable yet quiet and relaxing hotel, but choosing Alta Vista met almost all our expectations. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful experience. 5 stars for us and we will definitely recommend your hotel!

So let's begin with the positives. The staff is excellent, beyond excellent they will go out of everything to make you feel accommodated. They are unbelievably attentive. Another positive aspect is its location which is literally right on the sand. Can't get much closer to the beach than this hotel. And did I mention that the staff was very accommodating? When you want to lounge on the beach, the staff will rush out immediately to position the lounges and put towels down. They truly work hard to assist your every need when you are on the beach. An improvement would be updated lounge chairs with cushions but you are not lounging on the sand unless you want to. So as I said, I want to start off with a positive but there are serious negatives about this hotel in fact to the point at which I would suggest booking a different hotel if at all possible. First on the list of negatives is that the food at the restaurant is less than mediocre. Yes you will get breakfast but in all honesty, you might just want to pass that up. Nothing is kept hot...nothing. Everything is served lukewarm or cold except for the eggs which they do make right away...the fresh cooked eggs is the only exception to luke-warm or in some cases even slightly undercooked food. However, what should be cold is never cold, for example even though the milk has a sign that says cold milk it is always room temperature as well as the juices. The cold milk is warm...always,,,,while the food that should be warm or hot is always cold or virtually well on its way to being cold. It's interesting that even though they have the small gas flame burners at the bottom of containers for food, they are never on. Additionally I would recommend that if you are not accustomed to luke-warm to cold Filipino style food again, you may want stay eat somewhere else because most of the food served is Filipino style and while Filipino food can be quite good, not here. Now for the accommodations. The rooms are at best motel style rooms with the AC blasting down on you constantly. Your only alternative is to turn the AC on and off throughout the night to get a break. The rooms themselves are rustic and extremely noisy because everything faces the courtyard and you have concrete surrounding you so it echoes in any conversation especially at night. Sound just echoes throughout the entire place. There is constant noise so bring your ear plugs. I will say, staff keeps everything very clean so no problems there at all. It's just that the entire facility is not well-designed or well maintained for most travelers' expectations. For example, The hot water in the shower it's turned on similar to a faucet bathtub style but the water literally trickles out (at least in my room). Fortunately you do get some hot water coming through the shower head and while it is barely enough to take a shower, it is not what you would expect at a hotel price. I selected this hotel because it has so many good reviews online and it has a lot of 10s out of10s. One site lists it as 4.9 out of 5, I thought that was great but after a few nights, I am convinced that these reviews are from the owners, owner friends or staff or perhaps all of them. It is completely beyond my imagination that this hotel can get those kinds of reviews especially as there are other hotels that are around to compare with. I have traveled a lot and this is probably not more then a five to six at most out of 10 and the only reason it's that high because of staff. Again....5.5 to 10 is my rating on this motel/hotel.

Absolutely amazing! I'll definitely stay here again next time I visit Boracay. Before check-in, you can enjoy the hotel's pool and private beach. Free paddleboarding is also available! Upon checking in, we received welcome sweets that weren't very tasty! (But they looked cute, so I was happy). The hotel had a few restaurants, but there was a Filipino restaurant and a mall nearby that caught our eye, so we ate lunch and dinner there. The breakfast area had high ceilings and felt very open and spacious! There was a wide variety of delicious food. One thing to note is that the locations of the pools other than the main one were a bit hard to find. Also, when I was walking around the hotel at night, I encountered large bugs and frogs! 😭

They went beyond my expectations. I thought it was going to be like a family run inn but I was so wrong. Upon arrival, they will offer some refreshments and hand towel which is a nice touch. Room was really cute! Attic room but it didnt feel hot. Nice bed and pillows-had a good night’s sleep here. The soundproofing is non-existent however. You can hear the families on the other rooms if they are on the hallways. Also, if people are smoking in the general areas, the smoke smell can get it your room which pissed me off. Nonetheless, would come back for sure.

This is a wonderful hotel, exactly as described, and the photos are completely accurate. The staff is incredibly friendly and goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay throughout your vacation. Any issues that arose were resolved in minutes. You can tell they truly value their reputation. Just a heads-up: payment at the hotel is cash-only. The hotel's location is absolutely perfect, beyond words. It's right in the heart of all the entertainment and leisure spots, and only a 5-minute walk to the sea. I do want to mention one significant drawback: there was a lot of noise from equipment operating near our room, which was quite unpleasant. You do get used to it over time and eventually tune it out, but it might be an important consideration for some. In the last few days of our stay, the hot water started to disappear, becoming only lukewarm, and this issue couldn't be resolved. Also, the Wi-Fi suddenly stopped working completely on our last night (Friday to Saturday) without any explanation, so we had to use mobile internet until check-out. For us, the breakfasts were a notable downside – the selection of dishes was extremely limited. Coffee was only served from a pot (likely instant), and coffee from the machine was an extra charge. However, after I brought this up, the issue with the coffee machine was resolved. For the next six breakfasts, they made complimentary machine coffee for my partner and me. Special thanks to the entire hotel team and for the lovely daily notes in our room that brightened our mood and made our vacation even more enjoyable!

We just got back from the paradise island of Boracay! It's the best place on Earth! We spent a long time choosing a hotel and made the perfect choice with One Crescent Hotel 🥰👌. It's located in a quiet, cozy spot, surrounded by lots of trees and greenery. A charming path leads to the hotel, and I absolutely loved walking this route to the beach, past the church. The walk to the sea is very convenient, just 5 minutes, and the best part is that we arrived right at Boracay Island's main attraction – Willy's Rock. It's the most beautiful place on White Beach 😍👍, with the softest white sand and incredibly clear, blue sea ❤️. We really loved the hotel. It's a small, 4-story building, with the reception on the ground floor. It’s a quiet and cozy place with incredibly kind and attentive staff who always seem to know what guests need and provide it with maximum convenience and smiles! We especially grew fond of the hotel's administrator, a woman named Ruby. She is so attentive, caring, and kind; she even helped my husband organize my birthday, and it was the best day ever!!! This sweet lady is the heart and soul of this hotel, and our stay was made extra special because of her. We truly felt at home. Breakfasts at the hotel are à la carte, with Filipino, European, and continental options. The portions are generous, we were never hungry! You can also order breakfast to your room. The bed was comfortable, with good bedding and nice white towels (the beach towels were also very decent). There’s a balcony, a fridge, always hot water, a TV where you can connect your phone to watch whatever you want, and a smart speaker. You can also send clothes for laundry. The hotel provides beach mats, which is very convenient since there are hardly any sun loungers on the beach. We are really looking forward to returning and will definitely choose this cozy hotel again!!! I highly recommend it; it’s an excellent choice – great value for money, quality, location, and of course, the wonderful people who work there. We already miss you all so much! ❤️

Had to hunt down coffee most times and toaster was broken entire 8 days. They won’t put out any new food after 9am even though buffet lasts until 10am. Small pool and no area to sit around pool. Room was ok but needs upgrading of furniture and closets. No way to get transportation to hotel lobby from street you have to walk quite a distance to the beach from for the entrance. Great beachfront location where all the action is on station 2.

We enjoyed this hotel. The room was spacious and the view was simply stunning. Breakfast was very tasty. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. They also have a small private area with sun loungers and umbrellas. Beach was amazing too. The only negative aspect we noticed was that during breakfast, a couple of guests came into the restaurant wearing swimwear and bikinis, and the restaurant staff did not say anything to them. It didn’t feel hygienic when they chose food while undressed and then sat down at the table.

The hotel is in a good localization because just few meters from Dmall, place with supermarket, restaurant, massage and stores. Also from a good part of the beach. The staffs are gentle, always smiling. But they could be more pro active saying that the transfer to go back to airport MUST to be request one day before that you are leaving the hotel, even when your fly is at night. They asked to us to find a way back to airport by yourselves. Sometimes the staff forgot to replace face towel the good part they didn't in the last day of check out, because probably the hotel should ask as to pay for it.

The hotel's Italian restaurant also offered a pizza-making experience. It was a fun and unique activity, and I got to eat the delicious pizza I made myself, which made for a great memory. The experience from this hotel Fairways & Bluewater exceeds my expectation in fact one of the best hotel / resort in my entire travel by far. There is a 24hours shuttle inside the resort that will get in you within the vicinity and out of the main gate if you want to go out for night life or just to buy supplies or food at Citymall which was just accross the main gate of Fairways. Lastly, I wiould like to recommend all of their staff who were very helpful, polite, courteous and will definitely cheer you up because they were so warm and super helpful and friendly. This is now my go-to hotel whenever I have plans of going to Boracay! Thank you Fairways & Bluewaters I'm so in love with ypur place!!! 🥰😊❤️💯❤️🥰

Initially, we were given a connecting room, and the soundproofing was terrible; you could hear everything happening through the walls and door in the next room. On the plus side, the hotel was accommodating and moved us to a higher category, non-connecting room the next day. Unfortunately, this hotel is in serious need of a good renovation, both inside and out. The location is good, and the sun loungers on the beach are comfortable, but there aren't many, so you have to reserve a spot early in the morning. Several times after housekeeping, we found other people's hair in the bed, which was quite unpleasant. Only one breakfast stood out during our entire stay; on other days, the breakfasts were sparse with limited choices. Overall, the hotel is suitable for a short stay, but be aware of the issues mentioned above.

The Jacuzzi suite was exactly what I had been looking for and I enjoyed my week there very much. Would live there permanently if the hotel management would allow it (hint hint). I enjoy my stay in this hotel. Upon check-in, the front desk staff on the other side assisted me well even after I asked for a room change. I am not pretty sure of his name, but it was Aldrich, Aldrick? Whatever, the one who assisted me with my luggage during check-in was sooooooo nice; he silently assisted me even during the transfer. A huge thumbs up. However, the staff in the pool was quite rude; he's a bit impatient, and some of the front desk staff are lacking in unity/endorsement. I repeated myself several times to just simply assist my mother. I told them several times that she already registered as my companion, yet one of them told her that the visitor isn't allowed. Even one of them wrote something on the paper; what is it for? Yet in the end, I got disturbed in my work, and my mother even got more confused lol. Aside from that, I requested extra toiletries and coffee, but it takes an hour to arrive; in fact, it didn't arrive at all. Instead, I just approached the housekeeping in the hallway for it. The hotel was good, but the staff, especially the front desk staff, didn't pay attention to their guests' requests or instructions. Only that kind concierge/bellman that helped me during the check-in with my luggage left a good impression when it comes to the staff of this hotel.
