Many small problems, the curtains fell off as soon as they were pulled, the bathroom exhaust fan could not be turned on or off (in order to say that the central control actually did not seem to be) The sound was oversized, and then I didn’t know how to turn on the hot water for a long time. We had a great time. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering good informatiin for island activities. (highway closure, local acyivities and such) The pool is a little cold but there is a nice hot tub jacuzzi option. The pools hours of availability are terrific, and allowed for plenty of time for fun The breakfast available with the stay offers a good basic variety of hard boiled eggs, cereals, toast and bagels juice and coffee or tea. Just one suggestiin would be to add aniyher ice machine, otherwise we are happy with our stay and found everything clean and enjoyable Again such friendly and helpful staff throughout. The room is badly in need of renovations because the very old carpeted floor is uneven and bumpy. There is a smell in the room where I had to open the window to air.
The bathtub hot water is just barely warm. A report to the receptionist on my 3rd evening.. who suggested I change my room.
When I checked on the first day, the reception offered a room upgrade which I rejected after I went to the room because it was very dark and gave an uneasy feeling.
This is probably the worst hotel on this trip in Canada where I have been for last one month.From€96

The breakfast included was definitely the best part of the stay because it wasn't a continental breakfast but a freshly made egg omelet with sausage, waffles, bagels, and of course coffee or tea. Hotel location is very easy to find, the room, bedding and bathroom supplies are very new and clean, arrived at the hotel early on the same day and checked in in advance, it really made the guests have a good experience. If you need to take a boat back to Vancouver in the morning, this hotel is a very good choice. It takes only 5 minutes from the hotel to the departure bay ferry terminal, which is very convenient. This hotel is a bit biased on Victoria Island. If it is not self-driving, it is very inconvenient. The hotel is relatively new. The facilities are relatively complete. There are hot springs. Facing a small lake, it was quite peaceful. There is a kitchen, but we don’t have time to cook by ourselves. The breakfast at the hotel is good, you can make your own waffles. There is plenty of easily accessed parking in front of the tiny home.Despite the home’s tiny footprint, the vaulted ceilings make the living area feel quite spacious. The living space includes a comfortable sectional pull-out. Cozy up on the couch with a good book or a board game and enjoy this unique stay experience. There is a small tv with ChromeCast access so you are able to cast from your phone, tablet or computer any of your streaming sites. **NEW JUNE 2024** We have installed an awning that extends the length of the Tiny Home providing a covered area to dine and relax outside.The kitchen features a full sized fridge, microwave, gas stove and oven, electric tea kettle, French press, and all the cooking ware you'll need to create your delicious meals . We provide coffee, tea, as well as oat milk and sugar. We also supply general condiments for cooking – such as spices and olive oil.The generous sized bathroom comes equipped with all amenities including towels, shampoo and conditioner, body wash & lotion. If you forget anything, let us know.The sleeping loft is accessible by a small staircase , from the living room. This space has a queen size mattress and comes with lots of light from pot-lights and side lamps. The room is badly in need of renovations because the very old carpeted floor is uneven and bumpy. There is a smell in the room where I had to open the window to air.
The bathtub hot water is just barely warm. A report to the receptionist on my 3rd evening.. who suggested I change my room.
When I checked on the first day, the reception offered a room upgrade which I rejected after I went to the room because it was very dark and gave an uneasy feeling.
This is probably the worst hotel on this trip in Canada where I have been for last one month.From€96

We had a great time. The staff is friendly and helpful, offering good informatiin for island activities. (highway closure, local acyivities and such) The pool is a little cold but there is a nice hot tub jacuzzi option. The pools hours of availability are terrific, and allowed for plenty of time for fun The breakfast available with the stay offers a good basic variety of hard boiled eggs, cereals, toast and bagels juice and coffee or tea. Just one suggestiin would be to add aniyher ice machine, otherwise we are happy with our stay and found everything clean and enjoyable Again such friendly and helpful staff throughout. The Beach Club is a our go-to spot when we need to get away from reality for a few days, the setting, the amenities and the staff always make our stay the perfect gateway!
We had a fabulous meal in the onsite restaurant finished off with a 40 year old Fladgate for dessert. We walked for miles on the sand and the boardwalk and even got to get our Pickleball fix with several courts and welcoming locals adjacent to the hotel!
Once again, the Beach Club was a perfect distraction!

The breakfast included was definitely the best part of the stay because it wasn't a continental breakfast but a freshly made egg omelet with sausage, waffles, bagels, and of course coffee or tea. The downside of the stay was being close to a busy road and traffic can be a little noisy.
