The home is a legally operated duplex with two bedrooms and two full bathrooms, suitable for both short and extended stays. It includes a fully equipped kitchen with cookware, utensils, glassware, plates, and refrigerator, a dining area, and a comfortable living room ideal for reading or movie nights. The décor is thoughtfully curated to create a calm, lived-in atmosphere.

Whether you are visiting Miami for work, medical reasons, relocation, or leisure, this home is designed to be a quiet and comfortable place to recharge after a full day out. Please note that there are steps throughout the property, which may not be suitable for guests with mobility limitations.

Guests are welcome to enjoy the shared swimming pool and the expansive front yard surrounded by tropical plants. The pool is a swimming pool (not a hot tub), is shared with the other duplex on the property, and is heated to 84°F during the winter season (December 21 through March 21).

Miami Paradise is located in a wooded residential area of North Miami, where homes sit on generous lots with trees and open spaces. With this natural setting comes wildlife. Each duplex has its own charcoal grill. Guests should bring charcoal and clean the grill after use. The host retains access through the middle duplex, which is not available for rent and does not interfere with guest privacy.
