The room and amenities were really great but I had a bad experience checking out. They didn’t have a proper process for billing with Trip.com, they held me 3 hours and the payment still couldn’t come through. Don’t know who’s fault it was but from what I saw, Radisson Blu seemed at fault. While they made me ask Trip.com reps to calk them, their operator wasn’t taking calls properly. I had to call on their number infront of them to show that their operator isn’t taking call thats why Trip.com isn’t able to get through. Their business emails were messed up and because of it Trip.com wasn’t able to send the payment, finally I paid physically. One expects Radisson Blu to have a better process to handle bookings from online platforms, but it seems this one is just for marriage parties and not tourists.

The room and amenities were really great but I had a bad experience checking out. They didn’t have a proper process for billing with Trip.com, they held me 3 hours and the payment still couldn’t come through. Don’t know who’s fault it was but from what I saw, Radisson Blu seemed at fault. While they made me ask Trip.com reps to calk them, their operator wasn’t taking calls properly. I had to call on their number infront of them to show that their operator isn’t taking call thats why Trip.com isn’t able to get through. Their business emails were messed up and because of it Trip.com wasn’t able to send the payment, finally I paid physically. One expects Radisson Blu to have a better process to handle bookings from online platforms, but it seems this one is just for marriage parties and not tourists.

A Fantastic Stay and Exceptional Service! The hotel is stunning, with beautiful rooms and a high standard of cleanliness. The territory is a perfect place to relax, and the swimming pool is magnificent—the best spot to unwind. I also loved the restaurant; the food was delicious with an impressive variety of options. Hi the hotel was very good as I had booked this for my parents but the only problem was they were asked to pay for the room which I had already pre paid through trip.com . Even after showing them the receipt and booking details they were still insisting on paying telling that they haven't received any payment .

First of all, thanks for your service.! It was nice stay with 10 Park Hotel, as the location of the stay was excellent. All other nearby good locations were easily accessible. I would appreciate the hotel's facility as well as, the staff and their service were fantastic during the stay. Foods were also delicious and mouthwatering... Overall, we enjoyed fully...

Property is new.location not proper.It is surrounded by old slum like area. breakfast was included but only Aloo paratha was available.At eating area, hygiene is an issue. Room is new but small.Not properly ventilated. Hotel person, Mr.Mishra is a nice person. Receptionist lady seemed not enjoying her job. Just an average stay.Not recommended primarily because of crowded location.

Good location near a mall, movies, markets. Cooperative and helpful management and staff. Cons - Approach road to hotel from main road (it's just a 50 steps distance) may seem a little congested and somewhat dingy but once you reach the hotel gate, it's very clean and modern.

As i entered the room there was a lizard baby roaming on bed and one on curtain. On sun-day my niece came with me coz i am going to my sis house and have to put my office bag in room and take some merchandise from my room the receptionist misbehave. Sorry haven't clicked any pick.
