Having our wedding at Bellevue Resort was definitely the best choice! Our wedding was delayed by Covid for 3 years and there were a few staff changes and Sheila Baldo has picked up where the last events manager left off without a hitch. She was always available, polite and open to ideas. We looked around at other venue options and the beach front privacy and luxe experience Bellevue offers are incomparable. What we love most about the event was the food which was above and beyond the expectation for a buffet - it certainly tasted like fine dining, the attention to details and the execution of everything we have agreed on. My family and I have had such a great time spending our wedding and holiday/reunion in Bellevue. The daily breakfast buffet options were always exciting and cater to locals and foreigners alike. The koi pond is always a hit - you can do fish feeding, and I never tire walking past them. During our 5 day stay, they always have a quiet event at their beach front which says a lot about them being a very good choice as an events space for your important occasions. Some nights they had a live band to serenade diners at the restaurant. The staff - they are unbelievable! They were quick, accommodating, friendly and always at your service. What needs improvement on, however, was their spa and their massage therapists. We spoke to Drew, the manager, and plans to remedy this were actually on the way! I guess next time, we will have to try this out!

We recently stayed at the Mithi for one week on November and it was a beautiful hotel to stay at, the pool and views are beautiful, we did snorkelling just off the beach the hotel has a boat and they will take you out to the reef which is really good, the rooms are cleaned great, all of the staff were so friendly and helpful they are all great, the food is very nice but you do need to add a few more vegetarian options to the menu, there is not much around so you do need to rent a motor bike or pay for a tuk tuk to see the island, I would definitely recommend staying here, Thankyou for a great holiday! The ambience in total is cozy, relaxing and nature-loving. Access to the beach is just a few steps away and is very private to the guests. The resort is more applicable to families with childrren or large families than couples who look forward to romantic getaways. Overall I am satisfied with the service, the accommodation, the food was pretty okay too. They serve breakfast buffet from 6am-10am and have limited options to choose from. If they can add cereals, that would be aweaome.

I heard that all Koreans are in Henan, but there are a lot of them here too~~ But still, the overall accommodation felt quiet and relaxed! The staff was really friendly and the facilities were clean and nice! The breakfast is not delicious. There isn't much variety. Just eat bread. Haha. If I come to Bohol again next time, this is an accommodation I want to come back to.

We booked a superior deluxe room, after the room allocation we found that the bathroom smelled unbearably. After upgrading to a deluxe room, this problem went away. We then paid an additional 600 pesos per day for the upgrade. The whole hotel is more suitable for locals, big renovation backlog. When taking a shower, the water ran onto the bathroom floor and remained there as a large puddle, since the drain was higher than floor level. When using the toilet, the legs were then in the puddle. A bath mat was missing. There were no pool towels, no cups and only one glass. Kettle was available. Breakfast was a fried egg, a cup of rice, a slice of questionable ham and some fruit. Or a fried egg, two slices of toast, some jam and butter, a slice of questionable ham and some fruit. You could get coffee and drinks yourself. The pool was good and is attractively designed. The beach is beautiful and is cleaned by the staff. The WLAN access written at the reception only worked there, not in the rooms and not in the restaurant. On the last day shortly before departure we found out about a different WLAN connection. This worked in the restaurant and at the pool but not in the room.

The staff don't seem to have any training or are all in training i.e. trainees. I found it really hard to get anything accomplished asking for ice too for ages then when I did saying a 50 peso bill for ice 🙄 the pool is small but you do get your own beach access and the location is quite as compared to the main part of the town which is too much noise and party. I really liked the rooms and decor it felt modern and clean The breakfast was ok just make sure to ask for what ever you want to be cooked fresh as the food left out is cold and or been left for long time. The gym is good but could do with some more equipment. Local shops are by the entrance for cheaper snacks and drinks

Chez Judy is newly opened resort, about 10 minutes away from Alona beach which really ideal if you want a quiet holiday. Although the resort didn’t have a review yet as it’s so new, we risked it and stayed anyway. Me and my family stayed in this resort for 3 nights and we didn’t regret it at all. The hotel is lovely and quiet just what we needed after a long tiring day doing tour around Bohol. There’s a few little things still need improving but, we didn’t really care about it. What we are impressed about is the amazing service from the team. Kuya Arthur the chef alway accommodated our needs and requests when it comes to food. He goes out of his way to provide what we needed. On our first day we arrived late in the evening travelling from London. Although the restaurant already closed, when we asked if we can still order some food, he didn’t hesitated to stay and cook for us even it was quite late at night. His customer service was excellent! Also, the resort general manager was very helpful arranging all the tours for us, it makes our holiday less stressful and enjoyable. Well done to all the team. My apology for the late review, I thought I had submitted this review but, I didn’t realised I hadn’t click submit, lol. I would like to add regarding Kuya Arthur’s own recipe Potato Wedges, they were totally unsolicited one afternoon but greatly appreciated. A really nice touch, AND they were superb too. He is an absolute credit to the hotel.

Very nice stay, great location, good amenities. Small hidden gem outside of the mass tourism. Nice pool and garden, very nice bridge in the mangrove. Super location for massage in the outdoor area, do not miss it !!! Very good breakfast, but they could improve the coffee. Regarding the restaurant, it is good but very slow. The staff is a big plus to this place!!! I will come back.

We had a total of 6 rooms reserved for this hotel for a one night stay. It was a family overnight stay. When we first arrived - we were assigned to rooms in the second building where some trash is being burned at the next property. The smoke was bothersome. The rooms also smell somewhat musty. The hotel personnel however were very nice and accommodating and immediately transferred us to the main building. They did ask the next door property owner to put out the trash fire. Overall our stay in this place was very good. Breakfast was good and it was right at the poolside. Access to the beach was very easy. Hotel personnel were very helpful and friendly.

Nice people, it was fun with the birthday celebration, the band was ok.. It was our second time stays. Still we will come back again next year. Don't expect luxurious stay but it was a feeling of being in a home in front of the beach. The pool was good, though I don't like the idea of no lifeguard no swimming policy especially if you are an adult, you can't swim in the night anymore which is kinda unfair and boring...

This hotel is in the Anda area, there is no commercial atmosphere around it, so it is very quiet, you need to call for a trip. The location is about 2 hours by car from Tagbilaran Pier. On the last day, we have to catch the boat at 7 o'clock. The staff prepared a sandwich and water for us one night in advance, and we were taken to the dock before 5 o'clock in the morning. The driver drove Soon, I arrived at the pier in over an hour. The environment in the hotel is good. We live in a chalet, and the sea can be seen from the balcony. The big bed in the room is large enough to sleep four adults at the same time. Children do not need to add extra beds. The service staff were very welcoming and the restaurant tasted super good. We were there for three meals a day. If you want to snorkel, you can go to the sea with the hotel's crab boat. The snorkeling and deep diving locations are not far from the hotel. The staff on the boat will also take care of us and snorkel with us. Next time I take the dive certificate, I will choose to come to this hotel and stay for a week. Thank you hotel staff for their warm service and made our family a wonderful holiday!

I regularly stay in the Hotel , ten times or more in fact , the rooms are clean , and the front desk staff are effective however the staff turnover in this property is incredibly high for some reason and it’s always staffed with new people whenever we visit , NIkko is the star employee of this property . The hotel is located in a quiet area but the security should be more effective keeping the beach hawkers away from the property bothering guests . The big downfall of this property is the consistent terrible quality of food , they ask for a preorder for breakfast the night before cook it and then reheat it when you arrive , how can you reheat a fried egg , the cooks don’t even know how to cook potatoes, my wife eats fried rice for breakfast it tasteless , Putting unsupervised school age kids in the kitchen is not working out for this property when it comes to food quality so I normally skip breakfast and eat it elsewhere (honestly Mac Donald’s is better ) I hope someone from management reads this and replies to my helpful feedback as I do generally want to see improvements in my favorite hotel in Bohol

I stayed here with my partner for her birthday and was pleasantly surprised. The location is ideal to visit restaurants and bars in Alona. Room was clean, had a mini fridge, quiet aircon and warm shower. The door used a key card lock for safety. All the staff was really friendly, including the night guard. I informed the resort in advance of my partners birthday and they decorated the room which was really nice so I could not be happier with my stay!

We stayed here for 11 nights while visiting my parents on Bohol. This is one of the most beautiful locations in all of Philippines and it rivals many coastal resorts we’ve been on in Hawaii, Florida and California. We relish this jewel of a place and have only the best things to say about our hosts Jilo and Ralf, who we’ve gotten to know. They are friendly and kind and always willing to suggest things to do on your stay and make you feel welcomed and comfortable! ❤️ The Sea Breeze restaurant overlooking Anda White Beach is outstanding. There are many choices for breakfast, lunch and dinner, all delicious! The bedrooms and bathrooms are sparkling clean and the views are spectacular. The landscaping was done by the owners themselves. You can tell they care very much for their guests and their resort. It shows how well the resort is maintained. The staff is also super friendly. We have just arrived hone only two days ago and we already miss everything about J and R Residence resort 🌴🥰 We plan to return someday!

The hotel is located in Anda, away from the complex of Panglao and Tagbilaran. The entire resort has 16 rooms, closed management, very good privacy, with large white sand beaches and clean sea water. The hotel's double rowing boats and skateboards can be played for free. If you are not tall, you can snorkel at the beachside of the hotel. For free, the hotel’s diving club also provides life jackets. There are several professional diving instructors in the hotel's diving club to teach diving. The hotel's boat is going out for diving three times a day (for a fee). As long as ten minutes of boating, both my husband and I participated, seeing turtles and many fish and corals, regret it. In Panglao, I wasted time to go to Baricasa. There are many similar faults and corals on the bottom of Anda, so I can see a lot of things and the one-on-one coach here is very safe. Many guests are diving two times a day. However, this resort is located in Anda, two hours drive from Tagbilaran, renting a car from Tagbilaran to 3000P, we have a car park from Panglao to play the Butterfly Garden, the tarsier reserve and the Chocolate Hill total 5000P fare. It’s expensive, but it’s worth it. It’s not comparable to Panglao ALONA. The beach is white and delicate, and the sea is quiet and beautiful. It is suitable for families who like quiet vacation. Need to remind domestic tourists that the resort does not provide disposable items in order to reduce garbage, you need to bring your own toothbrush slippers, etc., and three meals a day are in the resort, there is basically no possibility of going out for food, wifi is slightly worse, from time to time dropped, but The original nature of the resort is kept very good, the service staff is professional and enthusiastic, the resort lives next to the OWNER family, and comes to chat with guests every day.

It’s really a mess! Each room faces the pool, and there are tables and chairs at the door and hangers for drying clothes. The hotel's restaurant is very nice to see and has a postcard. Although the hotel is not large overall, there are also many small details with a lot of thoughts. The reclining chair, the rocking chair and the bed are all ready to face the sea for a long time! Moreover, there are no mosquitoes! Living on the first floor for a few days, there are no mosquitoes! The only downside is that the road to go out is not very good. It is a dirt road, but we only walk around the road every day for about 5 minutes. There are cars on the road at any time. And because it is far away from the main road, the scenery is good, and it is quiet and safe! There is a dive shop in the hotel. When the check-in day is too late, people go to work. In the evening, they contact other dive shops and find that they have caught up with people in the past few days. I am afraid that the next morning will be too late to schedule, and the three-day fun dive of the Kraken will be fixed that night. . The Kraken has a free tutu shuttle, which is almost every hour. It is very convenient to go and go. It is usually a dive back to Alona after dinner and then take the Kraken's car back to the hotel. You can park at the intersection, super convenient! Oh, yes, the hotel restaurant is generally the same, but the Philippines is going to play with the sea, the whole thing is very general, don't have too high expectations!

Stayed for 3 days and was a bit far from Alona Beach, but fortunately there was a free shuttle bus at the hotel. The interior of the hotel is beautiful, the facilities are very new, and the complimentary breakfast is not bad. But the hotel is surrounded by villages, dirty and messy, the road to the hotel turned out to be a dirt road, the tap water and the water in the pool are all unpurified sea water, a bit salty, the whole of the island of Bohol. With a 12-year-old child, there is no extra bed, and 800p per night, which is a bit expensive. Since I go out to play every day, the overall situation is not bad, the environment there is the same. The level of consumption is comparable to that of first-tier cities in China.

Truly the best - the room reminds me of some luxury hotels, very nice and comfortable. It is the first hotel on Philippines with a good shower pressure. The pool is just a step away, so sometimes it can be a little loud - there are children and divers training. The staff is very helpful, provided me with a bike rent and showed me a hospital. The only thing - it was out of the electricity almost the whole day, and the ants ate everything I left unpacked.

We stayed here for 2 nights with my friends during our trip to Bohol. Our tour service booked this for us as part of their package. Hostel is far from Alona Beach (if this is where you want to go during your stay). There are a couple of local stores within the vicinity, but if you’re looking for convenience, seek other hostels (assess your budget). 🟢 AC is working great, though a bit noisy since it’s a window-type unit. 🟢 Bed sheets and towels provided are clean and fresh. Beds were made well enough for a good night sleep after a day of touring. 🟢 Price per night is for travellers with a very tight budget. 🟠 Water supply for shower is available 24/7, but unavailable for bidet, water cabin, and sink - maybe has something to do with the connection. Shower water seems like a mix of salt water and fresh water though. Needs checking for contamination in the pipe connections. 🟠 Flat screen TV is decent for playing videos, photos, and music. Cable is connected, but has no channels to offer. 🟠 Hostel exterior needs a face lift - looks eerie from the outside. Front desk is located at the back of the entrance - what??? 🟠 Swimming pool is accessible to check-in customers 24/7. Size is decent - not big, not deep. However, water supplied is a mix of salt water and fresh water. 🔴 Floor tiles creak with your footsteps, and is due to crack when stepped on at a wrong instance. 🔴 Drying racks are a bit too small in proportion to the room capacity - ours even had a missing leg stand affecting stability of the rack specially after coming from boat trips and island hopping where we have lots of wet clothes to hang and dry. 🔴 No internet connection but has strong WiFi signal throughout the rooms. 🔴 Cellular signal is NIL inside the rooms - you need to go to the common areas to have signal. This will be a problem specially if you coordinate with your tour guides through SMS or Messenger/WhatsApp/Viber.

We chose Stefanie Grace Paradise for its location and good price and we do not mislead. They have various types of rooms, we choose the Standard Twin Room, with private bathroom and river views. The room was quite large and had everything needed: 2 large beds, closet, desk, furniture with TV and air conditioning. The bathroom with washing, vater and shower separate from the rest. Towels and soap included with the room. The accommodation has a beautiful terrace, where you can enjoy the beautiful views from its hams or enjoy the great tread through the tobogans that give you directly to the river. In addition to the terrace, they have a living room inside the building, with tables where you can eat/ dine or a sofa area where you can relax and protect from the heat suffocating. In addition to the rooms, they offer other facilities and/or services such as: - Pool: located at the entrance of the accommodation, wide, well-cared and perfect to refresh you at the middle of the day. - Restaurant : where you offer breakfast, meals and dinner, everything very cheap and quite rich. - Car rental: the prices you will find will be the same as anywhere else in the town. So the best option is to rent it directly with them, more comfortable. - Excursions and/or transfers: if you are not of those to rent a motorcycle, don't worry, they organise your activities if you want, ask in reception for any doubt. - Shop/bar: they have snacks and a variety of drinks (fresh, beer, bait ...) Both the owner (Fructuous) and his brother and all the workers are quite kind and will take care of you and help you in what you need. Do not hesitate to enter into conversation with Fructuoso if you are there, it is very nice and will give you information about what points of the island to visit pleased. We enjoy a lot during our visit and will certainly repeat if we return to the island in the future,

The hotel itself is very good, like a big manor, a small courtyard, or a log cabin, the children like it, lying in bed listening to the birds screaming. The cliff restaurant is beautiful, but the food is average. Horse riding is available in the hotel and there is a small zoo that is perfect for children. Breakfast is terrible, nothing to eat, we almost have omelettes and pancakes every day, especially if we don't know what to eat for our children. This needs to be improved, and everything else is fine. Overall, it is worth living!

Breakfast is not so waking up for .. heavy breakfast though others might like it. It's not far from the main town. Definitely not my favourite hotel - in fact I left after the first night of my 3 night booking & forfeited my payment for the remaining nights. BED... If you like sleeping on a FIRM bed similar to a timber floor, then the bed will suit you fine. If you prefer a more luxurious softer bed then book a different hotel. Even when Housekeeping put 2 comforters between the bed & the sheet, it was still HARD. BATHROOM Again very different to usual Filipino standards. On the bed were 2 face washers & 2 towels (about the size of typical western hand towels), plus in the bathroom was 2 ”Bath Towels” (narrow long flimsy open weave fabric) for exfoliating your body not drying it. Getting dry after the shower was definitely a challenge. BREAKFAST For a westerner, there was no cereal to start the day. The buffet containers for both the fried eggs & the back were empty, so I asked if they could be replenished. The hostess immediately went to the kitchen & promptly returned with a plate of fried eggs & another plate of bacon. I thought YIPPEE, I will have fresh hot breakfast, but I was sadly disappointed as both the eggs & the bacon were cold - obviously left on a bench in the kitens after being cooked sometime earlier. If you want butter to go with your sweet toast, you have to ask for it. Vegemite on sweet toast is a strange taste. Cappucino coffee is NOT included in breakfast. POWER OUTLETS If you have travelled to the Philippines you will know that their power outlets are two flat vertical pins. NOT HERE, they are the Korean recessed circular pins which made charging my devices a challenge. Thankfully reception had Korean/Filipino adapters. POOL It was nice!

We stayed at this beautiful resort last year to celebrate my nephew's 3rd birthday for 2 nights and 3 days. As far as I remember, we availed the discounted rates during Travel Expo in SMX. All of our requests were granted especially the simple birthday set up when we arrived. The room , beddings and CR are great, except for the location of the assigned room/villa everything is perfect. I informed that we have 2 senior citizens prior to booking, we were expecting rooms nearer to the restaturant. But, we really enjoyed our stay especially the buffet breakfast and ”calmly” atmosphere at the resort, the staff are polite and acommodating too. I recommend this place to my firends and give a chance, we will definitely stay again at this resort.

This resort is a huge surprise! The premier rooms are exclusive and private with one pool. The balcony is right on top of the river bay but I didn’t find any mosquitoes! Netflix is also a plus with its big Samsung TV as we watched a new Korean series. It’s also very cool at night. The other thing is there’s a big tree surrounded by a lot of fireflies. We didn’t need to take a boat ride to watch them at all!!! There’s also a jogging path very pristine. We’ll definitely go back. The only downside is the service at the lobby. It seems like a family business so the efficiency was not quite as good as in branded resorts. But anyway we were super happy during the stay.

The hotel is located about a 15-minute drive from Alona Beach. There are a variety of breakfast options and an extra bed is available. It must be great to come here with parents and children! The parking lot is huge, and there is a bar and swimming pool inside the hotel. The service is particularly good, the shuttle service is very good, the boss must do what he says, and will not cheat others. The only bad point is that the hotel raises a lot of chickens, which is super noisy, but the rustic style is like this, which is still acceptable.

I accidentally booked this hotel and didn't expect it to be so far from the dock, but it was really amazing, so I couldn't help but write some comments for this hotel. Start to focus, knock on the blackboard! 1. The hotel is located in the Anda area. If you want a clean hotel and don't want the Chinese to get together, choose here. There are very few people here, there are fewer Asians, and there will be no noisy tours. The terminal chartered (9-seat) 3500P, driving for two and a half hours. 2. The beach is much better than Alona. The sand is very fine and white. You can go to a small town along the beach at 4 o'clock in the afternoon. The town has a seafood market. There is a hot dog shop that is super delicious, as long as 50P. It is also very cheap to eat in the town. Dinner can be eaten by the beach, watching the moonlight and blowing the sea breeze. 3. The hotel's infinity pool is very good, although the view is beautiful, the hotel room decoration is a bit simple, but the room is quite big, the hotel next door is also very good, is the J&G hotel. 3. The hotel provides breakfast, the hotel's food is very good, 50 per person, there is a BBQ pork rice super delicious, the hotel has free kayaking, and other charges can also be booked. It is very suitable for bringing children here. You can have an extra bed. The people who came here said that it was very good. It was right. Especially suitable for friends who don't want to go to Alona. I lived in Alona for 3 days and then I feel that the world is clean. Be prepared to come here next time.

Wonderful place which also caters for families :-) Erwin was an excellent host and gave us tips / planned trips for us etc. The resort is nice and it has a cool restaurant with reasonable prices. The pool was wonderful and it has a shallow area for little children. The only drawback is that you cannot swim directly at the beach at the resort. You would need to go to a different location. But that is also easily organised.

We were there to scout snorkeling locations. The owner showed us around and arranged a boat for us to visit the sites we were interested in. He was very nice, friendly and accommodating. It all looks very nice and seems extremely well maintained. It's all very recent construction. There are plenty of deluxe details. Big beds, super quiet aircon, great wifi, one way glass in the front windows of the rooms! The kitchen at the restaurant is large and very well appointed. It was the chef's day off but food was procured from the resort next door. The waitress was not well trained but was a 10 visually. I'm told the snorkeling was a paradise on Earth prior to Typhoon Odette. Now it is only average and will take many years to regain its former glory. The soft corals are starting to recover but the hard corals are down for the count. We did see some large sea turtles. The hardcore freedivers in our group said that it's still glorious at depths of 35 feet and more, so scuba divers will not be disappointed.

This resort opened only in December 2022 and is a sister resort of Amihan (directly connected). The French owner together with his attentive staff are doing a great job of starting a new property just minutes away from the main beach and restaurants located on the main street. Both Amihan and Bathala feature great outdoor spaces, lush greenery and very spacious rooms. The rooms have a very minimalist, modern design (but I would personally add art work or plants inside the room). In Bathala you can swim-up to the bar and select from many of cocktails offered. My only two recommendations for improvement would be the breakfast and providing electric mosquito killers. Breakfast selection is simple, with too few healthy options. Having more healthy options would be great. Regarding mosquitoes, unfortunately you have to be ready for plenty of them (or at least in the season we were travelling in). Electric mosquito killers in each room would make the sleep even more pleasant.

This hotel was a pleasant surprise during the trip. The hotel is not far from Hannah Hotel. The location is very good. It will not be as noisy as Alona's seaside. Less, it should be a garden-type resort, it is too beautiful, changing scenes, very Southeast Asian characteristics, a small independent house, each door has a hammock, the room can also cook by itself, there is a refrigerator (this Very important), the peacock in the back of our family room can still be seen on the window. We took pictures outside the hotel and spent half a day, walking a little reluctantly, and wanted to stay a few more days. Of course, the shortcomings are also obvious. First of all, it is difficult to find. There is no large door. The door is a large dive shop. Because we have a car to deliver it, it is okay. The second one is that the indoor facilities are very general, but this should be The convention of the Bohol Island Hotel, Kew White we stayed behind, is not as good as this. The third is that the disposable items are very low, but we all bring with us. The fourth is that there is no breakfast. Haha, I get up early and go to sea every morning, so I don't feel much. There is also the biggest advantage, that is, it will not increase the price because of the eleven, we go to eleven, so the price is very high. Hannah Eleven is 3,000. Correct the name for this hotel.

Everything is fine except wifi. The yard was planted with many flowers and plants, clean and tidy, and very comfortable. No wifi on the bed, much faster sitting on the porch. For dinner, I bought a chicken at a local fried chicken restaurant for 2,000 pesos, which is enough for three people. The cliff restaurant is beautiful, but the food is average. Horse riding is available in the hotel and there is a small zoo that is perfect for children. Breakfast is terrible, nothing to eat, we almost have omelettes and pancakes every day, especially if we don't know what to eat for our children. The trip to Bohol Island was a wonderful experience. Friends in the Philippines are very friendly and polite, especially far away from the tourist area. This hotel was the last stop of the trip, stayed for two days and lay on the beach for a day and a half. [Room] I live in a superior room. The room is relatively small but has everything (except for the comb). It is clean and tidy. Because I caught up with the Lunar New Year when I checked in, and there were small cards and snacks, it was very thoughtful. [Restaurant] There is a restaurant in the hotel. The dessert in Figure 3 belongs to this one. I think it is the better hola-hola I have eaten in the Philippines. [Private Beach] This is really a good place for a hotel. You can play for a day at the seaside. The beach is white sand, and some people clean up the seaweed every day. Because it is private, outsiders are not allowed to stay with us. The water here is very clear and there are many starfish on the shoals. Because of the snorkeling equipment, I can snorkel at any time. I really love snorkeling! [Other services] Provide chartering service to sea and free shuttle. The two of us went to Balicasa to charter 3500p.

This is our first hotel in Bohol Island. We stayed for two nights and arranged a day trip to the Chocolate Hills with transfers. To the hotel came suddenly from Tagbilaran, 200P. On the third day, I changed to the Alona Beach Hotel and got Sherwood's Tutu 550P. It is a remote but beautiful place. I heard it was run by a British aunt. The aunt was very kind. Although the room was not comparable to the hotel, it was clean. The key is the beauty and quiet. The swimming pool was under repair when we went. It was a pity that we didn't get a beautiful swimming pool. There are few people staying in the hotel, so I like the cleanliness, walking to the beach with my husband in the evening. Eat in the hotel, can only say that it is full, but because it is not convenient to go nearby, so still eat inside, the price is not expensive and not cheap. The overall stay feels good.

We considered several hotels in Bohol and finally opted for Vanilla Sky Dive Resort, and our 4D3N stay exceeded our expectations and was faultless!! We would highly recommend Vanilla Sky for several reasons and would absolutely stay here again with no hesitation if we have the opportunity to return to Bohol in the future: - Firstly and foremost, Alessandro (Owner) and his team including Gretchen and Maria were very knowledgeable and extremely accommodating, with no request or question an inconvenience or too much to ask - Our group stayed in a combination of all room types (double, double suite and family loft) and all were very clean and spacious - The hotel facilities were great and we certainly made good use during our stay, most notably the swimming pool and football table - The food in the restaurant was very good, especially the homemade pasta and pizza - the homemade buffalo mozzarella and quality ingredients used was noticeable and the Filipino dishes was equally as good - Gretchen and Maria arranged the Countryside Tour and Island Hopping Tours for us which were throughly enjoyable, and also coordinated Scooters at short notice - The location of Vanilla Sky is perfect for visiting Alona Beach and the many local shops and restaurants If you are considering staying at Vanilla Sky, then consider no more and just go ahead and make the reservation - you will not be disappointed!!

I stayed alone for the purpose of diving. Although it is not the latest equipment like a large hotel in a famous resort, it was a clean and cozy hotel and I was able to spend it comfortably. The food in the restaurant is delicious, but the amount is very large. But do you want to take it home? If you want to take it home, please ask. Personally, I thought it would be even better if I could order half-size rather than take it home. .. There is also a tricycle service to Alona Beach, but you can walk enough on foot. I entered a little from the main street, so if I talked to the tricycle on the main street, I could return without any problem for 100 pesos. (Because it's a girl's trip alone, the dark path at night is a little ... If it's a trip for men or a few people, can I go home on foot!)

Because of a cancelled flight i had to arrive a day later. The contact numbers for the hotel do not work, thankfully trip.com was able to inform the hotel on my behalf. I was still charged for the first night, ok. But there was no token complimentary offer or anything to make up for it. I was even told that I was still limited to the 600peso (for two people) budget for my ‘included’ breakfasts, even though I was unable to use them for the first night. The rooms are clean and tidy, with balconies overlooking a very small pool. If you hope to sleep past 6am in the morning, you will be disappointed, since the walls are paper thin and the staff and other guests are noisily shouting to each other very early in the morning. It’s not necessary since the airport is close, but there is no airport pickup service offered, which other similarly priced hotels generally provide. Not great value, noisy in the morning, and not great service. Not awful, but I’ll not be returning to this hotel next time I visit Bohol.
