Great for families. We had 4 adults and 3 children and 3 bedroom was perfect. The amenities also make it great for families wanting to cook at the apartment. You can walk to Hastings street, Noosa national park hike and Noosa beach. We had a wonderful time as a family. Would recommend for families wanting to stay comfortably. Will come back again.

Strong smell of air freshener upon opening the doors. Quite overwhelming and had to turn the AC off. They charge a service fee/surcharge for credit card payment instead of absorbing the cost like most hotels do. So be aware of that. The hair dryer burnt and started smoking on us when we tried to use it. Luckily we turned it off straight away and nothing bad happened. We only stayed for a couple hours with our dog and overall was a good place to relax.

The location of the hotel is quite good, shopping, eating and drinking coffee are very convenient. The hotel apartment is very spacious, everything is transparent, and all facilities are complete. The only dissatisfaction is the cover, which is a layer of white sheets. When it is cold, a layer of musty blankets should be added. It is strongly recommended that the hotel can use one-for-one quilt cover. Sleeping at night will feel like at home.

Great area, excellent access to Hastings Street and to restaurants. Hotel is more like a service apartment, so it’s not cleaned every day, which I wasn’t aware of. Would have been nice to know this when you are checking in. I’m sure it was written somewhere, so I take the blame, but I think guests should be explicitly made aware especially when you pay such a high price. Great access by car to the garage, nice and small pool area for kids. Bedroom very pretty, couch and living room have seen better days, slightly dated

Super value for money only a short walk down to the Main Noosa area. The staff were awesome and upgraded us to a better pool room, which was a great view. There are two pool areas the smaller pool tucked around the corner was super warm and recommended for winter. The main pool and water slide for the kids was great. The spa was terrific to warm up during the winter. Yes some thing need a little attention but overall everything is clean and very nice. Having cooking and cleaning facilities in the room was great. There is a cafe located right in the resort which makes great coffee. There is also ebike hire and car rental in the resort plus electric car charge. Really nice stay for the value. Thanks again guys.

The apartment I stayed in was pretty rundown and all the walls were dirty and scuffed. Everything just looked really weathered and tired. It’s also pretty noisy since there are so many families with small children that stay here you can hear kids screaming and crying 😂 Other than that I thought my bed was quite comfy, pool was really dirty by the afternoon probably from children, but the staff are exceptionally friendly and helpful. Also free parking is a great bonus and the staff even let us come early to park our car before check in which was nice. Overall an average stay and probably the price tag you pay for mostly is the location.

The resort is in an excellent location on the hill above the main street Hastings street. Walking distance to Reef Hotel and also Noosa Junction. Our studio was compact, but had everything we needed and more. Lovely outdoor courtyard to sit in. Toaster and microwave, plates etc in the room. Comfortable bed to sleep, plus bedside lamps, powerpoints. Really enjoyed our one night stay and will definitely stay again.

A bit surprised as there was no lift in the property, however we were on the ground floor, so all was okay only one flight of stairs to carry cases up. accommodation was very good lovely outlook over the river swimming pool was very good as well. Could’ve done with a few more instructions on how to work the appliances, but managed to work it out in the end. Think that the pool towels should be included in the price.

It is also close to Noosa Heads Station bus stop, 7-Eleven, and cafes. However, you have to climb a steep hill, so it may be a little difficult for people with a lot of luggage. They hold some sort of event every day of the week, and I participated in BBQday, where you can eat hot dogs for cheap. In my case, I stayed in a room for 16 people, but there were no individual lockers for everyone, so it might be a little inconvenient if you think there are lockers like other YHAs.

I ordered room service Pad Thai after arriving and was impressed by how delicious it was! Breakfast was also plentiful and excellent. The food at the Thai restaurant was also delicious. I lost my sunglasses by the pool, and asked the staff to find them, but they just said ”it's gone” and didn't seem to be looking for them, so I ended up not finding them, which was very disappointing. It's rare for something to be lost and not found in a good hotel, so I was surprised. Other than that, it was good.

The Hostel is only a short walk from the main beach. The beds have curtains and are very stable. There is a good overall vibe of the hostel it is social but chill. It is a bit of a shame though that the social areas and kitchen close pretty early. The laundry facilities are good and for free. If you are a beginner at surfing you can also rent a board at the reception. They also got social activities you can join almost every day. Would definetly stay there again.

I booked in for one night (as I was moving back into my home the next day after a 3 year absence) and found this accommodation to be excellent. The service was genuine, warm and very friendly and consistent as I observed this with other guests who were checking in. Mark took the time to show each guest to their rooms and explained things well. The rooms were spotless and nicely appointed. As a resident of Noosa, for over 24 years, I have driven past this place so many times. It doesn't have a strong visible street presence, but the value for money is excellent when considering its location to Noosa Junction and Sunshine Beach. If I was visiting on holidays, I'd happily stay there and recommend it to my family and friends.

This resort was an incredible stay. The location is very good, being next to an Aldi and not too far from the beach, but you would need a car as the roads to the town are quite hilly. The apartment we stayed in was incredible with a really nice kitchen and lounge room that was very clean and a really nice comfy bed and everything you need (dryer, washing machine ext…) The amenities are great with tons of pools, spa and tennis court and sauna so there are no complaints about that whatsoever. This place is perfect for families and I would definitely be coming here again. There are also many nice nature walks and pathways to follow through mangroves over the river which go all the way to noosaheads town. The only thing to be aware of is the reception shutting rather early (4pm) , but despite this it was still easy to find our keys apron late check in and was easy to get into the room. Thanks so much for an amazing stay, we loved it so much!

Apartment clean, just some rusty faucets. It was a nice to have some water put on the fridge but it really tasted like dishwashing… Annoying sound when we open the light in the bathroom. Really nice and spacious apartment, with more than I actually needed! Nice outdoor pool and jacuzzi. But the afternoon I arrived I wanted to lay down on the sunbeds but I wasn’t able to since the garden was being watered and the water goes so far that it goes into the pool and jacuzzi and made all the sunbeds soaked wet. I only got the chance to meet the receptionists/managers at my check out, since the opening hours are 9am-5pm and 9-12am on weekends. They were really nice. But I gotta say this is so weird for me to see a reception with such opening hours… Where I come from and in most countries I went to, this is 24/7 or close to it. There is not a real service, we have to find the room on our own(even if we get a map with our key in the safe box), I mean there was a binder with informations, we can send them texts but we have to wait to get an answer if any, I was always away before they opened and came back when they weren’t there anymore so I know it seems to be an Australian thing (and good for them!) but this lack of real human interaction is unfortunate. We receive ton of emails and I also think about the people who are not good at the technology stuff

Very new hotel, rooms are spacious and modern. Staff is very friendly, make sure to book a room that faces the back of the hotel, not the front because it is then close to a noisy loading dock on a supermarket parking lot.

The location was very good. It's about 15 minutes by bus to the main beach, so it's no problem. The room was beautiful. I didn't check it much, but I could hear music and young voices in a pretty good room because there was a bar, but it was quiet after 22:00, so there was no problem sleeping. Since the key in the room was an app, it was convenient without worrying about losing the card key. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

I didn't check it much, but I could hear music and young voices in a pretty good room because there was a bar, but it was quiet after 22:00, so there was no problem sleeping. Since the key in the room was an app, it was convenient without worrying about losing the card key. I would like to use it again if I have the opportunity.

I haved used the grey top blanket once even with the white sheet cover its still itch my body (not sure if its a bed bug). Hopefully they wash the blanket more often as weather getting cold.

It was a wonderful stay at Ingenia Holidays Noosa North. The cabins have everything you need to spend time, cook etc. It was very clean, the whole area but also the crockery. The bed was very comfy. To sum up - we would definitely recommend!

Resort Property was very well maintained and rooms were equipped with all the things you would have imagine. Was a great short stay, the only issue was having lot of house flys and they have sprayed out when we reported.

The room was clean and well-maintained. We particularly enjoyed the public barbecues and the heated pool, both of which were great highlights of our stay. Car parking was also very convenient, which made things easy throughout our visit. Location-wise, we would consider staying somewhere closer to Noosa National Park next time for easier access to nature. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would happily return. One suggestion for management: the housekeeping policy feels a bit unbalanced. Guests staying one to four nights all receive the same level of service, with housekeeping only provided from day five onward. We think shorter stays deserve the same consideration, and adjusting this policy would go a long way toward improving the guest experience.
