When you book, check out the Cathedral of Quito 3 km. It is actually very tired for 100 minutes of walking up and down the mountain road, especially when you go to the old city to eat and watch the night scene. After that, every day around the Old Town Square, a taxi back to the hotel for 4-5 to 5 dollars is also a small expense. In addition, when it rains outside the third day, the room window leaks!

These guys are very nice, friendly and helpful. Anything you might need, they are always there to help. Location is great, close tl Ejido park, historic center and artesanal market, nice and quiet in the night. Breakfast is also very delicious. Rooms are clean and they clean them daily and provide new towels if necessary without any questions. I totally recommend this place. My second time here and definitely I will come again

I stayed at ibis Hotel Quito for a three nights and really enjoyed my time there. The hotel is clean, modern, and in a super convenient location — close to restaurants, shops, and easy access to main attractions around the city. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or give local tips. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed — comfy bed, good Wi-Fi, and hot shower (which I really appreciated after a long day out!). Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and the coffee was great too. The hotel also felt very safe, which made my stay even more relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience — simple, comfortable, and excellent value for money. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Quito

A nice hotel, a very large room, a shower and a jacuzzi, they brought water and coffee, and gave you an adapter for the outlet. The hairdryer was taped shut, though. The bathroom had shampoo, conditioner, and bubble bath. But there were no slippers or robes. For some reason, there weren't enough towels; they were small, but overall they were adequate and changed daily. I wouldn't recommend their restaurant (in the hotel): the pizza was okay, but the soup and pasta were completely unimpressive, and I felt sick afterwards. It's better to check out nearby places with good ratings and go there. Breakfast is okay, not the most varied, but you won't go hungry.

From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the hotel's intentions high-rise space with warm color lighting, local artists' oil paintings on the wall, cleverly blending modern design and Andean cultural elements, instantly making people feel more intimate about this plateau capital. The booked view room exceeded expectations. Open the window to the red-top complex in Quito's old town. The Pitchcha volcano in the distance is looming in the clouds. You can get a flowing natural picture when you open the curtains in the morning. The room is fully equipped, the smart TV can be connected to the mobile phone to cast screen, the details such as a kettle, a mini refrigerator and other details meet the needs of long-distance travel, and the bedding is so soft that people can sleep in the bed, completely offset the fatigue of the plateau travel. The most surprising thing is the hotel's service. The front desk lady is fluent in English, not only quickly checked in, but also took the initiative to send a Quito map, marked the must-see church, market and observation deck with a highlighter, and even carefully reminded the precautions for altitude sickness. Every day when you go out, the door will greet you warmly, and it will be recommended to wear it according to the weather. This feeling of being valued is too warm. Overall, the superstar hotel draws a perfect end to my trip to Quito with comfortable accommodation, intimate service and convenient location. If you come back to this ”city on the equator” next time, this will definitely be my first choice!

On the first day of check-in, I was a little disappointed that the front desk staff had a general attitude towards the room facilities. I was going to change the hotel the next day, but it was surprising that the front desk manager and the staff on duty that day reflected the pick-up fee for the hotel arrangement I mentioned earlier and gave a solution, which made me change the idea of changing the hotel. These were impressive.

Choosing this hotel for my business trip to Quito was a fantastic decision! The hotel environment truly lives up to its reputation as a garden hotel. The front desk service was excellent and efficient, the restaurant food was superb, the breakfast buffet was plentiful, and there was even a gym. The hotel is located in a safe area near a large park in the city center, where you can also exercise and take walks. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again next time I have the opportunity to visit Quito. Very satisfied! 👍

The service and care I received from Old town suites Quito is the best that I ever received for all the hotels I have stayed. My flight arrived at Quito in the early morning around 6:40am, I got to the hotel around 7:40am, hotel front desk employee Francisco took my luggages, provided me power cord to charge my phone, and even gave me a delicious breakfast. I felt I have been welcomed into my new home in Quito. The hotel provided milk, yogurt, bread, juice, cheese, eggs, ham, vegetables and fruits for making breakfast yourself or you can tell them ahead of time and they can prepare breakfast for you. I have had amazing experience in this hotel. The hotel location is great and you can walk to old town attractions. I'd highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quito.

The reason I booked this hotel was because of the superb reviews. I can confirm the accuracy of those reviews. This is a fabulous place to stay. The staff are great. The facilities are exceptional. The restaurant is wonderful and has such a variety of delicious food. The health pool has crystal clear water. My room was much larger than what I'm used to over the last five weeks of traveling. It is easy to get the concierge to book excursions. There are airline check-in machines in the foyer. This is easily the best hotel I have stayed in over the past five weeks and comes with my highest recommendation.

I stayed at ibis Hotel Quito for a three nights and really enjoyed my time there. The hotel is clean, modern, and in a super convenient location — close to restaurants, shops, and easy access to main attractions around the city. The staff were all really friendly and helpful, always ready to answer questions or give local tips. My room was comfortable and had everything I needed — comfy bed, good Wi-Fi, and hot shower (which I really appreciated after a long day out!). Breakfast was tasty with plenty of options, and the coffee was great too. The hotel also felt very safe, which made my stay even more relaxing. Overall, it was a great experience — simple, comfortable, and excellent value for money. I’d definitely stay here again next time I’m in Quito

Location Location Location it has the best location in Quito. Many restaurants and coffees are around . Clean area . Staff are friendly and helpful and the service is excellent. Staying at the Superstar Hotel in Quito, Ecuador, is definitely one of the wisest choices for this trip! From the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the hotel's intentions high-rise space with warm color lighting, local artists' oil paintings on the wall, cleverly blending modern design and Andean cultural elements, instantly making people feel more intimate about this plateau capital. The booked view room exceeded expectations. Open the window to the red-top complex in Quito's old town. The Pitchcha volcano in the distance is looming in the clouds. You can get a flowing natural picture when you open the curtains in the morning. The room is fully equipped, the smart TV can be connected to the mobile phone to cast screen, the details such as a kettle, a mini refrigerator and other details meet the needs of long-distance travel, and the bedding is so soft that people can sleep in the bed, completely offset the fatigue of the plateau travel. The most surprising thing is the hotel's service. The front desk lady is fluent in English, not only quickly checked in, but also took the initiative to send a Quito map, marked the must-see church, market and observation deck with a highlighter, and even carefully reminded the precautions for altitude sickness. Every day when you go out, the door will greet you warmly, and it will be recommended to wear it according to the weather. This feeling of being valued is too warm. The breakfast type is not huge, but it is exquisite. The traditional Ecuadorian breakfast ”Holvijo” (tortilla with cheese and fried eggs) is delicious, with local banana jam, sour and sweet; The passion fruit freshly squeezed juice and blueberry milkshake in the juice bar are solid enough to taste the fruit. When I came back in the evening, the lobby bar also provided free hot cocoa, a drink warmed my heart, and the dark street view outside the window was particularly pleasant. The location is also a plus. It takes 15 minutes to walk to Quito's Old Town (United Nations World Heritage Site). It is very convenient to go to San Francisco Church and Independence Square. There are also 24-hour supermarkets and cost-effective local restaurants nearby. Overall, the superstar hotel draws a perfect end to my trip to Quito with comfortable accommodation, intimate service and convenient location. If you come back to this ”city on the equator” next time, this will definitely be my first choice!

Choosing this hotel for my business trip to Quito was a fantastic decision! The hotel environment truly lives up to its reputation as a garden hotel. The front desk service was excellent and efficient, the restaurant food was superb, the breakfast buffet was plentiful, and there was even a gym. The hotel is located in a safe area near a large park in the city center, where you can also exercise and take walks. I will definitely choose to stay at this hotel again next time I have the opportunity to visit Quito. Very satisfied! 👍

I was there for the first time, doing a seminar for leaders in Buenas Nuevas Chrsitian Church, the experience at the hotel was great, specially the staff, front desk waiters in the restaurant. Everyone there was really attentive and helpful, the location is great too. Pastor Rey Leal Bell Gardens Christian Church

Comfy bed. Simple clean bathroom. Surprisingly bidet is available. But no clothes hanger or hooks. It's really a short term hotel. Breakfast is simple. Late check in better ring the bell several times as there's no hotel signage.
