The location is fantastic! The views from the balcony and the breakfast room are absolutely stunning! On a clear day, you can even see the snow-capped mountains across the bay! Although the hotel is a bit old, the rooms are exceptionally spacious, and the whole place is clean and comfortable. The breakfast spread is also very rich and generous!

Upon arrival, a valet promptly assisted us with our luggage, making the check-in process incredibly smooth. The young lady at the front desk was very welcoming and enthusiastic, assigning us a lovely sea-view room on the 7th floor. The ocean views were absolutely stunning! The hotel boasts five swimming pools, and you can even take an elevator directly down to the beach for snorkeling. There's also a spacious gym. The landscaping is beautifully done, and we just loved this hotel perched on a cliff along the Mediterranean coast. We booked a package that included breakfast and dinner, and the meals were incredibly generous – so much so that we couldn't even finish it all, which meant we ended up skipping lunch because breakfast was so filling! I found the restaurant staff to be very warm and friendly. Contrary to some online rumors about discrimination, I actually felt that Turkish people are very kind and hospitable towards Chinese visitors. If we ever return to Antalya, we'll definitely be staying at this hotel again.

I have been offered the Junior suite on level 9 facing sea which was amazing . Staff is really helpful and friendly. I tried the Vegetarian Pizza at their special neaplois restaurant at level 10 which is absolutely top notch well done and authentic Italy flavours . It’s been on outskirts of the city but next to beach . Highly recommend this place even if you’re travelling alone

The hotel is a bit dated, but has almost everything you need. My room didn't have a bathrobe or disposable toothbrushes with paste, but I assume they're available upon request. However, a vanity kit was provided, along with Dove shampoo, conditioner, soap, and lotion. The mini-fridge was incredibly loud at night. The air conditioning hums constantly and softly, so you get used to it, but the fridge kicks on periodically. There's a canteen and a Starbucks coffee shop downstairs. I tried to get a drink from Starbucks a couple of times, but there was no one at the counter. They offer a beach shuttle. It starts at 9:30 AM, with the last shuttle from the hotel to the beach at 3:30 PM, and the last return shuttle from the beach to the hotel at 4:00 PM. A 5:00 PM or 5:30 PM shuttle would have been great, as I ended up taking a taxi. You can get beach towels from the spa area. The beach itself is equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. In mid-June, there weren't many people from our hotel there. The area is part of the Red & White Beach club. You can order food and drinks directly to your sun lounger. The entry into the water is good – small pebbles that aren't painful on your feet. It gets deep, but not immediately. Since I was only in Antalya for a one-day layover, I didn't order breakfast or room service. It was very quiet for sleeping; the most I heard was occasionally neighbors opening their doors, and that was only when I was awake. The drinking water in the room is replenished. There are also tea bags and instant coffee.

I've stayed at many Rixos hotels in different countries. Some of their hotels have the 'Premium' designation. However, this Rixos Downtown Antalya is NOT Premium. So, I don't understand some of the demanding reviews. The hotel doesn't hide the fact that it's an older, standard 5-star property, but with good service. Basically, if you don't expect premium when it's not advertised, everything will be fine. The grounds are very compact, but they have everything you need for a small, comfortable vacation. No, there's no salmon for breakfast, but the food is quite varied and high-quality; Rixos stays true to itself in this regard. The room was good (we had a Comfort room with a sea view), and everything was in working order, including the bathroom. No dirt, mold, or other common issues with older hotels were noticed. Housekeeping was done daily. I only noted one downside: the double bed had two single mattresses covered by one sheet. By morning, they would separate, so one of us would wake up in the gap between the mattresses. The pillows were also uncomfortable, and there was no pillow menu. Otherwise, everything was great. The heated pool was 29-30 degrees Celsius, there's a spa, hammam, Russian steam room, and Finnish sauna. The landscape is picturesque, and they have good bicycles (free of charge) for rides along the sea.

This review is from a Turkish speaking Tourist : Things I didn’t like : 1. The BUFFET is not worth it at all for a 5 Star Hotel = honestly it is very underwhelming, there aren’t many Turkish specialities and the desserts are truly just filled with SUGAR. The Coffee was extremely disappointing, it was essentially just hot water with a small coffee earthy aftertaste. Very disappointing for a country known for its strong coffee ! The snack bars have slushy machines that are never cleaned and don’t taste good at all. The ice-creams served in the hotel are essentially RUBBER. As a Turkish man myself, I was very shocked because our country is known for such amazing delicacies. The only great food night was Wednesday night called “TURKISH NIGHT” at the buffet, which they have every Wednesday. The rest of the week is simply generic food. 2. The staff “helping” customers book day trips and taxis is fully SCAMMING foreign customers = I asked this man to help me book a boat trip to SULUADA and he said it would cost me 60€/person. Not knowing that I was Turkish myself, he looked at my face and just wrote 60€ per person on a piece of paper and looked at me🤣 I then told him that i saw tickets on the KLOOK app at 25€ per person and he lied to me saying that I would have to pay at the boat a supplement. I tried leaving and he stopped me and said he could go down to 38€ per person 😂 so I bought the tickets on KLOOK and had an amazing day without any scams haha please don’t believe the prices from the man next to the reception. 3. The spa, the outdoor swimming pool and the fitness center all close at 8 pm. There is essentially nothing to do at the hotel after 8 😅 4. The Hotel clients is essentially made up of 90% RUSSIAN speakers haha I have never seen more Russians in my life, that’s not a truly bad thing just preparing you that the hotel really is trying to accommodate the Russian clientele as much as possible 😅 GOOD THINGS ABOUT THE HOTEL : 1. Maybe because I was a Turkish speaker = the staff (beside the lying salesman haha) was very kind, very much the Turkish warmth and inviting culture. Very much appreciated. 2. For alcohol drinkers, the bar is unlimited if you book the all inclusive pass. 3. The outdoor pool is nice. 4. The check in and checkout process is very simple, but could be also because I speak turkish. 5. There are a few little supermarkets if you want snacks like ice creams, also beautiful walking roads along the beach.

If there's any resort that will break your traditional perception of what a resort should be, then this hotel is sure to offer a novel experience! From the moment you step in, the dominant 'white' aesthetic greets your eyes, continuing into the front desk area with its 'white' theme... then, as you move through the sea-view elevators and into your room, the design flow is simply novel and marvelous! Upon entering the room, the first thing you notice is the unbeatable sea view. What's even more surprising is how the room, thanks to two strategically placed mirrors, visually appears three times larger! Plus, the double sofa bed on the balcony is a thoughtful and perfect touch. Sunbathing, enjoying the sea breeze, and having a little drink – it doesn't get more relaxing than that! The hotel boasts its own private access to the beach, which is incredibly convenient. Just swipe your room card, use the back exit, cross the road, and you're there – no need to even go out the main entrance! Super convenient! If you're planning a trip to Antalya, you absolutely must experience this hotel, even if it's just for a day. You'll fall in love with it!

The location is ok since you can walk anywhere you need or get there by a car. The spa is a great option to relax. Breakfast is pretty good, diverse and some options change every day. Sorry to say, but coffee was 2/5. What I didn’t get was a lack of bath robes (come on, it’s a 5* hotel) and cigarette smell everywhere, even though I stayed in a non-smoking room

There were so many shops nearby. We felt great there. The first day the room was small and warm as face to sun after 1pm till to evening. It was too hot inside the room but we requested to change other room. The second room was spacious and cosy. The breakfast was local simple food but it was good and healthy. Everything's great! This isn't my first time staying here. There are pros and cons, but I like it. Last time, my impression was spoiled by some very loud German-speaking women who quieted down after 11 PM. An excellent hotel with lots of advantages such as great location (30min from the airport and also near the sea), great food variety (my child loved waffles and pancakes and cheesecakes, I was diving into vegetables and we both were happy!). Staff are very nice, starting from cleaners to technical maintenance people. Pools are great, just the aquapark is actually 2 slides and unfortunately they never start on time but later and always seem to be closing earlier than announced on the poster. (should be 10-12, 14-17). Room was clean and looked exactly like on the photos. The only thing is that if you are placed somewhere in the building B where there is a main restaurant and lots of green areas you may be woken up after 5am by the lawn mower and noises of cleaning and kitchen preps. Also, worth mentioning that the hotel is well maintained and there is work going on improvements every day. We needed to use medical services and the nurse was absolutely lovely. We had a mega swift transfer to the hospital and were well taken care for over there. Also, if you life cats you'll find at least 5 adult and couple of kittens running around but they are not agressive and not disturbing. They are absolutely cute and lovely. This is definitely important when you travel with kids!!! So all in all, a good place to stay with kids when you want to rest and enjoy your hols.

Wanted an hotel in the center for treatments and a break. Great hotel for us, my daughter and I had a great week. The choice for buffet breakfast was amazing the staff were friendly and helpful.clean pool, towels provided, great shower, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and hair dryer which saves packing space. The hotel booked our taxi back to the airport which was on time.Free air conditioning, fridge in room with daily stock of water. Kettle tea and coffee supplied. The only downfall was that the lifts where slow when called and limited plug sockets in our room, we always take and multi plug adapter and a light weight extension lead so wasn’t a problem for us. All in all a great place to stay if you want to be more in the centre rather than a beach holiday.

This was my first all-inclusive experience, and it was enjoyable and comfortable with my two young children. I chose it based on Korean reviews, but it was half Russian and half Turkish guests... haha. I didn't see any Chinese or Japanese people. The kids' club, which runs from morning to night, was mostly attended by Russian children with Russian teachers. They did provide interpretation in English, so my kids participated well. I think not seeing many other Asians made us feel more at ease. Everyone was friendly, and the service was systematic. They responded and made improvements immediately when we made requests. The programs were diverse, and all the staff were proactive and energetic, which was great to see. The pool water quality was also well-maintained daily. However... glass cups are used on the sunbeds by the pool, and sometimes guests break them and don't clean them up properly. I saw several instances of broken glass during my 4-day stay. My child was swimming and touched the drain where people spit, getting cut. Suddenly, there was a lot of blood in the pool! It wasn't a deep cut, but seeing blood was startling. The infirmary was far, and I had to ask for directions multiple times to find it. Nevertheless, a kids' club teacher personally guided us, and my child received good treatment and was able to swim again starting the next day~ Just note that there aren't many Asian food options, and it might not suit everyone's palate. (We used ramen seasoning and gochujang.) Still, we ate well and heartily for our 3-night, 4-day stay~ And! They upgraded us to a family room because we had a child! Thanks to that, we rested comfortably.

It’s not easy to find a home in Antalya’s old town. It’s not easy to go around. There’s too many alleys to go all the way. All the way to the past is finally over. The doorway can be parked, there are not many parking spaces, but the boss can coordinate very well. The triple room is very spacious, the bathroom is old, especially the bathroom, and many places burst into black lines and look dirty. Breakfast is on the top of the building, with unrivalled sea views, and the taste is in the middle of this Turkish tour. I would say I was extremely disappointed for our first day arrival . The man from the reception was so so rude to us .he saw me and my kid entered and calling for reception for three times and he was smoking just next to the door we passed . He did nothing and said nothing then there is one couple just came back and told him there are ppl awaiting he stood by the door looked at us and said “ yea I know and back to smoke again !!!!!” After few minutes he came inside and asked for our passport etc .. he started to told me about the breakfast time than he said “ do you understand?” Ahhahahahhahahahaha what a bummer…! 2nd day in the morning we went for breakfast . The young lady and the owner were so warm . by the time when we were waiting for our driver after breakfast I talked about what happened to us from our arrival night . And the lady was surprised and apparently she got the point what I ask talking about . Ofcoz she was sorry for what happened to us . Till the day we left fortunately I did not see that man anymore . I would say the owner and the lady’s kindness made me change my decision as I was about to leave a negative comment for the services base on the rude attitude the man gave us . Anyway anyhow Im here for happy holiday time with my kid . Gotta Stay away from negative energy! This is a hotel with 9 rooms .the one we have not that big but enough for us 2 . In the center of old town but also not by the street of the bars so it’s quiet. 5 minutes walk to the Hadrian’s Arch. could be a Good choice for a short stay .

We stayed for one night before our flight and were generally pleased. The drive to the airport took no more than 30 minutes, and in the evening, we managed to walk to Duden Waterfall. Breakfast was modest but acceptable for a short stay; the only drawback was the tasteless coffee from the machine. The room was clean. However, if you plan to cook, be aware: there are no decent knives, minimal cookware, and the frying pan is long overdue for replacement. Additionally, you'll need to buy dish soap, dishwasher tablets, salt, and napkins yourself – which isn't cost-effective for just a couple of nights. This didn't bother us as we ate dinner out, but in other apartments in Kaş and Fethiye, these small essentials are usually provided. As an option for a stopover before a flight, it's excellent.

We had 3 different rooms for 3 nights, but the collaboration with Trip was that we could only get the rooms on the ground floor. And we didn't really like that. We stayed at this hotel last year, also in mid-November. Back then, we had mixed feelings about the hotel. This year, everything was much better. The outdoor pool was well-heated. The restaurant's food selection has expanded, and the taste has improved. Unlike last year, tablecloths and cloth napkins have been installed in all dining areas. The service has also improved – the staff is friendlier and better at their jobs, in my opinion. Since the weather was fine all week, we spent the days by the sea. The pier was dismantled only on November 17th. The beach restaurant, which serves à la carte meals, changed its menu that same day – a big plus, it offers more variety. Gözleme and delicious Turkish flatbreads were baked in the gazebo on the way to the beach. The fridge next to the beach bar was always stocked with bottled water (still and sparkling), as well as ayran in cups. Delicious Turkish ice cream and waffles were available in the pavilion next to the towel pickup and exchange station. A packaged fruit ice cream in the fridge at the beach restaurant. There are still plenty of cats around the area, but this year they're clean and well-fed. They still occasionally sneak into the restaurants and beg for a tasty treat, but much less often than before. We didn't see the evening shows, but I believe there was live music outside in the evenings. During the day, the entertainers organized boccia, archery, water aerobics, and darts. The rooms were cleaned well, and the minibar was regularly restocked (water, soft drinks, beer, and straws). Overall, our vacation was very good, and we're pleased with the hotel this time.

The hotel grounds were very nice, and my room was comfortable and a good size, with a balcony. I found the bathroom a bit small, but it was clean and perfectly adequate for me. However, I must criticize the service in the restaurant. The food tasted good, and there was a good selection. What I didn't like, though, was that the waitstaff barely paid attention to the guests. Either I wasn't asked what I wanted to drink at all, or when I finally had something to drink and wanted to get a second plate, my glass, even though it was still full, had already been cleared away. The service managers were also frequently busy with their cell phones instead of paying attention to the guests. They certainly didn't give a friendly or motivated impression. Why a receptionist was standing in front of the restaurant, even though she neither greeted me nor asked for my room number, remained a mystery to me. In short: good hotel, good food, but service with surprisingly little interest in guests. 🥂

Considering the March rate was reasonable – 2.5 times lower than it will be in August 2026 – this is simply a wonderful option. The main plus is the food. High-quality fresh greens, a small assortment of fruits and vegetables, fish and meat (fish only for dinner), plenty of pastries, drinks – all quite edible and tasty. Special thanks to the restaurant staff – they meticulously wiped tables and changed (not just wiped) napkins and tablecloths. On a Saturday, even in March, we had to wait about 10 minutes for a table to clear (most likely, this is a common scene in summer) (this didn't happen on other days). Dinner was more interesting than lunch and breakfast. A downside: the soups were spicy; they were tasty but spicy (I wanted to try local cuisine and I love cream soups, but the spiciness made it impossible). Naturally, this is definitely not suitable for children. However, it's worth noting there was a separate small table for children, perhaps with non-spicy soup, but I didn't check. The bar staff were very pleasant and quick. Entertainment: I don't know about summer, but in March, it consisted of very cheap performers and shows. Internet: Excellent. A peculiarity: using the Yandex Go app is convenient, but to call a taxi in the city center, you need local Wi-Fi; using foreign mobile data is hit or miss. Rooms: Family room, very small balcony, with a side view of the sea. Sitting on the balcony isn't very comfortable as you'll be face-to-face with neighbors. Problem: Lighting. Half of the ceiling lights were not working. In the bathroom, the ventilation didn't work at all, and after a shower, condensation dripped directly onto my head from the ceiling. We constantly kept the bathroom door open (an uncomfortable option, but there was no other choice). I don't know where one would dry towels in the summer, considering the small dryer on the tiny balcony only has space for 3 swimsuits. The shampoos, conditioners, gels, toothpaste, and toothbrushes were of very low quality. The beds were decent, but the pillows were old, with lumpy fillings inside. You have to ask for bathrobes at reception, and they weren't in pristine condition. The bedroom door was completely broken and didn't close properly (room 440). We didn't check the air conditioning. Upon check-in, only water was available at the bar; the advertised cola, Fanta, etc., were missing (see screenshot with information). The reception promised to bring them, but never did during our 3-night stay. However, considering there was plenty at the bar and restaurant, we didn't bother reminding them again. The hammam, sauna, and indoor pool in the spa were average. The pool water was cool. The spa area is inconveniently located – you have to walk past all the guests at reception and the bar in your robes and slippers. There's a cafeteria from 11 am to 6 pm where you can have tea and pastries, with a very pleasant Russian-speaking staff member named Ira. Also, there's a panoramic terrace on the 6th floor, which we discovered by chance. The hotel has its own access to the sea via a tunnel, but there's very little space – a narrow beach, more for a quick dip before returning to the hotel grounds for sun loungers (see photo from the beach, where the closed tunnel gates are visible). Considering all the points mentioned above, I would not agree to pay 45,000 rubles per night for a family room for four in August.

A superb hotel, lived in it for three days - daily change of bedding and towels, refrigerator filling with water and tea, coffee. Very clean room, huge bed, huge bathroom. In room 4 windows - very bright and comfortable, on windows the curtains blackout. The fish restaurant downstairs was not done! Live music in the evening, but it is made quiet hours at 11 p.m., sleep comfortably. From the pluses - the hotel is located in the center of the old city, you go - 5 minutes to the embankment, and a minute to any institutions.

This hotel isn't bad, but it's expensive for what you get. There's no soundproofing at all – you can literally hear the TV from the next room, or noise from the hallway because it's tiled instead of carpeted, and there are huge gaps around the door (it seems to be installed crookedly). The room itself isn't very big, but it has everything you need. Breakfast was decent. The staff are friendly and responsive. However, there's no iron in the hotel, so be prepared to walk around with wrinkled clothes, and they didn't offer any alternative service for the lack of an iron. The location is good, just a 5-minute walk to the beach. Whether I'd return is questionable; I'd probably look at other options for the same price. On the plus side, everything feels stylish and new.

The hotel is located 10mins from the airport via taxi. All the staff at the hotel are just amazing and so helpful. The hotel is exactly in line with the Hampton by Hilton brand with large rooms which are fresh and clean. There is plenty of amenities and the restaurant has a wide range of foods which can accommodate all international travellers. The breakfast is also great with a massive range of choices. The best part is the great staff.

The hotel's location is super convenient, right near the tram line. There's a convenience store right outside, which was great for grabbing snacks and drinks. The front desk staff were really welcoming and helpful. Our room was clean and tidy, and the breakfast was simple but tasty – everything was just excellent. A big thank you to everyone at the hotel for their help; we'll definitely be back if we get the chance!

This hotel is simply wonderful, and we're so glad we found it. The room is lovely, pleasant, and clean, spacious and functional, with absolutely everything you could need – down to the smallest details. There's a kettle, tea, coffee, dental kits, sewing kits, brushes, slippers, and pristine soft towels. The large, comfortable bed has four pillows, both small and large, which are very comfy, and a superb mattress. There's a huge TV and a functional large wardrobe in the hallway. The bathroom is simply luxurious, looks like it was renovated just last week, with a spacious shower, a big sink, and fantastic shower amenities. The hotel itself is a 5-minute walk to the sea, and nearby there are many parks with playgrounds, and a large number of shops – basically, everything you need is within walking distance. The pool is clean, tidy, and pleasant. Some staff members speak Russian and are incredibly helpful with everything. The price for such a room, location, and service is simply fantastic. It's a fairly quiet place, with views of greenery and the pool from the window. The only tiny downside is that the curtains let in light, so it gets very bright by 5 AM. A huge thank you, I will definitely recommend your hotel!

The hotel is in the old town which is close to the main attractions. It is also a great staff! They’re very accommodating and friendly. The room was quite clean and it had a kettle in it which was convenient to us as we have a year old baby. However, the internet was slow. It hardly for us to connect to the internet. The door handle was broken too and one instance we were locked up and we had to call the receptionist to open the door for us. Also, the breakfast was not in the hotel vicinity. We had to walk 7 minutes to get a breakfast.

If Antalya is one of place in your Türkiye vacation. I recommend this hotel to you. The good location, near the tramvay, clean room, nice receptionist, good traditional food around 🌸. But, remember don’t be silly to visit the Sunday market near the hotel. There are a lot of kids selling products in the market, and they will cheat on you 🍍.

For such a low price, the hotel is great, and the room itself was perfectly fine for me, but I was shocked by how incredibly dirty the toilet was: the toilet seat was covered in urine, and the area around the toilet was also splattered with urine. In the morning, there was a huge blob of what looked like phlegm or snot on the floor... It seems like they don't even clean it once a day. The shower, however, was fine. The location is ideal, with a tram stop to the airport just five minutes away. They happily provided an extra warm blanket upon request. But seriously, they need to clean more often. It was literally disgusting to be in that toilet.
