My room had a connecting door to the adjacent one, and both rooms seemed identical. All the faucets in my room were broken, and the air conditioning was incredibly loud. This might be due to the hotel's age; the elevators were also very slow and felt unstable. The only upsides were a small private pool (which was tiny, probably no more than 10 meters) and a 24-hour hot spring, which was an excellent amenity. Additionally, the parking lot was very spacious with ample parking spots. However, staff started clearing breakfast at 9:30 AM, despite the advertised hours being 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM. My room wasn't cleaned until the third day of my stay. At 6 PM, when I went to the front desk to ask for hot water, I was told there was none.

I had a great experience. Room was neat and clean and didnt had to wait for check in. The only thing i didnt like was that when i booked it says the breakfast is included but it wasnt. They didnt provide any food. So make sure you check before booking. Other than that its a nice place to stay for a night or so with good affordable pricing.

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days on a family trip. We chose this hotel because of its convenient location near my son's university and just a 5-minute drive from his host family's home. It was very convenient. Access to Long Beach, Newport Beach, and Anaheim Disney was excellent. The two queen-size beds were large enough for our family of four (two parents, a college student, and a high school student) to rest comfortably. It was great to have amenities like a refrigerator, iron, hairdryer, and free ice available at the end of the hallway. The front desk explained that room cleaning is typically every three days, but they were able to accommodate our request for daily towel changes and trash disposal without any issues. It's pretty standard, so no complaints there. My son wasn't too satisfied with the gym, as it had limited equipment, but we weren't there primarily for exercise, so again, no complaints. Overall, the best aspect of our stay was the excellent access to the areas we wanted to visit. McDonald's is right next door, so it might be perfect for McDonald's lovers. The hotel's quality itself was neither good nor bad, hence this rating.

Basically, it's good, but the floor of the room is too noisy when walking, and the sound insulation is not very good.

The hotel staff were very friendly, the breakfast was good and not luxurious, but it was basically good. The hotel is a 25-minute drive from Disney and about an hour from Universal Studios. The airport also takes an hour and a half. It is close to Irvine. You can go there for Chinese food, you can eat Haidilao, and beef is a must. There are also net red hi multi-party ramen, just to line up. In short this hotel is recommended, there is a laundry room, and the underground parking lot can also reach the elevator, which is great

The room was pretty nice, although there were cigarette burns in the comforter. We stayed in a ”non-smoking” room. The night front desk attendant seemed to be very rude. Also I don't believe there is an actual working A/C in the room. Just a regular old light switch that says on/off, I included a picture. We kept said switch on all night and still was extremely hot. If the A/C had been working, this would have been a pleasurable stay.

The hotel facilities are OK, but there is a little noise from the airport nearby. The service staff is very polite, but the service is terrible. First, the twin room we booked was changed to a double room (we still checked in at 4 o'clock on time), then we asked about breakfast again and again but the front desk was hesitant, and finally the restaurant told us that although we booked breakfast, we still need to pay extra, and finally the hotel charged extra room money and refused to refund it after contacting us many times. In the end, Ctrip solved the problem.

The water dispenser is in the gym, but only ice water is provided Sound insulation is not good, the floor is thin, you will feel when you walk, the air-conditioning sound is very loud But overall is good

The hotel facilities are OK, but there is a little noise from the airport nearby. The service staff is very polite, but the service is terrible. First, the twin room we booked was changed to a double room (we still checked in at 4 o'clock on time), then we asked about breakfast again and again but the front desk was hesitant, and finally the restaurant told us that although we booked breakfast, we still need to pay extra, and finally the hotel charged extra room money and refused to refund it after contacting us many times. In the end, Ctrip solved the problem.

We stayed for 3 nights and 4 days on a family trip. We chose this hotel because of its convenient location near my son's university and just a 5-minute drive from his host family's home. It was very convenient. Access to Long Beach, Newport Beach, and Anaheim Disney was excellent. The two queen-size beds were large enough for our family of four (two parents, a college student, and a high school student) to rest comfortably. It was great to have amenities like a refrigerator, iron, hairdryer, and free ice available at the end of the hallway. The front desk explained that room cleaning is typically every three days, but they were able to accommodate our request for daily towel changes and trash disposal without any issues. It's pretty standard, so no complaints there. My son wasn't too satisfied with the gym, as it had limited equipment, but we weren't there primarily for exercise, so again, no complaints. Overall, the best aspect of our stay was the excellent access to the areas we wanted to visit. McDonald's is right next door, so it might be perfect for McDonald's lovers. The hotel's quality itself was neither good nor bad, hence this rating.
