The hotel is a bit of a walk from Sukhothai Historical Park, but still within reasonable distance. Given that the sidewalks aren't in the best condition, taking a Grab might be more comfortable. This is a small, family-run hotel, which contributes to its very friendly atmosphere, and the staff speak English. They offer bike rentals, though at 180cm tall, I found them a bit small. Our room was clean, and the shower and toilet worked without any issues. While the hotel doesn't serve meals, there are several local eateries nearby. The room was clean and there was fan inside (no aircon). But it still wasn't fresh enough inside a room. It was too hot even with opened window. Bedsheet was clean as well but it was cheap made from polyester. Mattress was tough. They also offer a normal blanket (not just the second linen) and towel (also made from polyester). It was quiet in the room.
As for bath and toilet it was kind of local one but it was also clean. There was kind of hot water (but it wasn't necessary because everywhere inside and outside was too hot), no any shampoo/shower gel but there was soup and toilet paper.
There was no any kettle in the room. Every time you need a hot drinking water you have to go to reception desk to have it. Internet connection was too much unstable and speed was too slow. I just almost had no possibility to use it.
Located in 5 mins walking distance from bus terminal and has an option for bike/motorbike rental.

The hostess Jun treats people warmly and will provide a map of the ancient city when checking in, explaining and marking the sunrise and sunset times and viewing places one by one. And the breakfast was originally not included when booking the room, but the hostess would confirm the breakfast variety with me one day in advance every time. I stayed for two nights. If you arrive at Sukhothai Historical Park (also known as Sukhothai Old Town), you can call a TUKTUK car to the resort, 100 baht is the most! In fact, it is more like a family village. I recently stayed at Sukhothai Treasure Resort and spa at the Loy Krathong festival. The hotel is located near the historical park. The property is spacious, with parking available in front of the hotel, and they provide shuttle services to the room.
We stayed in a Treasure Eco room, but the room looked quite old. Several wall plugs were very tight and couldn’t be used properly. The cleanliness was average, and the bed was extremely firm, which caused back pain the next morning.

When I arrived at the hotel, I was too tired to go out. I ate at the hotel restaurant and ordered a Sukhothai noodles and rice noodles. I didn't expect it to be sweet, but it was also a local specialty. The breakfast mode is also very special, not a buffet but an order. After arriving at the restaurant, I gave a small card, I ordered the bacon package, and I served two meals. One is a standard breakfast that includes fruit, juice, coffee, toast butter, not in the menu, like the default match; the other is the bacon package I ordered, the amount is super enough, and I eat it directly.

Very laid-back environment, large rooms, and a large terrace, suitable for tourists who want to relax.
The sofa in the restaurant is nice to sit on, but unfortunately the staff at the counter don't talk much, so I feel embarrassed to sit around.
There are many fallen leaves in the small jungle, which maintains the natural ecology and has mosquitoes.
It's a short distance from the bus terminal, so you need to take a tuk-tuk or rent a motorbike.
The house price is cheaper than in the ancient city. If you take a long-distance bus and rent a local motorcycle, it is recommended.FromNZD 68

We stayed here during our visit to Sukhothai, mainly to see the historical park. If you’re driving, the location is fine. But if you plan to cycle—especially using the hotel’s own bikes—the distance feels much longer and the rides are exhausting. Honestly, I doubt most people would have the stamina to reach all the temples this way.
On the positive side, the hotel itself was great. The cleanliness, décor, and breakfast were all excellent, and we had a very comfortable sleep.
However, one big disappointment was the hotel’s bicycle rental service. Compared to renting bikes directly at the historical park or from shops nearby, the hotel’s bikes were overpriced and nearly impossible to ride. They’re basically old, discarded Chinese share bikes—uncomfortable and very hard to pedal.
For first-time visitors, Sukhothai is small and has a very slow pace of life, which makes it a wonderful place to explore. Just make sure you don’t rent bicycles from the hotel. Instead, head to the commercial street near the park and rent from there—you’ll find cheaper, much better bikes that will make your trip truly enjoyable.FromNZD 40

I walked from the bus terminal, and there was a supermarket next to it along the highway, but there was nothing resembling a restaurant. Wow, I guess this is a miss. When I checked in, I was told there was no fan or air conditioning on the second floor when I made the reservation, but the room I got was a quiet room with a view of the houses on the third floor, with air conditioning, a balcony, and a clean room. What a shame, there was no kettle, and the water heater was in the lobby on the first floor.
I had to go to get hot water four times in two nights.
I left the door and window open in the afternoon, and it was nice to have a nice breeze blowing through. I only went out for meals, and it was a pain to get back.
The hospitality of the front desk, cleaning staff, and all the other staff was very apparent during my three-day, two-night stay.FromNZD 23

In front of Sukhothai Historical Park, a little walk, the room is old, narrow, no refrigerator, a fan room. The bathroom is in bad condition.
