I loved this hotel.  Owner and staff were friendly and helpful.  Location is fabulous- close to historical park and night market/Main Street, but far enough away that it’s very quiet. Breakfast buffet was excellent, many different dishes that changed each day.  Free coffee, tea, water, fruit available at all times. And free use of bicycles to explore the historical park.  Bed is a bit hard, and it would have been nice to have screens on balcony window so I could sleep with the windows open instead of using A/C, but otherwise this place is excellent.  Would definitely stay again.

The bungalows are cozy and clean, breakfasts are same every day without much choice but the food is not bad. The hotel is away from the road so you’ll experience all the beauty of nature. There’s no food in the hotel, so prepare to travel if you want to eat. If you take a bicycle at the hotel, do not lose the lock as they’ll charge you 10$ for it. I felt as I was being ripped off but I might be mistaken (hate this feeling!) Will not stay here again perhaps because of this particular feeling.

A real corner of paradise in the calm of noisy roads. Large rooms in small houses with private terrace. Little extra, towels are changed every day and bottles of water are provided. Small downside, there are no deckchairs at the pool. The breakfast is more than complete and meets European tastes as well as Asian tastes. The owner speaks English and French. A place to highly recommend.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from Sukhothai Historical Park, but still within reasonable distance. Given that the sidewalks aren't in the best condition, taking a Grab might be more comfortable. This is a small, family-run hotel, which contributes to its very friendly atmosphere, and the staff speak English. They offer bike rentals, though at 180cm tall, I found them a bit small. Our room was clean, and the shower and toilet worked without any issues. While the hotel doesn't serve meals, there are several local eateries nearby. Plus, the gas station next door has a convenience store if you need to grab some simple food items.

The room was clean and there was fan inside (no aircon). But it still wasn't fresh enough inside a room. It was too hot even with opened window. Bedsheet was clean as well but it was cheap made from polyester. Mattress was tough. They also offer a normal blanket (not just the second linen) and towel (also made from polyester). It was quiet in the room. As for bath and toilet it was kind of local one but it was also clean. There was kind of hot water (but it wasn't necessary because everywhere inside and outside was too hot), no any shampoo/shower gel but there was soup and toilet paper. There was no any kettle in the room. Every time you need a hot drinking water you have to go to reception desk to have it. Internet connection was too much unstable and speed was too slow. I just almost had no possibility to use it. Located in 5 mins walking distance from bus terminal and has an option for bike/motorbike rental. The staff was accomodating and friendly.

Although it is a small homestay with only three rooms, the rooms are clean and tidy, with complete basic facilities and a small refrigerator. The hostess Jun treats people warmly and will provide a map of the ancient city when checking in, explaining and marking the sunrise and sunset times and viewing places one by one. And the breakfast was originally not included when booking the room, but the hostess would confirm the breakfast variety with me one day in advance every time. I stayed for two nights. The breakfast was made by the hostess herself every day, and there was no repetition. Before I left, I gave me an extra bottle of water to take on the road, which was very heartwarming. Moreover, the hotel has an excellent location. It is a five-minute walk to the entrance of the historical park, and a three-minute walk is 711, which is very convenient. Walk in the direction of 711 for 5 minutes and there is a noodle stall that is only available at night. The soup is sweet and very delicious.

There's a folk dance performance at 8 PM, so you can enjoy dinner and a show. You can also book to participate in a 'Bushi' (alms-giving) ceremony in the morning. I read previous reviews about mosquitoes, so I brought my own electronic mosquito repellent. The hotel also provides mosquito repellent spray. In conclusion, I didn't get bitten. The location is very convenient; it's a 10-minute walk to the historical park. It would be even better if bicycle rentals were available.

We spent some amazing days in the Jasmin guest house and were surrounded by attention and care. The hostess cooked us very delicious breakfasts every morning, the atmosphere was really very homey. On the evenings in the belly we drank tea and talked a lot about the impressions from Sukhotaye ❤️ The location of the guest house is wonderful: next entrance to the historical park, night market of food, 7-Eleven, massage salons. If you arrive at Sukhothai Historical Park (also known as Sukhothai Old Town), you can call a TUKTUK car to the resort, 100 baht is the most! In fact, it is more like a family village. There are small wooden houses on the outskirts of the field. The exterior is inconspicuous, but the inside is still very clean. The shopkeeper's aunt and her son are very enthusiastic. When registering the passport, she will prepare iced watermelon and a refrigerator for drinking water for you; she will also tell you travel guides and give you a map! The next morning, although breakfast is not included in the room rate, my aunt will still prepare breakfast, coffee and fruit for you. There is a very friendly cat in the resort. She only has a soft spot for boys. She will come to play with you and act like a baby. When I got up at 5 o’clock the next morning, I wanted to ride a bike to watch the sunrise, but on the road, there were hordes of wild dogs chasing and barking all the way. The five kilometers of the road were really full of wild dogs because there were no street lights. , I use my mobile phone to illuminate while avoiding these wild dogs. If it weren’t for car technology, I’m afraid it would have become dog food! Therefore, if you want to see the sunrise, it is best to discuss with the owner and let them send it! Otherwise, life alone cannot be guaranteed! If I hadn't run into a family on the road, and the uncle would take me back to the hotel in a car, I would have been so scared that my legs were so weak that I would not be able to ride the car! By the way, wild dogs will not attack the locals! The hotel aunt will help you book a bus ticket to Chiang Mai, and then send you to the Old Town Bus Station. It's just that the bus is really long, and can't stand it for more than six hours! It is recommended to go to Chiang Mai first, then train to Phitsanulok, and then to Sukhothai. Anyway, I have agreed with my aunt, and I will go next year!

There's a small 24-hour Big C supermarket and a self-service laundry station within 1 kilometer of the hotel, which is quite convenient. The room and bathroom was large and clean. There was a small sitting area outside the room overlooking the sea. They give separate towels for swimming as well. The swimming pool was seawater and really nice to swim in. Overall great stay.

I loved this hotel.  Owner and staff were friendly and helpful.  Location is fabulous- close to historical park and night market/Main Street, but far enough away that it’s very quiet. Breakfast buffet was excellent, many different dishes that changed each day.  Free coffee, tea, water, fruit available at all times. And free use of bicycles to explore the historical park.  Bed is a bit hard, and it would have been nice to have screens on balcony window so I could sleep with the windows open instead of using A/C, but otherwise this place is excellent.  Would definitely stay again.

The bungalows are cozy and clean, breakfasts are same every day without much choice but the food is not bad. The hotel is away from the road so you’ll experience all the beauty of nature.
