Highly recommended place. Easily reach the hotel from main road. 2 seven eleven was jst walking distance. 2 bus company wintour and world bus station are nearby too. They provde free rental for bicycle with no extra charges. I used the bicycle to ride around sukhothai hostorical park for nearly 32 km in one day. Bicycles well maintained. Some wih baby chairs. Breakfast are good. There are breads milk coffee fried rice fried vege/braise pork with eng n tofy, my favourite minced pork porridge, and fruits served are very fresh n sweet including passion fruits,mango,watermelon rambutan papaya. Laundry service 150b for one time charge. After check out we were given souvenir too a woven zip bag as shown. Room bed are cosy.pls dispose food properly in room or else will attract cockroach into your room haha. Sukhothai is a chill n relax yet historical place for those history lovers. The vibe and surrounding is even more calm the Ayutthaya.theh have specialized bicycles lane for bicycle rides along the historical park area. Will definitely recommend this property to my friends who want to come visit sukhothai in budget spending.

This was probably our favourite place we stayed in Thailand. Our little cabin was wonderful and very well appointed. We were very lucky and got the end one which meant we looked over a small lake where we could watch birds and other wildlife while chilling out on our rocking chair. The staff were really helpful and welcoming and gave us great advice and help when asked. The grounds of the hotel were beautiful-lots of colourful flowers and trees and the pool was great after a hot day touring temples. We had a comfy bed, mosquito net, good shower, bottled water, hairdryer, aircon and WiFi in the room. We loved hiring the bikes to get about - definitely helped with getting some airflow in the incredible heat. Some even had little baskets on the front so you could pop your bag in there instead of carrying it on your back. Breakfasts were amazing too with plenty of choice and variety. Can't hesitate to recommend staying here. In fact the only thing we could critisise would be the terrible background music played at breakfast. 😉 Otherwise perfect.

A real corner of paradise in the calm of noisy roads. Large rooms in small houses with private terrace. Little extra, towels are changed every day and bottles of water are provided. Small downside, there are no deckchairs at the pool. The breakfast is more than complete and meets European tastes as well as Asian tastes. The owner speaks English and French. A place to highly recommend.

The hotel is a bit of a walk from Sukhothai Historical Park, but still within reasonable distance. Given that the sidewalks aren't in the best condition, taking a Grab might be more comfortable. This is a small, family-run hotel, which contributes to its very friendly atmosphere, and the staff speak English. They offer bike rentals, though at 180cm tall, I found them a bit small. Our room was clean, and the shower and toilet worked without any issues. While the hotel doesn't serve meals, there are several local eateries nearby. Plus, the gas station next door has a convenience store if you need to grab some simple food items.

Although it is a small homestay with only three rooms, the rooms are clean and tidy, with complete basic facilities and a small refrigerator. The hostess Jun treats people warmly and will provide a map of the ancient city when checking in, explaining and marking the sunrise and sunset times and viewing places one by one. And the breakfast was originally not included when booking the room, but the hostess would confirm the breakfast variety with me one day in advance every time. I stayed for two nights. The breakfast was made by the hostess herself every day, and there was no repetition. Before I left, I gave me an extra bottle of water to take on the road, which was very heartwarming. Moreover, the hotel has an excellent location. It is a five-minute walk to the entrance of the historical park, and a three-minute walk is 711, which is very convenient. Walk in the direction of 711 for 5 minutes and there is a noodle stall that is only available at night. The soup is sweet and very delicious.

There's a folk dance performance at 8 PM, so you can enjoy dinner and a show. You can also book to participate in a 'Bushi' (alms-giving) ceremony in the morning. I read previous reviews about mosquitoes, so I brought my own electronic mosquito repellent. The hotel also provides mosquito repellent spray. In conclusion, I didn't get bitten. The location is very convenient; it's a 10-minute walk to the historical park. It would be even better if bicycle rentals were available.

We spent some amazing days in the Jasmin guest house and were surrounded by attention and care. The hostess cooked us very delicious breakfasts every morning, the atmosphere was really very homey. On the evenings in the belly we drank tea and talked a lot about the impressions from Sukhotaye ❤️ The location of the guest house is wonderful: next entrance to the historical park, night market of food, 7-Eleven, massage salons. Location & Accessibility On the booking app, the location looked incredibly convenient—close to the Old City and not far from downtown, making it easy to visit the National Park. Arriving in the evening was a bit of a surprise, as there are no shops or local communities immediately next to the property. For those who are easily spooked, the deep quiet at night might feel a bit intimidating at first! However, we actually loved it because it was so incredibly peaceful. Having our own car made getting around very easy and hassle-free. Heartwarming Service & Atmosphere The highlight of our stay was the exceptional hospitality. We woke up late because we were exhausted from a long day of hiking. Assuming we had missed breakfast, I just brought my laptop out to sit and work in the dining area. A lovely staff member (an ”auntie”) noticed me and attentively asked if I wanted breakfast. Not wanting to be a bother, I said just coffee would be fine. Instead, she warmly insisted on bringing out the remaining food—bread, sausages, and fried eggs—along with hot coffee. She even asked how many people were in my room so she could prepare a portion for my friend as well! This kind of flexible, deeply caring management made us feel fully relaxed. Eating a warm meal in such a great atmosphere was wonderful. Room & Facilities The room is exceptionally spacious, and the bathroom is large as well. It comes equipped with a hairdryer and has plenty of shelf space to place our belongings. Most importantly, the room was completely free of mosquitoes and insects! Minor Setbacks While the latex pillows provided are of good quality, they are a bit too small. There is also an extra small pillow on the bed that isn't very practical for actual sleeping. Summary Boogan Sukhothai Village is a fantastic hidden gem if you are looking to escape the noise. Between the spacious rooms, the tranquil environment, and the incredibly attentive staff who go above and beyond, it was a deeply relaxing stay. Highly recommended, especially if you are traveling with a car!

If you arrive at Sukhothai Historical Park (also known as Sukhothai Old Town), you can call a TUKTUK car to the resort, 100 baht is the most! In fact, it is more like a family village. There are small wooden houses on the outskirts of the field. The exterior is inconspicuous, but the inside is still very clean. The shopkeeper's aunt and her son are very enthusiastic. When registering the passport, she will prepare iced watermelon and a refrigerator for drinking water for you; she will also tell you travel guides and give you a map! The next morning, although breakfast is not included in the room rate, my aunt will still prepare breakfast, coffee and fruit for you. There is a very friendly cat in the resort. She only has a soft spot for boys. She will come to play with you and act like a baby. When I got up at 5 o’clock the next morning, I wanted to ride a bike to watch the sunrise, but on the road, there were hordes of wild dogs chasing and barking all the way. The five kilometers of the road were really full of wild dogs because there were no street lights. , I use my mobile phone to illuminate while avoiding these wild dogs. If it weren’t for car technology, I’m afraid it would have become dog food! Therefore, if you want to see the sunrise, it is best to discuss with the owner and let them send it! Otherwise, life alone cannot be guaranteed! If I hadn't run into a family on the road, and the uncle would take me back to the hotel in a car, I would have been so scared that my legs were so weak that I would not be able to ride the car! By the way, wild dogs will not attack the locals! The hotel aunt will help you book a bus ticket to Chiang Mai, and then send you to the Old Town Bus Station. It's just that the bus is really long, and can't stand it for more than six hours! It is recommended to go to Chiang Mai first, then train to Phitsanulok, and then to Sukhothai. Anyway, I have agreed with my aunt, and I will go next year!

Breakfast was tasty and variate. Minuses: right near our room was farm with rosters, cocks. They were a lot and all of them started to shout from 5 am and did not stop. I could not sleep unfortunately. This place should be so quiet and comfortable but instead I felt myself at a poor village. Spoiled a lot everything this thing. Also the guests neighbours checked out very early - it was noise from them and staff carrying luggage - the staff should manage such things to be quite and smooth for other guests not to wake up because of checking out others. The location is far from national park old Sukhotai - you have to go through bit nice village street with a lot of dogs: I was so scared. They provided bicycles but I was with small daughter and could not drive with her. It use motorbike - but this I also can’t drive. So I had to go 30 minutes till park twice a day plus to huge territory of the park all this is extremely exhausting plus I was very afraid of dogs. But if you use transport maybe it is not a problem. Restaurant on the territory is expensive and not tasty dishes - better to eat outside

What also left a deep impression was the friendly staff. They were so welcoming from check-in throughout my stay, making me feel very comfortable in a new city. It was extremely hot when we visited, and we rented bicycles from the guesthouse for 50 baht a day. However, if it's hot, I really don't recommend using these bikes to explore the historical park. They're quite strenuous to ride, and we spent a lot of energy and time cycling in the high temperatures, with low efficiency in getting around. I sincerely recommend that visitors make good use of the guesthouse's tuk-tuk service to get to the historical park, and then rent newer, easier-to-ride bicycles near the park entrance. This will make your exploration much more relaxed and allow you to save your energy to truly appreciate the historical sites.

USmeg maxHighly recommended! Next time I visit Sukhothai, I'll definitely choose to stay here again. The overall environment is very comfortable and quiet. I loved the pool, breakfast, and the accommodations. After exploring the Sukhothai Historical Park during the day, you can relax by the pool and unwind, which really gives you that holiday feeling. What also left a deep impression was the friendly staff. They were so welcoming from check-in throughout my stay, making me feel very comfortable in a new city. It was extremely hot when we visited, and we rented bicycles from the guesthouse for 50 baht a day. However, if it's hot, I really don't recommend using these bikes to explore the historical park. They're quite strenuous to ride, and we spent a lot of energy and time cycling in the high temperatures, with low efficiency in getting around. I sincerely recommend that visitors make good use of the guesthouse's tuk-tuk service to get to the historical park, and then rent newer, easier-to-ride bicycles near the park entrance. This will make your exploration much more relaxed and allow you to save your energy to truly appreciate the historical sites.

Highly recommended place. Easily reach the hotel from main road. 2 seven eleven was jst walking distance. 2 bus company wintour and world bus station are nearby too. They provde free rental for bicycle with no extra charges. I used the bicycle to ride around sukhothai hostorical park for nearly 32 km in one day. Bicycles well maintained. Some wih baby chairs. Breakfast are good. There are breads milk coffee fried rice fried vege/braise pork with eng n tofy, my favourite minced pork porridge, and fruits served are very fresh n sweet including passion fruits,mango,watermelon rambutan papaya. Laundry service 150b for one time charge. After check out we were given souvenir too a woven zip bag as shown. Room bed are cosy.pls dispose food properly in room or else will attract cockroach into your room haha. Sukhothai is a chill n relax yet historical place for those history lovers. The vibe and surrounding is even more calm the Ayutthaya.theh have specialized bicycles lane for bicycle rides along the historical park area. Will definitely recommend this property to my friends who want to come visit sukhothai in budget spending.

The hotel's facilities are a bit old, but the environment is fantastic. It's truly great value for money. All the staff are patient and friendly. There's a folk dance performance at 8 PM, so you can enjoy dinner and a show. You can also book to participate in a 'Bushi' (alms-giving) ceremony in the morning. I read previous reviews about mosquitoes, so I brought my own electronic mosquito repellent. The hotel also provides mosquito repellent spray. In conclusion, I didn't get bitten. The location is very convenient; it's a 10-minute walk to the historical park. It would be even better if bicycle rentals were available.

After visiting Sukhothai Historical Park, I'd originally planned to take the train back to Chiang Mai from Phitsanulok, but since I couldn't get a ticket, I had to stay an extra night in Sukhothai. Extending my stay last minute was no problem at all. The service was as thoughtful and attentive as always, and the experience was fantastic. Definitely another great review from me!

A lovely green hotel with a scenic pond, large swimming pool, and lush landscaping full of flowers, trees, and birds. The atmosphere is peaceful and pleasant. However, the rooms and amenities feel somewhat worn and not particularly fresh. The bar and front desk staff were friendly and helpful, but the spa was disappointing — the Thai massage was not good and significantly overpriced. The hotel provides bottled drinking water in the room, but additional refills are charged, which feels unusual at this level. Transportation logistics are also not ideal. Ride-hailing services are very limited in the area, and the hotel offered airport transfer at 1,300 THB, while a pre-booked Grab cost only 260 THB — a very large difference. Overall, the stay was fine but inconsistent. The beautiful setting is a strong point, but some aspects need improvement.

Nice hotel at old Sukhotai in green trees and ponds with lilies. Room was spacious, bed comfortable, bathroom spacious and clean. Nice territory with green trees, ponds, well designed. Breakfast was tasty and variate. Minuses: right near our room was farm with rosters, cocks. They were a lot and all of them started to shout from 5 am and did not stop. I could not sleep unfortunately. This place should be so quiet and comfortable but instead I felt myself at a poor village. Spoiled a lot everything this thing. Also the guests neighbours checked out very early - it was noise from them and staff carrying luggage - the staff should manage such things to be quite and smooth for other guests not to wake up because of checking out others. The location is far from national park old Sukhotai - you have to go through bit nice village street with a lot of dogs: I was so scared. They provided bicycles but I was with small daughter and could not drive with her. It use motorbike - but this I also can’t drive. So I had to go 30 minutes till park twice a day plus to huge territory of the park all this is extremely exhausting plus I was very afraid of dogs. But if you use transport maybe it is not a problem. Restaurant on the territory is expensive and not tasty dishes - better to eat outside
